One day I sleep about 10 hours in the evening and 1 hour in the afternoon. Getting enough sleep helps me to be more alert when working.

You can easily “buy armodafinil online (https://www.waklerts.com/buy-waklert-artvigil-modalert-modvigil-online)” after consulting with your doctor. You can place your order online and expect shipping of the product will be within the time frame of 7 to 8 working days. Our servers are fast and easy and the delivery will be at your doorstep making it convenient for you.

According to the busy life style people don’t have time to go to store to “buy waklert online (https://www.waklerts.com/buy-armodafinil-online-waklert-150)” it’s hard to manage the time because of rotational work. They can “buy armodafinil online” and wait for the delivery after few days they will get the product in hand. In this way they can save time and money both.

I sleep around 7 hours per day and I feel like I need more. The sleep is the most important thing for our body, it helps you to relax and to feel good. So we need to sleep as much as our program let us to!

I do not sleep a lot, because I just do not have time to rest with my university schedule 6/1. And it is really hard for me to fall asleep, even when I am really tired. I take melatonin 30-40 min before bed, put my phone aside, read some book and then it is easier. Yet sleeping have been a major problem for me recently

Yeah, it would definitely make our life much easier and funnier.

I usually get 6-7 hours of sleep on workdays and about 9-10 hours on weekends. Seems enough most of the time, but I do like to sleep more on weekends because I don't turn on the alarm and its better for recovery after going to the gym. Falling asleep is not an issue if its absolutely dark, otherwise I get really frustrated and can't fall asleep.

I sleep daily from 6 to 7 hours, but ideally it is 8-10 hours, it is supremely important to sleep because life is there, resting well gives you the strength to do all the activities of the day with great success, but is probably in the mood low, and sleep well it feels good because when it rests in reality when you wake up it is a lot of tranquility that you feel.

Even 6 hours sleep could be enough if we are in the deep sleep but most of us are having disturbing sleep flr sure and this ks because of electronic gadgets we are using in these days.So to get better sleep try to avoid contact with your smartphone phone at least two hours before your sleep time.

Before I was able to get 8 hours of sleep daily. But I think as we grow older, it changes.

I have sleep deprivation and it's hard to cope up and get back to that normal sleeping habits. It has affected me a lot and made me fat. Because if I remain awake, I'll eat, drink just to make myself sleepy.

Sleep may be a vital thing to stay the body healthy an adult usually needs seven to eight hours of sleep an evening if sleep isn't enough even as the health of the body and mind is broken so an excessive amount of sleep is additionally harmful to the body. i usually get 6 hours of sleep not sleeping during the day increases our weight and sleeping more increases the danger of heart condition.

Sleeping anything between 6 to 8 hours is highly recommended and essential for your body. If doing a lot of physical work then your body also requires rest ese in future it can create some or other problems if proper care is not taken at early stage. Sleeping also makes you fresh and the new days starts with a new beginning and its only better when you are complete fresh and energetic.

I go to bed at 9 o'clock every night and wake up at 8 o'clock in the morning.  Sleep is very beneficial for the body.  If we do not sleep properly, we have a headache and a bad mood, so we need sleep.  For one, people should sleep 8 hours a day.

One of my problems at weekends is that if I start some movies or series and I liked it very much then I try to complete it as quickly as possible and thus at times it happens that it’s close to early morning before I go to sleep and after few hours need to get up to do the daily chores of house. So lack of sleep on such instances.

In the modern age, no one is following a strict sleeping pattern in my opinion and more probably lesser sleep due to the gadgets we are using and the fast-moving world. On avg, I am having 6 hours but it is not the same pattern every day it depends on that day because it keeps changing every day like 4 on some days,8 on some days, and probably never got a minute to sleep in particular days.

I try to get in about 8 hours each day, however sometimes it ends up being 6-7 hours if there is a lot on at work. 8 hours seems to be the best for me personally, because it always leaves me feeling fresh and sometimes I get a bit groggy when getting in less hours. This seems to be the average that is recommended based on many different surveys, so that's always a good thing to follow.

I depends from individual to individual, for some people it might be enough sleep. But for me 5 hours is just not enough, I maybe can do it for 2-3 days but then my concentration drops drastically. It's best in my opinion tk find a food sleep rhythm of atleast 6-7 hours and try to stick to it as many days as possible during the week. On the weekend we can usually sleep longer.

In the past few days I have been having a hard time to sleep so I usually sleep in the morning and most of the time I would wake up in the afternoon because of the heat or something else.
So I could only get 3-5 hours of sleep per day I couldn't sleep after waking up in the afternoon.
So it would just repeat since I couldn't sleep at night.

Sleeping is good and it keeps the body healthy and functioning but as humans struggling to survive in the face of all these prevailing circumstances and frustration from our government. So as a result of the struggles for survival and greener pastures we tend to work more than expected. I don’t have a particular time I sleep it’s all depends on my activities and schedule, I’m sure I never slept more than 6hours for the past two years.

As long as you can have quality time to sleep, you will feel better than before, and it is no need to have longer to have that quality time. I knew my uncle, who does not sleep for only less than 5 hours a day, but he feels that his body is okay and he feels fit every day. He doesn't consume vitamins or others, just sleep. He says if he can snore in sleep, that means he really sleep in the deep, and if he woke up later, he would feel fit.

Winter are always such only where you feel more sleepy than summer. Due to climate, people want to remain in their cosy quilt and not come out of it. Thus sleeping in winter is for long hours as compared to summer.

I believe that the average sleep is 8hrs on a typical daily activity of a person. And also base on my experience, it is better to have lack of sleep rather than oversleep as it might cause several defeciency on our body. I read a book, about sleeping, and it says that the time of sleeping has something to do with the circulation and self celansing of your own body. That is why it is very important to be time concious and disciplined when it come to what time are you going to sleep and what time are you going to wake up.

