I intend to share my experience after about 2 months of using this site
Firstly, the identity verification unit that does not have a specific meaning in the blockchain world has been removed, but there is still an option in the user panel.

I don't think it takes 24 hours of waiting for all cases.
But, I don't know that the site have staffs who lives in different time zones or not. If not, at some period per day, gamblers have to wait for longer period to finish their withdrawals because staffs might be on beds.
