Title: BAN appeal? What happened?
Post by: GerTranslation on November 01, 2018, 09:59:51 PM
Hey,

i would like to know why my account was banned?
My English is not very good, so please excuse for that but I already take my time to sent 2 Mail to the Ban Appeal Adress but no answer?
And my Account Name is also not "strikethrough" (?)

Sorry NoRiskNoSuccess, you are banned from posting or sending personal messages on this forum.
You have been banned by a forum moderator. You may appeal here: banappeals-w6pquw43@theymos.e4ward.com

So is there a Chance to get the Account back. Cant remember I did something wrong tbh. Was hard to receive the Merit for a new Member. Otherwise I think i will buy a account from russia to get accepted for translation and so on. With new account not possible. ^^

Kind regards.

bank and crypto have very different functions, because the Bank function is a place to save money so that our money is safe and for future savings, but crypto is where we invest our money to make our money grow very much in the future, with that function I must prefer crypto, because crypto is more profitable than bank. All the money i dont need, i invest in crypto.

You need to read the rules /maybe it's already too late now/. The ban is PERSONAL, so creating or buying new account will lead to breaking of another rule, No ban evading! You going to loose the new account to, so just don't try to cheat anymore just leave the community quietly and everything will be fine.
The duck that lays golden egg is dead for you... Sorry

Edited> [1] K0er just confirmed what I was suspecting.

The market is already down and eventual  ETF rejection  will not have too big impact on price in my opinion. Anyway, I am not sure
the crypto market is mature enough for ETF approval and if it is a good thing to happen now at all.

I'm always late to be the first to respond to a ban appealing dude...dammit. Have this quote for a while now, can't hodl it anymore.  ;D

It sounds too funny for someone who appears German to buy an account from Russians, I mean given the history these two countries have. Hopefully, you won't do that.

As you have been banned for plagiarism, I think you will not be unban. Now, you have no other way except waiting though there is almost no chance to be unban.

People don't get banned for post-bursting. OP was banned for plagiarism, refer to iasenko's and k0er's post above.

This is what is wrong with the forum users mindset. Of course, money above all things. Its not like rules matter here or anywhere anyway. Murder away folks .-.

The massive word-of-mouth campaign around Asia and South America and everywhere else that's bringing these illiterate shitposting ban-magnets really should include as part of it some sort of discussion about how seriously bitcointalk takes plagiarism.  These noob spammers register on day 1, and by day 3 at the latest they've already discovered they have nothing to say about any of the topics on boards for which bounties pay for posts in.  And then they realize their English is inadequate (and that's being generous), so they invariably resort to stealing content.

I don't expect this problem to ever end as long as posts on bitcointalk are a means to make money, but there ought to be some way to warn/deter newbies from engaging in plagiarism.  I can't think of a good way to do this, but I know this forum is jam-packed full of people smarter than me and a solution could be found if those people put their heads together and worked on it.

Or we can let things stay as they are and keep being entertained by the feigned ignorance, lies, denial, forum-blaming, and assorted other sometimes-amusing behaviors of scammers.  That option wouldn't be too bad, but I'd prefer a solution over the status quo.

What how can u make that accusation out of nothing mate.. Can you provide mw with proof for that ...  :-[ :-[ :-[

One of the hottest features of blockchain is its ability to facilitate smart contracts. While the fintech, banking, and legal services industries are already dabbling with automated transactions that execute based on preset conditions, a whole host of other business are clueless that they, too, could benefit from smart contracts.

By introducing manufacturing, supply chain management, and other sectors to the concept of smart contracts, developers will reap handsome rewards while helping to reshape those industries.

How can smart contracts be useful in these and other non-legal use cases? The answer becomes clear when you consider more closely what what smart contracts allow you to do.
Since smart contracts are simply blocks of code, they can be incorporated into a variety of software applications. But including them in a blockchain is best way to add security, accountability, and transparency to the process.

Here you go mate:

An asset is some kind of economic resource. It can be controlled or owned and it provides the owner with value, usually financial. A house is an asset. You can sell a house and get cash in return. A currency is a system of money, a means of exchange. You used currency to buy a latte this morning, or so you could watch the latest season of Altered Carbon on Netflix, If it’s hard to tell the difference between the two, consider this. Assets tend to have a built-in promise of increased future value. A house tends to increase in value in time and thus, is an asset. It’s not very liquid, unlike cash, and therefore can’t really be thought of as currency.Based on those definitions Bitcoin could be both a currency and an asset.  It was created to be a currency and you can certainly buy things with bitcoin. Not everyone accepts bitcoin at the moment but you can use bitcoin on major retailers like Overstock and Newegg, and even Expedia will accept your cryptocurrency in exchange for plane tickets.

It wasn't out of nothing.  I copied your second to last post into Google, and found the site where you copied it word for word.

So you are a thief and a liar.  How proud your parents must be.

Surely the opposite is true. This sites stole his very quality posts + comments. They should be ashamed.

Plagiarism is plagiarism and if he had known the forum rules and really read them, he would know that too!

Ignorance does not protect punishment!

So if you copy a work from others without permission or a source link you'll be banned
and you're not allowed any more in the forum, since everything is written and described in the forum rules.

Plagiarism = perma. ban

ok i wanna start fresh and im sorry is there a way to resolve this issue. How about a fine please i worked hard on this account few words may be copied but did not do this continuously. Some help and compassion is much appreciated.. Thankyou :-X :-X

Mate, there is nothing you can do. If you post outside Meta with this account or you make another one you will get banned again, this time for "ban evasion".

By working hard you mean spamming bounty campaigns with endless twitter/facebook reports and occasionally copying other people's posts/articles?

If you steal and lie about it, you can't expect people to have any sympathy for you. Anyway, thanks for the negative trust. I wish you were more specific than just 'spreading bullshit', but hey...
