With those one-liners of yours probably never, see your post history, compare it to mine , for example or any other with a bit more merit, and ask yourself how those people get merit and why I don't.

Straight onto ignore for two reasons -

- All caps in the title
- Begging for merit

If you get onto too many ignore lists of merit awarders, then you will never get any merit.

And yeah the merit begging coupled with trying to cheat the system is a red flag.

There is an absolute abundance of information scattered across virtually every section of this forum regarding Merit.

Try actually having a look first to see if you can find the answer to your request. Honestly this is not rocket science its basic common sense.  ::)

Look like it's better to disable posting on meta for Jr. Members or require small merit require to enable posting. Meta is for discussion about forum, not for begging merit. Perhaps DT will give you, especially Vod & The Pharmacist  ;).

Btw, there is no any other way to get merit except quality & useful post. Don't find short cut, otherwise your account will paint by red ;D.

Based on the time used and my drawing skills I guess this is quite valuable piece of art. I don't think you are able to "pay" for it even with your "Has at least 7 sMerit available" /thanks to Vod and BPIP project/, but you don't need to.

You get merit by making meritorious posts. Read the FAQ stickied in this sub.

The sad thing is is that this guy is already a Junior Member and would easily be able to get onto an ICO campaign. Sure, he'll likely be a Junior indefinitely but that doesn't matter. Create more accounts, make 30 spam posts and maximise earnings. This is why a merit requirement is desperately needed and/or Juniors should have no signature at all. You literally just need to be bothered to make 30 spam posts over however many accounts you need and you can earn via them all. This needs to change. One merit or no signature at all until you've got ten merit and become a Member isn't too much to ask and would work wonders to curb spam and farming.

Yoge is new coin that made by a combination of the famous Doge coin and the jedi master in the Star Wars franchise movie, Yoda. Since he is a jedi master, then his name will be placed on the front and the final result is Yoge. To add more Doge's element to it, the icon is still the same as Doge coin but now its green colored. It is a famous coin and have the potential to be the next Ethereum.

I'm not fan of Star Wars I focus on Anime. Anyways it's getting out of topic, better now I should buy some Yoge and do some yoga.

Why do these people not read anything?  It isn't like there haven't been 100 threads asking this same idiotic question already, and it's also not like there's some secret to earning merits.  It's kind of akin to asking how you go about getting your posts upvoted on Reddit.  You write something good, and it just happens naturally.

The main rule to receive points is to create a constructive post, the usefulness of the post depends on who reads your message, my advice is to read the forum carefully and find a field of your expertise where you can contribute at the community.
Soon or later someone will read, notice you and reward you with some merit points (most likley merit sources).
(In addition to this there are "rules" not written to receive merit, such as the writing in a comprehensible English even if not perfect and the non-use of extravagant fonts/colors.)

Nope, maybe other members knew it but I really don't have any idea what it means. What does it means anyway? I'm really curious to find it out before I go to sleep pretty late in the evening (actually it's morning 1:55 am).

I really wish he is. Because as far as I know, most of Jr. Members who make nonsense threads here in meta asking etc. things then no further reply from the OP after several replies from other members means they didn't read any reply from their thread and just asked/posted it for a additional post count and a chance to get Merits from Meta section readers. But not so sure though, maybe OP is different :)

The bottom line is that you have to make decent posts. They need to at least be well thought out, relate to the discussion, and have good grammar. The one sentence posts you've been making are not going to get merit. It doesn't have to be perfect English, but people need to be able to understand what you're saying. If English isn't your native language, go to your local boards.

Avoid posting in the altcoin discussion section, or in any megathreads for that matter. There's a lot of spam there, and even if you were to make a good post (which is doubtful, considering your post history), it would get buried by other crappy posts.

Don't beg for merits, or pm people asking for merits or anything like that. Also don't buy merits.

And don't make a thread about merits in Meta.

I mean, a lot of it just boils down to "read the rules and don't be dumb". I guess that's hard for some people though...

Well as you probably know there is 'one' and 'two'. One is mostly nothing but two can get you merit but only if you do 'one' twice which is two, but you need to do it fast like 11 (not eleven) with one second in between. That can get you one merit (but not always). It's pretty straight forward to be honest and I'm surprised a Senior Member doesn't know this by now, but nothing surprises me here any more.

I love that people actually voted on the pole.

I'm pretty sure OP thought that they were going to get either 1 or 2 from each member.

Wait we've been going about this all wrong, "THE MERIT" is what OP is looking for, I'm wondering if it's the genesis merit, or maybe the one merit to rule them all. Please OP more info so we can help.

If you want to get Merit, you have to follow some rules.
1. Stop spamming
2. Do not post copywrite
3. Post something intelligent
4. Help others
If you read the rules of the site well then you can understand everything.

All of these things are fundamentals of posting here, even if there wasn't a merit system--which there is.  You didn't even need to mention any of them, because all anyone has to do if they're looking to get merits is to look at the posts of the top merited members (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=merit;stats=topusersat) and try to emulate them. 

I suspect it's not so easy, since there seems to be some element of reputation involved with the top-merited members, but at a minimum if you expect to consistently earn enough merit to rank up, those should be the posts you try to create.  Sometimes I spend 10-15 minutes on posts where I make several points and I don't crank them out with an eye to campaign earnings. 

Usually the people who never earn merits give up after writing 75 characters, and often those are considered one-line shitposts, especially if they're written in incoherent English.  Those are very common and don't stand out from the rest of the crap posts.  They're never going to earn any merits. 

OP, do you understand what I'm saying?  Do any of you low-ranked bounty-hunting shitposters?

I've talked about it a lot, for about merit, what I know is that by making quality posts, we will get them! Of course it's not easy because our posts must be truly build and quality, so they give us merit

I start to feel sorry for the guy now, even though he is a shitposter,  that's quite a lot of shit going his way, isn't it?
He got so scared that he is not even logging anymore, I guess the tactics to scare the shitposter is working fine ;)
