I have joined Bitsler for a long time, I lost to it a lot of money. When I won it did not let me withdraw and deduct all my winnings, I withdraw money from 2 accounts but it pending a whole day. I worry and create another account to transfer to the viewer to see where the error is, but it has taken all my deductions. He said he would return me the part I sent and subtract my winnings. But my account loses, it does not refund the part I sent. I lost a lot and got some but they cheated on me. Until I say the reason, it forbids me to play and subtract my addition. I have evidence and talk to it. I think I'm lost. I'm tired of it. win not eat, lost all.

Are you sure this is real? I never heard of bitsler having a official telegram or one of the owners having one.

If your playing for a long time on Bitsler then you should know that they are not allowing more than two accounts per IP address. You should have waited for some more time or should have checked with their support team why they didn't send your payment.

I think you need to settle this issue with their admin. I'm not sure what is the exact issues with those multiple accounts.

In any gambling site having a multiple account would always be a violation but regarding with those screenshots im still hesitant on whats really going on since the situation being given on op is way too confusing.
Should this be on scam accusations?

I don't understand what's going on with those screenshots and why is it about various options to get the money partly... I saw some poeple on forums accusing bitsler as well, but it is a minor thing, actually, and it is considered to be a decent casino on this website. Contact their support, explain your problem and ask for the money to be sent. I am sure you'll get it back, they are not likely to risk their reputation like this. You can try contacting one of their accounts on bitcointalk as well: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=668840. Please update this thread when and if the matter resolves. If they do scam you in the end, just make a thread about it in scam accusations on bitcointalk and leave negative trust to their accounts. But don't panic just yet. You must've violated some rules which lead to money withdrawal pending. Try to talk politely with their support team and I am pretty sure you'll be fine. Oh yeah, and make sure you are talking to their official representatives, not just some people on social networks that have their names. Use their official email, for example: support@bitsler.zendesk.com. Good luck!

Bitsler does have a telegram support for certain players. As I understand it, it is for the VIP players only.(I could be wrong)

Now back to the issue at hand, I have worked with Bitsler almost 2 years now running their signature campaign. I talk with the owner quite a lot and he is not anywhere near a scammer. You broke the ToS. Specifically you had more than 2 accounts. You are lucky he is offering you back anything. Don't come in here crying because you broke the rules and want to be rewarded for it.

I don't really understand the situation here , I know that bitsler has good repu and yeah the rules are the rules
but still don't get what happened exactly , I mean even if someone had more than 2 accounts what harm will it cause if he isn't referring himself or using the accounts for farming ?

and as I stated I still don't get the situation , but this can also mean that bitsler is freerolling people that have more than 2 accounts
if these guys lose then bitsler takes the profit and if they win bitsler blocks the withdrawal

apologies if I didn't understand the situation clearly but there is lack of info given and I'm just trying to understand why bitsler did that cause just having more than 2 accounts isn't a good reason IMO

I also knew that bitsler don't allow multiple accounts.So it's completely your fault to join with 2 accounts and get into trouble.But i saw the admin is kind enough to give you some amount you lost.You should be grateful to him.  

And i really don't know that bitsler admin use Telegram for support.May be it's true that Yahoo said this is only for VIP players.                
I saw many gambling sites give rewards to its player on a particular competition.And i saw this rule that no one can participate by alt accounts like our signature campaign 😅
