Another sites that has just started accepting bitcoin as one of the payment method but requires personal information for registration. What is your point of accepting bitcoin players but you ask personal information? Dont you know that bitcoin players prefer to be anonymous?

With that registration inputs, i do feel like im writing up my own resume. ;D with this registration alone people would definitely skip out automatically.

If the site ask for personal infornation does that mean it's same as KYC?. Gamblers don't like being asked for personal informations when creating account, gamblers prefer being anonymous or unknown and they also want bitcoin as payment for gambling or playing slots or casino games.

By far the best new gambling site ive come accross here. Although the UI is kind of plain color. The functionality is there.

I think you need to work on your UI. I see that the registration has been fixed , tho just fully remove the personal info tab.

And by the way, your website shows a red lock button , thats not a good sign i reckon. "Connection is not secure" , im not that of a techy guy but I think itll scare of players.

You are requiring not even the personal information of the player but also the photographic identification and it must be a government issued ID?

was going to ask about that , cause terms makes it look like all the players have to send their ID in order to withdraw but hope this is not the case

also as I can see the search tab in the bookie doesn't work , everytime I enter a team's name and press search it doesn't show the matches for that team and it's really annoying to keep searching for the team through the countries and competitions

I don't think there is a provably fair mechanism set in place here which is a bad sign. These guys need to realize that KYC is frowned upon in the cryptocurrency community.

It's great that you respond to messages and even adjust some stuff, so that players feel more comfortable. Secure connection is a must, it's just something any decent website should have. I can see that the registration form is now acceptable, and that the age should be 18+. I also find it cool that a player can limit one's own playing for some period of time in case things are getting out of control and gambling starts to ruin one's life. Your tips and an option of limiting one's depositing also seem very responsible which is great.
When the person is registering, though. she/he should agree not only with the responsible gambling section, but with the general terms as well, so you might want to add this point into the registration form. Apart from that, I don't thin the following point from Terms is fair:
If you transferred some money to a person by a mistake, it is your own fault and should be a valuable lesson. Sure, it's okay to transfer it where it belongs, but if a person already took the money away from the website, I don't think it's okay to state that now that person owes you this money.

Then you must specify it clearly as it's your 'terms' and it's obliviously important above anything else as it can serve as a contract between the creator and the users. I'm not against your No.1 Simple site though but there are some Bitcoin Sportsbook that already got a bad reputation because of not paying their player that won 21.5BTC.

Trusting users to use the site is one of our most important goals and this will be achievable in the long term

I mean, I only see a few events from the major competitions. For example, I don't see odds for the England premier league games today.

Fixed first the SSL issue before anything else. Gamblers won't take the risk of depositing, not even a satoshi if your site cannot provide security for it's customer, that's a major no-no for any gambling site for that matter.

I have not seen any feed back from gamblers, and they have no running promotion yet AFAIK.

The site look quit great for sport betting but the only thing I don't really understand is the personal informations, which is almost opposite of what most bitcoin players are interested in they identity remaining anonymous.

I withdrew some funds last Thursday night and received them on Friday morning, which is okay I suppose. My total deposit amount is still higher than my total withdrawal amount though.

One thing I have noticed though is that bets are not automatically settled. For example, I'm still waiting for bets to be settled for matches that finished this morning.

This is not good condition obviously, at least they should give you an option to withdraw it (they send it manually by request). I know how it feels buddy, but have you requested them to withdraw your money by support email? If you did it and they do not give any answers then you should wait for no more than 24hours as they said it two days ago that the update time may take 48-72 hours. 48 hours passed so it should be ready soon, otherwise you should ask them to send your money manually.

Its been down since few days back when the rep said that the were doing on updating the site. The rep is also not active anymore since his last post related to the ETA of the update. Not a good sign but hopefully they will come back as there is someone claims to have balance on the site.

Who is the operator?

The issue is indeed resolved, I can log in again. Somehow the e-mails from support never arrived in my inbox.

There is one other issue, one of my bets is missing from my history (fortunately I have a screenshot). I'm contacting their Skype but no response yet. I will keep you guys updated.

Hello betlake,,, I am looking at your first post and I see that you are saying you manage your own book, so therefore unlike other casinos and sportsbooks you have your own different odds and lines. That is very interesting to know,,, and unique to a bitcoin sportsbook here.

But I have to ask 1 thing, how do you afford to manage the extra operational cost of managing your own books? It must be expensive to hire your own strategists and calculate your own odds if your markets are wide.

Not resolving issues for a week time.A very bad initial performance for them yet they are active into this forum and so as with that support but not answering you for a week do really sucks.

It should be automated at least and I do hope that you include it on your next released though. Usually gamblers wanted to get their money out as soon as possible specially if they won big, just saying.

Have you tried to send a pm to the official representative account in this forum? His last online was several days ago though but you can hope that he will back online to solve your issue.
