yesterday and today I saw all altcoins rising. is this the beginning of the recovery market? if I buy now whether it's good or I have to wait until it's really safe.

give me your opinion, which one should I do.

If it's green for a long period of time, then I guess the coins's prices are already going to increase. I think it is still pretty low right now and I think you should still consider investing and holding.

But I still have concerns with the current movement, there was really no news that triggered it. BTC just decided to make that move and alts as we already followed suit. So I'll say this isn't the best time to make any buying decisions yet.

I think now good times to inevest to good cryptocurrencies at this lowest prices. Sometimes may be this is a starting point of bull run. I brought lot of major coins during this bear marketing.

Well, i was about to open a thread asking the same question. I was hoping that the price can stay the way it is or even get lower till the end of january 2019 because i was getting some money at around that time which i was hoping to invest in the market.

It just a little percent up and nobody knows if this is the beginning of a bull run but I think this is just a minor rebound while we are in Christmas season. If the trend will continue for 3 days then this could be the start of a green season. It's still risky to put your money but you can't gain in just waiting as you need to take the risk to gain something.

I do not see that we are out of the woods yet and for me market recovery will mean when we are over 300 Billion USD on the COIN MARKET CAP. It is too early to called the current bull trend a recovering stage as this little price movement started just yesterday.  I believe that bitcoin is going to makes some corrections in some days to come and that means it will still go back a little before it can gather enough momentum for further price upwards movement.  The market may remain below $4000 for the remaining days of this year and for those that may like to take advantage of investing low and hold for a very long time now should be the right time to invest into this market.

The market is far from that but I believe it's on the path to recovery. If the current growth should continue for another 2 weeks, I believe bull run won't be far away again.

As you can see in the daily chart, the recovery is very small when compared with a strong decrease from 6k, it's only recover when 6k resistance is passed

If i were you, I wouldn't expect too much since it wasn't really moving up and it is not yet breaking the resistance at $4k. So the way I see it was just a simple pump and dump of the market. If you could recall last year at December the price of bitcoin was starting to dump slowly because of the holiday. That's why i wouldn't get my hopes high yet.

I think we will be going sideways from here. This move has brought back a lot of confidence and in the previous bear markets Bitcoin wasn't retracing more than 90%. There is a small chance we will break below 3000 dollars and that's it for the bear market. If we start going sideways it's no longer a bear market. It's a pause before the next bull market.  

I'd be cautiously optimistic. I think buying at these prices is still a great deal in the long run. I think within the next two years there will be another huge bull run and your investment now will pay off hugely.

I am very enthusiastic about the increase in most of the coin prices. It seems to be increasing gradually but I'm not really sure that it continues to increase. I think it only increases temporally. So, let's see how far that increase will occur.

This is not yet the recovery that everyone is waiting and praying for although I strongly believe that this is already the beginning. This year will end with a bang. That is for sure. But we should be careful in expecting too much pump. We should take note that there is too much to recover in a couple of weeks or before this year would finally close. A friend of mine who is an experienced NYSE trader who happened to one of greatest crypto traders out there and here's his comment to this:

"Those are large institutions buying back in, when we went up to 4kish earlier a few weeks ago thats when I knew we were at bottom, as I declared double bottoms are important in intermediate charts. The reality is that RSI and MACD reveal we were way oversold."

It's nice to see that, but for me it's still not enough to indicate that there will be a bullrun this January and maybe this is just a normal increase. Let's look for the next few days if this will continue.

I think it is not yet. There was small green over the market recent days, it makes us more optimistic about the market, that's good, but it can be a trap that make us to buy and the the market will crash even lower than before.

from my understanding about the recent market green nature  is very safe now to buy Altcoin  although there is no safe time to buy due to the high volatility of cryptocurrency asset such as we all have experience in time past .if you are a trader there is no safe time to buy because you can buy low and sell a little bit higher than your buy price. one of the major reasons for this green market is that all ban for cryptocurrrency have been lifted which once hunt down before almost of crypto asset .

1month ago, market is still down by 30%. The market has a slow phase of recovering compare to its crash which has occurred overnight. Though I have a feeling it will recover little by little as they are implementing real time use of bitcoin.

Well we cannot really say for sure but currently we can see a slight recovery of the crypto market with bitcoin slightly moving a little above $4k and with the dominance of bitcoin again over 53.3%. But i really don't think that we have the correction point yet and so we can still a little dump again.
