Hi everybody,

There was a lot of developments in vegascasino.io lately, chief among them being a change in management. We are putting a lot of effort into building a better experience for all our players, while trying not to repeat the mistakes from our past. Reading the forum, I noticed there were a few open player issues and grievances about some of the decisions the former team made. While I can’t guarantee we can fix them all, we are more than willing to try. Please write here or send me a PM, so we can look into them in detail.

On to the more fun stuff :). We are constantly adding a whole bunch of new slot games and will try to be one of the first to launch new games from our providers. Hopefully this will make vegascasino.io your favourite place for best and latest games :). Trust is always an issue in this industry and since we are not operating under any official licence, we can understand the reservations some of you may have. Just our guarantee nothing fishy is going in the background is not enough, so we are looking into provably fair principle and some other options, which would prove our honesty. Rest assured all games on our side are from reputable providers and have not been “customized” in any way.

First of all welcome back after your long inactivity in bitcointalk. Any good reasons for the long inactivity?
Secondly, how about your trust rating for unsolved scam accusation? You did not even try to clarify about it, so its better to clarify about it first whether you have solved it already or not.
Last but not least, recently there are so many bitcointalk members advertising your site in this gambling board but they do not use signature of vegascasino. It makes me wonder, do you have any bounties for promoting your site in this forum? I believe they are not promoting it freely, and I also believe that they are not even regular player on your site as most of them do not even understand about your site. Mind to confirm?

Upon reading his trust history it seems that they had a scam accussation for running an event and banning a member's account who won their event. I doubt if they will be able to regain their credibility after a long silence and unresolved scam accusation.

Would like to hear how the said new management will deal with their past mistake and regain users trust.

Welcome back from your long vocation from bitcointalk as you have said that you guys have made some changes in the management teams and are currently trying to reborn the trust the community ones place on your gambling site which turned otherwise in the past. First thing you need to do is to try to resolve the scam accusations against your project before any other thing.

Ok, let’s break down these questions :). I don’t know for sure why the previous team decided to stop being active on this forum, I guess they had their reasons. But in any case, they stopped posting sometime in 2017 if I’m not mistaken, and we want to change this. Open discussion, that is how we want it.

About the trust rating, it hurts me to see that red colour as well… We’ll investigate what happened, and if the mistake was on our side, we’ll do our best to fix it. It happened some time ago, so it might take us some time to come to the bottom of this.

I don’t know about any active bounties, but I can check.

We are also fully aware of the no licence and pirated Novomatic games issue. Can’t really add anything here, we still don’t have a licence, but all our game providers are legit and running on official servers.

Regaining user trust is hard, especially when you lose it like we did. Anything we say will be in vain, only thing we can do is prove it with our actions. And this will take time. I hope in a year, trust will no longer be an issue, but there are no instant cures here. We will address the issues on AskGamblers and other sites, hopefully we’ll be able to clean up our reputation at least a bit.

Is there any proof that you have indeed had a change in management? Until the last issue has been resolved I think that gamblers here will not be going to your site to play.

It would be better if the accusation were to be resolved immediately and post all necessary action that you have taken in order to fix the problem.

Its a long road ahead to restore the image of your casino after all the bullshit that you guys pulled in the past, but completely possible. You need to clear the following:

- Red trust needs to disappear
- Previous accusations need to be resolved
- Prove that you have a legal license to operate
- Testimonials from certain high ranking members of this forum

Since Lauda (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=101872) is the one who put a negative trust in your account, I think that you should explain it to her about the new management.

Heres a little example. This account (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=trust;u=202115) has a lot of issues back then, just like yours but all the negative tag that has been put in his account were all taken back (not all since some are now inactive). All the issue in that account has been resolved.

To be fair I don't know much about your casino but have heard name. First of all, as I see you are new Team which knows past of casino and bad trust too, why did you decide to become new team behind this casino instead of starting new one? Especially when you know it will be so hard to gain trust or at least neutralize it.

Well, you need to be fast and clearing the scam accusation need to be the top priority  for the new management.
Secondly do you plan to bring some incentive / Bonus to your site since you have a brand new management willing to make it better than before.

It is so old accusation (almost 2 years), the one who create the scam accusation thread is not active anymore in this forum. At least we need to hear from the player as well about his issue, we do not know the update of it since the player did not even give any updates after creating the thread. The best thing to do by Vegascasino is to check the username of the player, check the logs of the account and it will be clear whether the issue is solved already or not.

