What is CitiCash?

CitiCash is a cryptocurrency that has been developed to spread among the global public. For this reason, the technical difficulty and choice of terminology have been adapted for users who do not have any experience with cryptocurrencies. CitiCash users will also have the chance to pay by crypto-wallet for goods and services in real life.
CitiCash, like most decentralized currencies, is based on the CryptoNote protocol.


Properties

Easy to understand: All the necessary user tools have been developed in order to spread CitiCash among the widest possible global public. Obstacles in cryptocurrency being used by ordinary people are thus removed.

Payments: CitiCash owners can make non-cash payments in everyday life with standard debit cards that can be issued to any wallet.

Anonymity and security: To ensure security and anonymity we use RingCT (Ring Confidential Transactions). For transactions in the CitiCash network a mixin with at least 6 "Ring Signatures" is used.


Emission
The total number of coins in the first 20 years is 1,000,000,000. Inflation will begin after 20 years, so in the year 2038. For this reason, 2,103,840 more coins will be released each year. A total number of 865,000,000 coins are reserved for community mining. The number of re-mined coins will be 130,000,000. Five million coins will be used as a compensation for the CitiCash development team.

Emission scheme: The block reward changes every 6 months. Coins are released by an algorithm called “Camel distribution”. Any place for exchange? My first coin was on Cryptonight... The hardest part was adding coin with CryptoNote technology to Stock Exchange.

You must understand that costs for developement, mining equipment, bank license, exchange listing, marketing and other related costs are quite significant and the developers are not able to fund all this by themselves.

Hello, thank you for the question. Our blockchain explorer only shows our blockchain which has data concealed - logically - it is a privacy currency.

But as for our wallets, it would still be quite untracable as most purchases we get are with Monero and Bitcoin - there are thousands of newly generated addresses that we receive the funds to - every person that acquires CCH gets a new wallet as we are trying hard to preserve the privacy of our investors. We belive it to be logical practice when you are working in the privacy payment field.

Yeah, cool idea. I like privacy coins, I think the Monero concept is good, but it is too slow and there have been some security issues with it lately from what I've noticed. If somebody can improve on that and add something valuable to it, I think that's a good direction to go.

Also please do not confuse (it was a mistake in transaltion before) We have only public sale, just one price with no special bonuses or lock ups. We are all about simplicity. I understand it is not how it usually is with ICO, but we have a little different concept. Privacy is very important to us. Either way, it doesnt really matter how much is sold or not. Unsold coins will be locked for a year and the currency is minable even now, so if you do not like the way sale is going you can always join some pool and mine or chose another project. Discord we are planning possibly later (some time after the public sale). Yes, we have a partnered bank with license to issue the cards. The difference between them and us is, that they didnt have this kind of partnership like we do and also the card issuer was supposed to be dealing directly with cryptocurrencies, which wasnt ok for them, but we will work around it and use exchanges and our payment system to convert the crypto for the bank, so that card issuer will not have a problem with us.

- speed up transactions using remote nodes
- massively speed up transaction pool
- improved transaction processing
- fixed some strange historical code
- updated export and import for big transactions and big blocks
- added functions for iOS when citicash used as library
- updated unbound library to newest version
- fixed situation where input didn't have enough money for fee and threw an exception
- changed behavior of function "create_transactions" not to throw exception when there is not enough money for transaction

This was the most unusual project --- a cryptocurrency AND an ICO running at the same time.  The ICO didn't meet any of the SEC requirements, of course, so Americans were blocked from participating.  But Americans could mine the coin themselves and buy it from other miners OTC.  All the while, Citicash kept promising an instant listing at the close of the ICO, etc.

None of this makes sense from a legal or regulatory perspective.   It looks like the founders said: "ok, ICOs aren't allowed in the USA so we'll make a coin that meets that requirement AND which also is available to the U.S. market anyway because the Americans didn't think of that, so gotcha!"

Is that work-around functioning?  I can't see CCH listed anywhere and from my perspective it's going to be going through a world of hurt. 

Not to mention: citicash?  With a logo and term that's similar to citibank and trademarked by them?  I don't think citibank thinks its too cool to have another company (this isn't a community project, it's a company) launch with a product that immediately hits their trademark.

Citicash has taken on a lot of fights.  I hope the investors make it through this.
