I don't understand what ppl thinking about Bitcoin and cryptocurrency maybe getting rich LOL ;D

And I too remember when someone on in twitter post about fee Bitcoin he pay fee 20$ for sent a few dollars maybe 5$ when Bitcoin price 20k$, that's must be solve by Bitcoin if Bitcoin can do that no reason Bitcoin will be grow up to 50k$ or 100k$

It's not simple like that broh... cuz it same like when you put your hand in the jar and your hand will be stuck in there, you can't just broken the jar cuz you hand will be hurt.

this is your biggest and key mistake which has led to your way of thinking.
the thing is, those who are talking too much know very little. and it happens that they always talk too much during rises and falls alike. most of them don't even know what bitcoin is and they only want to make some quick profit and get out. but they do NOT represent everyone. it is only a small percentage that you can call "loudmouths" in crypto :D

it depends on why do you think price went from $1200 to $20k? if you think it was a fake pump then yes of course it should be possible and even easy for it to drop back down to its "real" price. but was it really a fake pump or was it an adoption boom? in which case dropping below certain levels (such as 9k or the bottom at $6k) means unrealistic and impossible lows even if they are reached.

That's how volatile it is.

I agree with this, we are aiming for a long term growth so it takes time to get what we want, patience is the key.

Nah, the people who are spreading this doubt and criticism are the trolls that are crawling out of their caves to prey on the weak. Most people are still positive about Bitcoin and you will recognise them, if you read the counter argument in the threads that was created by these trolls, to attack Bitcoin.

On the other hand, it is understandable that investors that bought bitcoins at $18 000 would be sceptical and negative, when their investment value dropped by more than 80% in one year. <Most of these people are new to Bitcoin and they are not used to this kind of volatility and price behaviour.>  :P

if we want long term growth then we need to do something about exchanges! they are too small and it has always been so easy to manipulate the price on them. and as long as a simple dump can crash the market like this while everyone just watch and tell everyone else to hold instead of buying the cheap coins it will continue like this while whales only buy cheap coins and dump it again to crash some more and make more money.
and all this volatility prevents real adoption.

im not trying to be a drama queen i just had to rant.. i mean like it seems everyone is following in the footsteps of others.. if one person is negative then a bunch of more negativity follows... when bitcoin was pumping majority of ppl was bullish and being positive..

stop attacking bitcoin please. if you are only in it for the money then you are not a true beliver of this world chaning technology.. that is still in infant stages!!

it takes awhile for people to start adopting it and for crypto to evolve.... its not gonna be a overnight task.

I don't care how much the price of bitcoin in the crypto market. I keep collecting it and will never sell it. I believe bitcoin will be used like fiat money in the future. I like the payment system with blockchain technology because it is easy to use and transparent.

People have different aims and motives for getting into Bitcoin world. It can be used as a gateway to get into the blockchain technology for those who are more concerned about the product.
Every investor wants to profit from their investments, but the market can never be unidirectional and head constantly upwards.
Factors make it grow and attract investors and other factors crashes the market and repels them. Your task is to discover how to profit from both markets.

It has really become a cycle in this forum.

First you see Bitcoin going towards another ATH; everyone is positive
Then you'll see it dropping; people are still optimistic, mentioning that it'll probably go up again in
Drops even further, reaching lows that we haven't seen since when the previous bull run started; People jump ship and post threads saying that Bitcoin is dead.

Rinse and repeat. 

I don't know about the rest of you, but as we approach 2019, my only trading strategy is very simple. Buy slowly on the dips, hold, and patiently wait. 8)

Very simple but meaningful, bitcoin does have advantages and this is often highlighted if we can realize. So many coins that want to replace their position but always fail and bitcoin until this moment is still strong and valuable. This uniqueness makes true holders stay and enjoy until the end.

I think that is the strategy that most of the investors who have the minimal knowledge about bitcoin itself and its market history are doing these days. the regular traders (the small fishes) are buying the  dips on exchanges while the bigger traders (the whales) are buying off the market so that they can still keep the price low while they accumulate. which is why the P2P volumes have grown this much lately.

Right I agree with you some of investor's strategy is bought bitcoin until the value is dip and hold it for months or a year and have lot's of patients for waiting cause in this strategy they earns more profit from there investment.

I also will not give up, many things must be obtained from digital technology. Exploring digital potential has many benefits for the future. Trading strategies can appear by looking at the market, we will get a way to find it so that bitcoin remains valuable.

that is what i have been doing for years.
and that is what any investment expert would tell you to do. to buy when everyone else is selling and there is blood on the streets and that is  exactly what has been happening these days.

Then ignorance is bliss. I will quote and requote the times that I have told everyone to "buy the dip" when Bitcoin is priced in 6 digits, and some people will say I was "just lucky". But it's true, we are lucky to get another opportunity to buy Bitcoin below $10,000.

I believe an opportunity like this will not come again for many many years.

Great post op. I completely agree with what you are trying to state. It is a known fact that almost everyone including me joined this market primarily for the opportunity to earn millions through minimal effort.

This is why the entire world praised Bitcoin and altcoins during the big rally of 2017, but are completely against it at the moment collectively due to prolonged bear market this year. I tend to ignore the opinions of such people.

Bitcoin will always be the king of the cryptocurrency market and will rise back up sometime in the future and I am completely confident about this.

since i joined bitcoin in 2014, i have had this strong believe for bitcoin come thick and thin, so many people believe crypto currency to be a scam and a promzy scheme, but far from it, crypto currency is a means by which individuals source for funds to achieve a course, it a means of raising capital to finance a business. So all businesses has it's ups and down and crypto currency as an investment cannot be left out. I stand with BITCOIN!!!

I like what you are thinking. I am also hoarding them, by all means. I want to own them more. Many large enterprises have applied for crypto payment. I am very happy about that.

The things that happened in 2018 act as a reality check for those people here in cryptocurrency. Year 2018 showcased a lot of challenges bring the weak and unknowledgeable to ground, bringing lessons to each of us. If you're a newbie in investing, you might probably had sold your coins at a loss.