7 hours and a half. I fall asleep quickly and it feels good. I hate stay up. every time I do it, no matter how late I get up the next day, I feel tired :-\

If it’s a winter time then yes in morning are always lazy, good thing you get sleep fast and getting sufficient sleep for your body to rest and have peace of mind for next day to start fresh. So keep it up and ensure you do not break this chain by waking too late in nights as it can disturb your sleep and next day is totally wasted due to headache etc.

My sleep quality has not been very good, especially recently, I have a lot of worry and I feel very tired. However, I recently came into contact with this documentary and made a summary. Some methods are still good, you can refer to it.
Do not pursue sleep length, but improve sleep quality.
1. Take a hot bath before going to bed
Taking a hot bath an hour before going to bed can not only relax your body and mind, but at the same time, after your body temperature rises, the process of falling again will make you feel sleepy.
2. Choose a fixed time to fall asleep (suitable: people who often toss and turn in bed. People with chronic insomnia)

Well.. Some might say, that it's not enough, but I sleep like 5 - 5.5 hours a day.. And done it for 8 years now..
The advice of many people is correct. How many hours of sleep a day depends on your age, but 5 - 5.5 hours is very little. Minimum 7 hours a day to have energy and spirit for the new day.

Yea, i know that. I've got my energy through physical exercises. I'm doing 1h 30m every morning, more or less, and with healthy food that gives me energy.

Relax and sleep well. One of the simplest reasons for gaining weight is insufficient sleep and excessive stress. Your body functions best when fully rested and relaxed enough.

There are several reasons for poor sleep. The first environment is related to hot summers, cold winters, excessive noise, etc. The second month is related to physical illness, or colds, etc., which can induce insomnia. The third is related to psychological factors, such as family. Disputes, over-fatigue, excessive mental stress, overwork and poor mentality are related to depression, neurasthenia, schizophrenia, etc., maintain an optimistic and positive attitude towards life, rest on time, and pay attention to diet.

Generally speaking, adults only need to guarantee 6-8 hours of sleep a day, except for special physiques, as long as there is not much discomfort the next day, it is normal to sleep less.

I'm in high school and have a lot of presure in studying. I stay up late a lot to read and recite points of the textbook. I sleep around 6 hours a night or less and it feels really bad. I know this will do no good to my grade while my head teacher insists us to do so...Now my only wish is to finish my high school and sleep as long as I want. :-[

Of course, ideally, people should sleep 8 hours a day. I also try to adhere to this rule, although it’s not always possible. Previously, I didn’t care about my sleep. I remember times when I got used to hanging around on night parties. I came back home, slept for two hours and waked up quite refreshed. I don’t know how to explain that. When you need to work, you want to sleep. When you want to entertain, you can kick your sleep easily. It feels like nature cheats on us from time to time.
I remember that some day I worked 24 hours typing on my computer. I was on alert thanks to coffee and ginseng. When those 24 passed, I slept for three hours, and then I ran for five miles (I practice it for a long time). When I finished my running, I fell asleep for ten hours. It was an experiment. I didn’t recommend doing that.

Anyone feeling bombed out after trying to sleep should try getting a new pillow - even a very soft one.  Stick with it as the change will alleviate the pressure on your neck at the shoulders.

Avoid four or less hours sleep and try getting back to six to eight hours sleep in one session.  It's been working for me the last 18 months.

yups there is nothing more best than Sleeping completely but as we go older we cannot sustain that longevity of sleeping because our mind will wake even how much we wanted more sleep.

I should know because nowadays i am starting to feel the same.
I usually only sleep for five or six hours a day. I wake up early in the morning and can’t sleep late. I always feel that my sleep is shorter than others, but I don’t feel very tired.

Sleep is an essential element for every human body. Fatigue of the whole day is alleviated through sleep. There is no substitute for sleep to rejuvenate the body. I think 8 hours of sleep is very important for a healthy person. Although I can't sleep according to the rules due to work stress, I still feel heavenly freshness after a full sleep. I think it is very important for everyone.

If possible, I might choose not to sleep, because I want to play all night, but I usually stay up until about twelve o'clock at night and feel very sleepy. I really want to try the feeling of the whole night, but I haven't realized it.

I am way to old now to stay up all night and play games, but I do remember the good old times. Not sure if kids these days still do it but having LAN parties where we play all night and only sleep a few hours under the PC where awesome. Eating pizza and drinking red bull all night. But these days I need my sleep to function.

Sleeping is very important because sleep makes us fresh but most people don't realize this. During the covid-19 days, i also got this bad habit for staying up for late night which eventually effected my daily tasks.
Whatever you are doing in life and no matter how busy you are, you should take minimum 6 - 7 hours of sleep.

some of you folks with the outlier times really need to see a sleep specialist and get a sleep study done. proper sleep is far more important than many might think. there are several stages of sleep and all are important. some stages are for the brain and some stages are for the body.

of course society today with its mandated work shifts, swing shifts, multiple jobs, impossible study schedules and such isnt really that conducive to proper sleep hygiene.

My daily sleep time is about eight hours. My sleep quality is very good. I almost never dream and rarely suffer from insomnia. I always go to sleep quickly. I rarely experience insomnia. Before I go to bed, I will listen to some songs, which will make it easy for me to go to sleep, and sometimes I will drink coffee with some, but this does not affect the quality of my sleep.

I sometimes sleep from 10 pm and wake up at 04.30. it feels so refreshing to wake up. but if I wake up after 4 in the morning, I always feel that my body is not refreshed. so in my opinion too much sleep is not good, lack of sleep is also not good. so it's better to sleep sufficiently according to each.
