My poor Spanish tells me the decision by "Montbrun Private Capital" to withdraw its funding was part of this mess. They appear to be threatening legal action against anyone who "threatens its honor or interests", whatever that may mean.
Bloomberg tells me (https://www.bloomberg.com/research/stocks/private/snapshot.asp?privcapId=39557531) that Montbrun were a French investment firm and have gone out of business.
It makes me wonder how much of the supposed $68m raised was real.
