For starters, early in the morning, when it's not yet hot outside, I go to the store and buy food and drinks for the whole day. Then I close all the windows in the apartment and turn on the air conditioner.

It's easy for someone who has an air conditioner, stays indoors all day and enjoys the coolness of the air conditioner. But like me who does not
have an air conditioner is not easy to cope with the hot weather, I usually buy cold drinks to get rid of the heat. After that if the weather is
already very hot, i usually soak in the water for a few hours.

if it is cold it will be very easy to make it warm, but if it's hot it is a little difficult to make it cold. So, what do you usually do?

Today the climate here is really Hot and I'm not comfortable in using Aircoinditioning the whole day so i need to Refreshed outside my comfort.

Now I'm having fill my Mini Pool so we can have a cooling with my family.

And preparing  Fruit shake for another refreshing .

I would say swimming but public pools and beach isn't safe now due to covid so just take a shower and drink lots of water to stay hydrated.
It is also nice to have some cold snacks when the weather is too hot.

I’ve seen people installing splash pads in their yard as a cheaper and easier solution than a pool. I’ve been thinking this might be a good way to go as dogs and kids seem to love them and the maintenance is much easier than a pool. Something to consider.

Speaking of which, it is 1:20 pm right now and the weather is really scorching.

I usually have a wet towel soaked in cold water beside me.
I drink a lot of water.
Stay indoors from 10 am to 3 pm.

Its ICE that saves my Day whenever summer comes.

I remember one night that i Put Ice in Bath tub and put water and stays there for overnight and after that? i woke up being cold lol ,

Take a ice-cold bath and make sure i drink plenty of liquids to avoid a issue with dehydration which was a problem in my past.

One of the best solutions to this would be to live under trees and build natural homes that protect you from the piercing heat. People living in hot places need the trees/forest. Unfortunately, the modern city planner don't factor this in. Lots of them copy foreign developers.

I actually experience alot of heat this month and last (It happens once in a while, and is more like a heat wave). During the wave I'd occasionally sleep outside under a net in order to receive fresh air and occasional cold breeze. The hand/electric fan does not help much inside the building during the heat.    And when I was very little, my parent would soak our clothes in cold water and get us to wear them before sleeping... Tried that recently as an adult, it helps

I locked myself in a air conditioner room whenever weather is very hot. And I have travelled to Northern areas, make myself fresh and cool and also make some unforgettable memories.

One of the options is to stay home and always be hydrated yourself and keep sipping liquids at regular intervals. Else, if beach nearby have some fun in evening time in the water and get refresh, else travel to some colder places during those times if your body is not ready to accept those hot temperature outside.

Warm weather is more difficult for me than cold weather. So during summer I always sleep with open windows, don't really use blankets anymore, use AC whenever possible and take regular cold showers.

When the weather is very hot I prefer to stay in a cool place at present our country is hotter than winter. I use air conditioners to lighten your skin to breathe and evaporate sweat when the temperature is intense and hot outside it takes a lot of fresh and can sleep comfortably in a cool place in countries where the weather is very hot they usually use more air conditioning or cold water to cool themselves. Many times if you keep a tree in the house it looks beautiful and absorbs heat money plant aloe vera snake plant erica palm divya looks beautiful in the house.

When the weather is very hot, I take a long time in the shower then after drink cold drinks or fruit drinks. As I live in a tropical area, there is usually many trees that gives shade, so i sat under it and take my time chilling, listening to music, chatting with friends, while the wind blows.

when weather is very hot like this mounth,its always make me fell hot and never can stayed outside room,,but went this situation hot lie now i usually going to the beach and river,,i just staying my body on the water make my body fell relax and became cold

I am very afraid of heat. In the hottest weather in the past, I had to change 7 to 8 shirts all day long. Last year, I accidentally thought of using ice packs for children with fever, wouldn’t it be the same to use ice packs in summer to cool down? Then it is convenient to use bottled water bought in the supermarket and put it in the freezer, usually for more than 24 hours. Take a bottle when you go out, because it's too cold, put it in a small cloth bag or zipper, hold it in your hand or put it under your armpit. The effect is really good. Basically, I don’t sweat anymore. Generally, the ice water can last for about 3 hours. When it is completely melted, it can be used as drinking water.

The Heat is killing me now everyday , I even sweating infront of max level electric fan and my Bill is increasing because of my Airconditioning use constantly.

now what we are having is a Minipool that we are putting ice on it so will stay more cooler for at least 5-10 hours.


and yeah the kids and my wife enjoyed staying there whole weekend.

When the weather is too hot I usually remain indoors and put on my air conditioning system to reduce the heat. Generally prefer the raining season or cold season than the hotter months of the year where temperature can reach about fourty and above degrees making the environment very hot and very uncomfortable.
