Look like it's better to disable posting on meta for Jr. Members or require small merit require to enable posting. Meta is for discussion about forum, not for begging merit. Perhaps DT will give you, especially Vod & The Pharmacist  .

Btw, there is no any other way to get merit except quality & useful post. Don't find short cut, otherwise your account will paint by red .

Based on the time used and my drawing skills I guess this is quite valuable piece of art. I don't think you are able to "pay" for it even with your "Has at least 7 sMerit available" /thanks to Vod and BPIP project/, but you don't need to.
I'm a fan of the Open Source Initiative so, I would like to have my "art" publicly accessible so everyone can benefit out of it, feel free to use and modify it the way you wish, but please don't sell it for merit

You get it by number 2. I can't believe you actually thought it might be number one.

You get merit by making meritorious posts. Read the FAQ stickied in this sub.

The sad thing is is that this guy is already a Junior Member and would easily be able to get onto an ICO campaign. Sure, he'll likely be a Junior indefinitely but that doesn't matter. Create more accounts, make 30 spam posts and maximise earnings. This is why a merit requirement is desperately needed and/or Juniors should have no signature at all. You literally just need to be bothered to make 30 spam posts over however many accounts you need and you can earn via them all. This needs to change. One merit or no signature at all until you've got ten merit and become a Member isn't too much to ask and would work wonders to curb spam and farming.

3. Look for the Garbage Bin near the Post.
4. Try to find it there

The BPIP doesn't tell you everything then (like how i actually have 200+ smerit)...

I think that piece could probably be posted on 20% of the meta boards so I may have to refrain from doing so.
