what do you do when the weather is very hot?
if it is cold it will be very easy to make it warm, but if it's hot it is a little difficult to make it cold. So, what do you usually do?

I swim when it's hot. Turn on the air conditioner at 25oC.

I usually go to the sauna so that the temperature outside doesn't affect me that much.

When the weather is very hot I will take a shower and make fresh drinks like fruit juice. if it still feels hot, I will take ice cubes and turn on the fan. I tarush ice cubes in a container and I place them in front of the fan that I have turned on. so the air will feel fresh

We have fans in every room and try to keep out of the sun where possible. The nicest place to be is either in my car or in the local supermarket (chilled isle of course ;) )
I must admit it's pretty hard trying to function on a normal day to day basis. I'm really glad I don't have an outdoor job as I don't think I would be able to cope.

Trying not to die I guess. I dont have an AC or seas near my house.

What I want to say is that if the weather is hot, then you can only rely on air conditioners and electric fans. I think air conditioning is the most suitable choice!

Well, if the weather is hot what im going to do is drink more water to maintaine my normal body temperature, sometimes i go to shower to release the hotness of my body and make me feel relax.

Drinking more water and avoid cold water, as well as reduce outdoor activities and use sunblock if you want to get out of the house.

Use clothing that is open and loose, not too many activities and if it feels hot is in the house trying to get out of the house (Do not forget to use sunblock).

When the whether is hot, I swim in the swimming pool for the minimum of 30minutes and when going out I can put on light cloth to moderate the body temperature.  ::)

When the weather is hot, i dress in light clothing. When, i am in the house, i turn on the air conditions or switch on fans. I sometimes take in cold water or cold drinks.

when I am a sportsman and like to exercise, the weather doesn't matter to me either whether it's cold or hot, when it's cold I will increase my portion of exercise and when it's hot I tend to swim in a cool and cool pool

The thing that I like when the weather is hot is,
1. Drinking a refreshing fruit juice
2. Take a shower with a little ice
3. Turn on the fan or turn on an air conditioner

Whenever it is too hot, I just remain inside the house with my AC on.

taking many long baths drinking a lot of cold water and eating cold treats. also minimizing movement would also help you cope with the warm weather.

I like to take bath 4-5 times in a day and feel free and alive.

 i stay at home and enjoy icy bevrages, lemon juice and ice creams. also i work from home so hot weather don't bother me that much.

When the weather is very hot, I just sit at home with the air conditioning and watch movies or play computer games. Air conditioning is the only thing that can save from the terrible heat. ;)

I live in a tropic country, so if the summer comes it is not too Hot, so if I feel.the weather is going very Hot, usually I go to river to swim, and One thing that I like is I live in village with many rivers here.

The fruit's natural sweet taste is very appealing and the cool ice makes my drink very enjoyable. I also like adding milk to make it more creamy. My favorite fruits to shake are banana mango watermelon and melon.

In addition to more frequent showering, I try to dress up as easy as possible. I also drink more than three liters of water a day.

It sounds pretty weird but I go to train. I am making a runs when it's warm outside, I sweat much more and feel myself very tired after the end and thats giving me some inner strength.

I don’t do anything as that is also a part of the nature and I just deal with it.

In general, I myself do not like the heat for me already more than 25 degrees This is unbearable. I feel more comfortable in such weather near the sea or where can be cooled myself in water.

Easy. Switch on the airconditioning. Shower twice a day. Drink cold drinks.

I like to have little martial art midgets stand on plinths kung fu kicking plates of snow towards me, while watching TV.

When it's hot I spend the whole day in Starbucks.  ;D It's really cold there!  :D

I am just sitting at home. I hate this hot weather and cannot live normally. So, I just need a conditioner and some ice-cream.

I literally don't move, like I will go to sleep for me not to feel that hot weather.

I do hate hot climates, all I can do in the summer - laying under a conditioner. Well, drinking something cold also helpes. Or sitting in the shadow on windy days. But the best way to outlive it is to move somwhere in Norway))))

I drink a lot of cold cocktails or i can even swim in the river nearby my country house, that helps a lot!

What i do is i am going out together with my friends and we go to mall hoping because there is aircondition in the mall and it feels cold inside it. We window shop and play in the gamerzone and eat at the food court , just to ease ourself from the hot weather. And when we are not in the mall , we go to a swimming pool just to feel ourselves chilling in the hot weather.

There are so many activities which people do in winter season and summer season. mostly in our area weather is very hot so we are depending on the air-conditioner and trying to use cold drinks and chilled water. I am trying to use watermelons and lemonade which warm my body. It is very hot survive in hot weather.

I keep myself hydrated. Take a shower thrice a day and use AC or a fan.

In addition to that, even I experience cold and hot weather I will just stay in our house but once my friend invite me to hang out I always join. The reason why I always in our house is I keep on playing online casino and gambling which one of my hobby. So basically I tend to play gambling especially in the hot weather where I just sat and relax in our house while playing online poker or gambling.

