I've just t tested it, and I can't add color either. Copper Member has the same signature restrictions as a Member. Max 50 characters. - Jr. Member: Max 150 characters. - Member: Links allowed. That's why when you preview your signature it's colored but when actually wearing it, it's light blue which is the default color of a link. ;D
