now when I want to send btc elsewhere it is not let me even tho I confirm the PIN click next and everything like it should why I can't send money?! all $300 is gone? screen shot: http://prntscr.com/kn0thm I also don't see the funds when I connect from wallet.trezor.io only on electrum, but can't send it. Then, scroll down to the "Derived Addresses" section and try to find your address (13ZjqoaMNQSWxXwejA7t5iAWYLcuahE1mi) there. If you do, copy its private-key and import into Electrum (File -> New/Restore -> Import Bitcoin addresses or private keys -> Paste your private key -> Next). Then, try to spend the coins (you won't need the Trezor).
P.S: This will make your current wallet unsafe since the private-keys aren't isolated in the device anymore. When you recover your coins, create a brand new wallet (with a new seed) and try again (this time, test receiving and sending with a small amount before sending your whole balance). Your addresses should start with a "3" and not "1". Are you sure that you used this exact derivation path?what should i do ? m/49'/0'/0' Including each one of the apostrophes. If you create a new Electrum wallet with the same steps (Standard Wallet -> Use a hardware device -> Select "Trezor" -> Put the m/49'/0'/0' derivation path), do you get the same wallet with your 52 mBTC? And if you go to the "Addresses" tab (View -> Show Addresses, if the tab is disabled), do you see addresses starting with a 1 or 3? Edit: helped OP via Skype. His issue was that when creating his wallet, he chose the legacy (p2pkh) type while changing the derivation path to m/49'/0'/0' (used on p2sh-segwit/p2wpkh-p2sh), which doesn't seem to be supported by Trezor. The solution was to use his backup seed to restore his wallet on Electrum with the same config, which was supported by Electrum. In order to keep the seed of a hardware wallet truly offline and isolated, you need to create a new seed with your trezor.