When the weather is freaking hot.. I think cold shower and ice cream. And if that won't do enough, I curse and go half naked. Gosh I hate hot weather.. Love cold weather 😄

I think you also need to hang out with your friend because when we experience hot weather we tend to go to beach or resort where can swim and feel cold water. But, if you really not want to hang out with your friend and just want to stay in your house I think you need to relax and you need plenty to sleep. We are from a tropical so we used to a hot weather.

If the weather is extremely hot we go swimming outdoor using an inflable pool while eating ice cream or any cold dessert.

We dont have aircoin so electric fan will do, focus it to yourself and you can feel a relief from hot.

If it is hot then switch on your air conditioner, that's simple. ::)

Don't waste your money on visiting places in hot weather which is simply waste of your money and time, take a nap while switch your aircon ON.

Based on your premise and example, it seems that you live in a cold weather climate, that's why you seem to have no idea about how it is if you live in a hot or tropical weather climate.

Nonetheless, for hot or tropical weather climate, it's either you turn-on the airconditioning, turn on the electric fan and/or you may use an exhaust fan to further assist letting out the hot air inside your home, or simply open your windows for better ventilation instead.

Bottomline, it all boils down to cost, whether or not you have any of the above options I've mentioned.

It is not good for our health to stay out in extremely hot temperatures.
Don't forget to drink a lot of water as well in order to keep your body watered.

I go to the mountains when summer I bathe and bask in the river water is very clean, the water is very cold and the air is so cool around off many of the plants that make the mood feels comfortable happy while bathing in the river were very clean and the beautiful mountains for in view.

Yes, it’s really difficult to sit at home when the air temperature is very high! At my place now +30 degrees Celsius. But I have a fan that always blows on me, so I feel good!

I don’t have an air conditioner at home, so I have to resort to a cool shower.  I also try to move less. If this is a working day, I hope that I will have to drive more, because there is air conditioning in my car.

Getting into a swimming pool with a girl friend on a date will be a perfect time pass to avoid the hot weather. When you are hot inside you won't feel the hot outside.   :D

When the weather is extremely hot we've to undertake to remain during a warm place If you're outside you'll feel the wind within the shade of a tree or by the ocean. Bathing during a swimming bath to avoid the warmth is different it'll feel tons cooler but if you're receiving it's better to remain within the air conditioner to remain warm.

This means that if you are leaving in a hot country where most of the times the weather is hot, then you are very unproductive and you literally do nothing all these days.
Maybe you have to buy an air conditioning system for your home in order to start doing things and start moving when the temperature is high.

Since we have trees in our backyard, when the weather is too hot I am spending my time under the tree. We all know the good feeling under the tree. The air is also fresh. Such a relaxing feeling while listening to a music.

Before, I am using our electric fan to have additional airflow inside my room. But now, my sister already have an aircon in their room, so I used to stay in that room. Sometimes, I buy ice then drink some cold water or juice or softdrinks so in that case I will feel cool. Another, I am taking a bath so feeling fresh.

I remember my childhood days because of what you said. We have swing under the tree and its a perfect place to nap because of the fresh air ( btw we're living beside the farm before, away from the city). A natural way to beat the heat.

People who live in farms and village have more power to bear the heat of the sun. A person who normally lives in the city does not posses such power to bear the heat. Also the fresh cold air at night can't be compared with the Air conditioner cold air in the cities.

I do more than one thing when the weather is hot and most of the things I do continuously are swimming in the pool or the sea and I use the air conditioner to cool my room and reduce the temperature

when the temperature gets hotter, my backyard is the best place because there are some big trees and very cool underneath. my husband made a small stage under the biggest tree and it felt very comfortable to be there for take a nap.

The more shower you take is the more Hit you can feel.

I usually use a fan or an aircon to help me overcome the situation. Also, I try to wear cottony and soft sleeveless clothes to make it more fresh. And also try to have some refresehments like a cold water, cold fresh fruit juices, ice cream or anything that is cold. Shower or swimming is also a best option.

My freezer is full with ice cream too  ;D

In times of home office I can just walk around in shorts which is awesome. Personally I keep all windows closed and lower all blinds. It's just to hot to go outside with 35 degrees, I wish i could move in the basement during summer.

I open the doors of my room so that air will flow properly while the fan is on me. I don't use aircon because I can't bear the cooling effect that it brings.

Wearing thin t-shirts also helps me to have that fresh feeling after taking a bath. But no need to think of hot weather this season, we're close to cool season.

It depends on where you are, in our country people wear light and loose clothing, taking shower twice or thrice a day and obviously at hoom or in room air conditioners are their to make room temperature better.

I'm a strange person because I like to walk when it's hot outside. For me, ideal is to walk along the trails in the mountains during the day and return home in the evening. I can stand the heat much more easily when I'm on the move. It is much more difficult to stay at home, especially if there is no air conditioning at home. If the house has air conditioning, then there is no problem to be at home all day.

I have the same thing and also, ice cream  lightens the mood.  :)

This past 2 days is the hottest recorded in my country this year.

