Hi everybody,

There was a lot of developments in vegascasino.io lately, chief among them being a change in management. We are putting a lot of effort into building a better experience for all our players, while trying not to repeat the mistakes from our past. Reading the forum, I noticed there were a few open player issues and grievances about some of the decisions the former team made. While I can’t guarantee we can fix them all, we are more than willing to try. Please write here or send me a PM, so we can look into them in detail.

On to the more fun stuff Smiley. We are constantly adding a whole bunch of new slot games and will try to be one of the first to launch new games from our providers. Hopefully this will make vegascasino.io your favourite place for best and latest games Smiley. Trust is always an issue in this industry and since we are not operating under any official licence, we can understand the reservations some of you may have. Just our guarantee nothing fishy is going in the background is not enough, so we are looking into provably fair principle and some other options, which would prove our honesty. Rest assured all games on our side are from reputable providers and have not been “customized” in any way.

First of all welcome back after your long inactivity in bitcointalk. Any good reasons for the long inactivity?
Secondly, how about your trust rating for unsolved scam accusation? You did not even try to clarify about it, so its better to clarify about it first whether you have solved it already or not.
Last but not least, recently there are so many bitcointalk members advertising your site in this gambling board but they do not use signature of vegascasino. It makes me wonder, do you have any bounties for promoting your site in this forum? I believe they are not promoting it freely, and I also believe that they are not even regular player on your site as most of them do not even understand about your site. Mind to confirm?

Upon reading his trust history it seems that they had a scam accussation for running an event and banning a member's account who won their event. I doubt if they will be able to regain their credibility after a long silence and unresolved scam accusation.

Would like to hear how the said new management will deal with their past mistake and regain users trust.

Welcome back from your long vocation from bitcointalk as you have said that you guys have made some changes in the management teams and are currently trying to reborn the trust the community ones place on your gambling site which turned otherwise in the past. First thing you need to do is to try to resolve the scam accusations against your project before any other thing.

Ok, let’s break down these questions Smiley. I don’t know for sure why the previous team decided to stop being active on this forum, I guess they had their reasons. But in any case, they stopped posting sometime in 2017 if I’m not mistaken, and we want to change this. Open discussion, that is how we want it.

About the trust rating, it hurts me to see that red colour as well… We’ll investigate what happened, and if the mistake was on our side, we’ll do our best to fix it. It happened some time ago, so it might take us some time to come to the bottom of this.

I don’t know about any active bounties, but I can check.

We are also fully aware of the no licence and pirated Novomatic games issue. Can’t really add anything here, we still don’t have a licence, but all our game providers are legit and running on official servers.

Regaining user trust is hard, especially when you lose it like we did. Anything we say will be in vain, only thing we can do is prove it with our actions. And this will take time. Is there any proof that you have indeed had a change in management? Until the last issue has been resolved I think that gamblers here will not be going to your site to play.

It would be better if the accusation were to be resolved immediately and post all necessary action that you have taken in order to fix the problem.

Since Lauda is the one who put a negative trust in your account, I think that you should explain it to her about the new management.

Heres a little example. This account has a lot of issues back then, just like yours but all the negative tag that has been put in his account were all taken back (not all since some are now inactive). All the issue in that account has been resolved.

To be fair I don't know much about your casino but have heard name. First of all, as I see you are new Team which knows past of casino and bad trust too, why did you decide to become new team behind this casino instead of starting new one? Especially when you know it will be so hard to gain trust or at least neutralize it.

Secondly do you plan to bring some incentive / Bonus to your site since you have a brand new management willing to make it better than before.

It is so old accusation (almost 2 years), the one who create the scam accusation thread is not active anymore in this forum. At least we need to hear from the player as well about his issue, we do not know the update of it since the player did not even give any updates after creating the thread. The best thing to do by Vegascasino is to check the username of the player, check the logs of the account and it will be clear whether the issue is solved already or not.

If the said player isnt already active on this forum and might not be active on their platform as well then it would really be hard. Removing their negative feedback would really be
needed for them to start all over again with the new management.I dont know why they do consider out this site to be bought yet it do have some previous issues.
If they wont able to clear it out then expect that they are just completely wasting up their money yet they wont get some trust on the community.