If the said player isnt already active on this forum and might not be active on their platform as well then it would really be hard. Removing their negative feedback would really be
needed for them to start all over again with the new management.I dont know why they do consider out this site to be bought yet it do have some previous issues.
If they wont able to clear it out then expect that they are just completely wasting up their money yet they wont get some trust on the community.

It is not a bad thing asking op relevant question about his site and I think if he has confident about his gambling and casino site then we most asked him questions and he should give reasonable answer as trust is what we need here as the entire blockchain technology is build on trust.

Yes, we know for all the accusations, and it was truly unprofessional to leave it all behind (not to be active for some reason) but it was done by former management.
We don’t want to hide that we are running without the license (it’s just the way it is), and that we had some bad reviews in the past, but this happened quite some time ago. Vegascasino.io is running under new management team, full of new ideas, and to be perfectly honest, we changed a lot till now. We are trying to be the best, and I think we are doing great since our players are very happy with us.

We wouldn’t go live with fake games, not even in our dreams – ‘’Fake Novomatic games’’ was very bad idea, and also made by former management!
We also explained what happened with some accusations. Our fraud team was investigating, and found some really interesting things.
And our negative rating is because the guy who gave us negative rating, left rating – we need to wait for him to come back, and then we will proceed.

It will take some time to gain the trust, but we will do anything to prove we are provably fair!

I can't believe this for sure because out there are still many issues about your site. Yous should really remove your negative trust towards your site since it is under new management like you said before. But one thing for sure. Do not do business with this Scammer.  Do not send him money.  Do not give him any personal details.
He will try to get you to pay 5% of your claim up front and then ghost you.  One victim who sent him about $1,000 USD over 9 months ago started this thread

Bitcasino.io might be interested to know that game-protect is running his own curacao casino.  He advertises it as anonymous (no AML/KYC laws followed) and for all countries (including the ones curacao does not allow).

This is quite cool but you might have to start looking in that direction of charging something for withdrawals no matter how little because eventually when the volume starts increasing, the cost might become too significant to bear and the moment you want to start aggregating withdrawals in other to minimize costs, be ready for people suspecting some foul play. Another reason why you should consider that is because, when I know I would be charge for every withdrawals made, I tend to minimize the frequency of doing it and that to a large extent would give your own platform the opportunity to have some liquidity in the time being which would have been withdrawn should there be zero charges on such.

Edit your thread OP and your thread title to reflect the fact that in 1 week people will permanently lose the money in their balances, please. A single post on the forums is not enough notice to notify all of your customers that you're effectively going to be stealing their money in a week's time.

If you don't then people will make a big fuss out of it regardless, but if you want to close your casino professionally, then at least provide better notice of it...

So it's that easy? First of all I have to say that people should give more time for withdrawals. In a week, people may not have information. With this decision, you may have harmed many people. Please review this extension. At least you should show a way for your members which they can reach you for a while. This time not a week. A week may not be enough for someone. They can be vacation and out their country. They basically be sick!

A bit surprised to see vegascasino decided to stop their service while they had promotions at the beginning of this month, it sounds like a sudden decision for me but I think there must be a good reason why the decided to close down. Anyway I have to agree that there should be longer time for players to withdraw their money unless there is a way to request withdrawal without login to the site once the site is not accessible anymore.

I think you should read all posts before write something. They are closing down!

Have left a negative feedback until they resolve this and make it more obvious that they are closing down, and that people with deposits inside the casino will lose them very soon. If they don't take action soon to make this obvious I will be leaving a flag on their profile to warn guests/newbies because this is going to result in a lot of people losing money.

Can't help but think that this is probably part of their intention - give short notice, take the money, and then say "well, we warned you" and run away...

Seriously, how is this legal? They have people with money in their website and they have a one week notice to withdraw and they will keep all what is left when that week is over. Isn't this some sort of stealing? If I was a person who had any money left in there and had the means to sue them I would and would help other people who had money left in them to sue them together so we can bring them down even further.

I can understand that someone who is not rich at all wanted to open a casino and become rich and they failed, these are not evil corporations most of the time, but if you are giving people one weeks notice then I am sorry but you are literally stealing money.

You could just postpone it for a whole year, stop operations but keep the withdraw open for another year, after that it would be understandable, if not just send people their money back to exact same address if you have to, at least that is "doing something" rather than literally keeping the money.

This should be continued quoted to make it more visible to users registered on this gambling site
because until now I have not seen the OP change posts in their first thread with this announcement