What i did is Set my portable Swimming pool and even stay there for 5 hrs just laying and giving my Body refreshments.

Yes, swimming can burn a lot of carbs.

I wish that I'm near to a pool so if it gets hot, I'll just go there and have a cold swim. But as an alternative, I'd go shower and take a bath again if I find it very hot.

I also do this these days. Very effective on my end, if no shakes, a simple cold water can already ease the heat in my body.

As someone who lives in a tropical country, it's hard to imagine how it feels to not have a hot weather 24/7. If the weather gets unbearably hot, I'd usually just take a cold shower, that usually helps.

I try to Stay in an air-conditioned indoor location as much as I can.

I locked myself in a air conditioner room whenever weather is very hot. And I have travelled to Northern areas, make myself fresh and cool and also make some unforgettable memories.

For starters, early in the morning, when it's not yet hot outside, I go to the store and buy food and drinks for the whole day. Then I close all the windows in the apartment and turn on the air conditioner.

It's easy for someone who has an air conditioner, stays indoors all day and enjoys the coolness of the air conditioner. But like me who does not
have an air conditioner is not easy to cope with the hot weather, I usually buy cold drinks to get rid of the heat. After that if the weather is
already very hot, i usually soak in the water for a few hours.

Today the climate here is really Hot and I'm not comfortable in using Aircoinditioning the whole day so i need to Refreshed outside my comfort.

Now I'm having fill my Mini Pool so we can have a cooling with my family.

And preparing  Fruit shake for another refreshing .

I would say swimming but public pools and beach isn't safe now due to covid so just take a shower and drink lots of water to stay hydrated.
It is also nice to have some cold snacks when the weather is too hot.

I’ve seen people installing splash pads in their yard as a cheaper and easier solution than a pool. I’ve been thinking this might be a good way to go as dogs and kids seem to love them and the maintenance is much easier than a pool. Something to consider.

Speaking of which, it is 1:20 pm right now and the weather is really scorching.

Take a ice-cold bath and make sure i drink plenty of liquids to avoid a issue with dehydration which was a problem in my past.

One of the best solutions to this would be to live under trees and build natural homes that protect you from the piercing heat. People living in hot places need the trees/forest. Unfortunately, the modern city planner don't factor this in. Lots of them copy foreign developers.

I actually experience alot of heat this month and last (It happens once in a while, and is more like a heat wave). During the wave I'd occasionally sleep outside under a net in order to receive fresh air and occasional cold breeze. The hand/electric fan does not help much inside the building during the heat.    And when I was very little, my parent would soak our clothes in cold water and get us to wear them before sleeping... Tried that recently as an adult, it helps

One of the options is to stay home and always be hydrated yourself and keep sipping liquids at regular intervals. Else, if beach nearby have some fun in evening time in the water and get refresh, else travel to some colder places during those times if your body is not ready to accept those hot temperature outside.

Warm weather is more difficult for me than cold weather. So during summer I always sleep with open windows, don't really use blankets anymore, use AC whenever possible and take regular cold showers.

When the weather is very hot I prefer to stay in a cool place at present our country is hotter than winter. I use air conditioners to lighten your skin to breathe and evaporate sweat when the temperature is intense and hot outside it takes a lot of fresh and can sleep comfortably in a cool place in countries where the weather is very hot they usually use more air conditioning or cold water to cool themselves. Many times if you keep a tree in the house it looks beautiful and absorbs heat money plant aloe vera snake plant erica palm divya looks beautiful in the house.

When the weather is very hot, I take a long time in the shower then after drink cold drinks or fruit drinks. As I live in a tropical area, there is usually many trees that gives shade, so i sat under it and take my time chilling, listening to music, chatting with friends, while the wind blows.

I am very afraid of heat. In the hottest weather in the past, I had to change 7 to 8 shirts all day long. Last year, I accidentally thought of using ice packs for children with fever, wouldn’t it be the same to use ice packs in summer to cool down? Then it is convenient to use bottled water bought in the supermarket and put it in the freezer, usually for more than 24 hours. Take a bottle when you go out, because it's too cold, put it in a small cloth bag or zipper, hold it in your hand or put it under your armpit. The effect is really good. Basically, I don’t sweat anymore. Generally, the ice water can last for about 3 hours. When it is completely melted, it can be used as drinking water.

The Heat is killing me now everyday , I even sweating infront of max level electric fan and my Bill is increasing because of my Airconditioning use constantly.

now what we are having is a Minipool that we are putting ice on it so will stay more cooler for at least 5-10 hours.


and yeah the kids and my wife enjoyed staying there whole weekend.

Just bearing with it mate, because i had nothing to do but to accept this summer season and it will change eventually .

When the weather is too hot I usually remain indoors and put on my air conditioning system to reduce the heat. Generally prefer the raining season or cold season than the hotter months of the year where temperature can reach about fourty and above degrees making the environment very hot and very uncomfortable.

i just turn on the AC to 15C and stay all day inside, if i have to go out i drink lot lot and lots and then more lots of ice cold water , else my brain malfunctions when its hot :D
