That's weird... Your addresses should start with a "3" and not "1". Are you sure that you used this exact derivation path?

If you create a new Electrum wallet with the same steps (Standard Wallet -> Use a hardware device -> Select "Trezor" -> Put the
m/49'/0'/0' derivation path), do you get the same wallet with your 52 mBTC? And if you go to the "Addresses" tab (View -> Show Addresses, if the tab is disabled), do you see addresses starting with a 1 or 3?
Edit: helped OP via Skype. His issue was that when creating his wallet, he chose the legacy (p2pkh) type while changing the derivation path to m/49'/0'/0' (used on p2sh-segwit/p2wpkh-p2sh), which doesn't seem to be supported by Trezor. The solution was to use his backup seed to restore his wallet on Electrum with the same config, which was supported by Electrum.
