Here is my review for the site.

Right of the bat I kind of disappointed since the mixer did not accept a Bench32 address. Nevertheless, the mixer provides an enjoyable and easy way of mixing. It definitely gives a straightway to mix Bitcoin for the user that is less-tech-savvy since Mixtum doesn't let the user customize any 'technichal things', that would be good for them, In other hands, despite a fixed algorithm that set up within the system, I'd believe some of the users want to customize the mixing process especially the time span of process. I understand that Mixtum has a good reason for them as stated of the https://[banned mixer]/#solution, but someone might disagree with that.

Speed, and accuracy. I got the exact value of the mixed coins as calculated on the value calculator that the site provides. It comes with two different tx's, and both of them are received within the time span as stated in the sites(1~6 hours).

User Interfaces, Mixtum does could potentially become the easiest site to mix a coin, a straight-ahead instruction from the start of the website to the point where a user received their mixed coin are as simple as it can.

Website design. I'd personally like the one-page types of the website about the information, and some sort of things. But I'd believe it still could be maximized to be somewhat eye-catchy. Overall, the design does provide accessible information, but I still think it could be maximized so the user could be more interested.
Honestly, the background color over some of the text isn't suitable, IMO. especially on https://[banned mixer]/#solution. Maybe try to like don't separate the box within the section so it just likes the other section.

One more thing that bothers upon inspection is.
Aren't that ironic somehow a mixing site that should provide a tool to make Bitcoin become full anonymity are using a questionable service like Cloudflare, and also Google analytics. Don't get me wrong, but those services aren't privacy-oriented.

What is [banned mixer] (beginner's POV): [banned mixer] is a website that mixes your crypto coins and sends them from addresses that is very difficult/impossible to track. So this way the source from which you received the crypto coins can never be tracked.

How does it work: The steps are as follows:
1. You need to visit https://[banned mixer]/
2. Then click "Mix My Coins" which is a blue-colored button.
3. You'll be redirected to the page: https://[banned mixer]/?mix. Enter your 2 "receiving" address/s: one is mandatory and second is optional.
4. Click "Mix My Coins".
5. You'll be redirected to the page where a "sending" address would be displayed. You need to either scan the QR code and send bitcoins or send them manually. Note: The amount should be >= 0.001 BTC and should be max 50 BTC. You will have 168 hours to send the BTC.
6. Once you send the BTC, you will notice this text below the QR code: "A transaction is detected, the sum is X.X BTC, awaiting confirmation"
Optional: You can choose to download the "Letter of Guarantee" which is a button displayed below "Bitcoin Mixer 2.0" which shows the PGP Signed Message. You can even close the page as you wish or bookmark it if you need to visit it later. You can also choose to mix more coins for which you need to follow the same process (steps 3-6).
7. Your coins will appear at your "receiving" address within a time interval of 6 hours.
 
My experience: I tested the website yesterday and since it was the first time I ever used a mixer, I was a bit clueless of how it works. I thought it would require some tedious steps of creating an account or something more but it was not the case. The website had too much information on the home page which made it look little bit confusing as there were no steps mentioned of how to go about. I had to figure it out on my own and hence I added the steps above (hope they are useful). I entered my "receiving" address (noticed you could add one more address) and then sent 0.0015 BTC to the address mentioned on the website. It displayed the text "A transaction is detected, the sum is 0.0015 BTC, awaiting confirmation". This message did not change even after refreshing the page and it kept displaying "awaiting confirmation" after receiving about 20+ confirmations. Note: This transaction got confirmed in less than 5 minutes. I wasn't sure to close the page or leave it open as I felt I may require to revisit it in case I don't receive my coins. I left it open for 3 hours and was ready to wait for 2 more hours till I receive the coins but to my surprise I saw a micro transaction after 3 hours in my wallet and after few minutes, the second and last one arrived. The fee was 50+ sats/byte which was more than sufficient to get the transactions confirmed in time. However, I did not know they would be sent in parts as I did not ask for the same. End of the story is I received my coins after waiting for 3 hours but still the website kept displaying the same text as before as if it was still "awaiting confirmation". I downloaded the Letter of Guarantee which showed the PGP Signed Message.

Pros:
1. Transaction fee added is good enough.
2. Letter of Guarantee assures anonymity.
3. Mixing coins does not require too many tedious steps to follow.


Cons:
1. No explanation on how to mix coins was given on the website.
2. Even after the transaction was confirmed, it said "awaiting confirmation". It does not show how many confirmations does it need to send out the mixed coins.
3. Sending micro transactions was not something I prefer as it sometimes increases the fee while sending out those coins. Users should get the option to choose if they want to receive the coins in one transaction or multiple transactions.
4. Time taken was long. As some users would require to receive the coins urgently, this may be an issue for them.


Some recommendations/changes required:
1. This text is grammatically incorrect "Enter your Bitcoin forward to address below:"
2. A user can be given an option to create an account wherein he could receive the Letter of Guarantee via email then and be notified of his transaction getting confirmed and that he received the coins. While downloading "Letter of Guarantee" it's better if the text document is named the same instead of "LetterGuarantee".
3. Add steps on how to use the website or a video tutorial if possible.
4. A user should know how many confirmations are required to confirm the transaction instead of displaying "awaiting confirmation". Till now I can see the same text even though I have receive the coins and the transaction is confirmed on blockchain. When the transaction is confirmed, the page can be refreshed and also he should know if it's safe to close the page.


Final Verdict: Overall, the mixer is good and I couldn't myself trace the source. I feel that unlike many the 5% fee charged for my transaction is fine as I can see that the mixer needs to send the transactions through various addresses where the fee that need to be paid for the transaction to get confirmed is high so in cases where the transaction amount is below 0.1 BTC, the fee is fine else a fixed fee should be charged.

This is My first time using this kind of services, let's talk about it.

The website has a very clean interface but it could be confusing for new customers. At first glance, the difference between the free trial section and the use of the actual system is not clear.
(You maybe can add a tooltip mouseover?)

I like the idea to avoid the creation of an account to use the service and it is a plus, people are lazy and hates to do things and avoid the registration is very good in this way.

For new users like me, I think it would be very helpful to add an embedded video to explain step by step what to do, this kind of service when people can lose money for a mistake is very scary.

Got one confirmation after the transaction in around 5 minutes and the update was correctly displayed on the website but after that nothing and it was not clear what to do after maybe a message here can be useful so users can know what to do.

For the timing, after 3 hours I got the coins back but the website is still ongoing I guess (2 transactions) maybe one more is coming?! Again an update "in real time" like the mixer is still ongoing or whatever can be useful.

Never used this service before but I think that 3 hours is a long time to wait. If you can reduce it, it will an improvement.

For what I've known (Correct me if I'm wrong) the default time to receive the coin is around 3-5 hrs which is I may say a good feature since it would be hard for anyone to track your transaction if there's a delay in it. The team set this default for extra security and privacy of users and also for a less suspicious in your wallet.

The time delay in [banned mixer] can achieve up to 6 hours. The system needs this time to opt for optimal transit wallets in order to provide more anonymity. It can be perceived as disadvantage, however for those who crave for maximum anonymity this feature can be useful.

If your wallet does not rebroadcast the transaction, it will be dropped from the mempool. It usually takes few days then you will be able to spend your bitcoins again.

It makes me think if it is appropriate for a mixer to do a CPFP to incentivise miners to confirm these transactions.

Let us remind you that the mixing process starts as soon as the transaction gets the first confirmation.In your case the transaction is frozen due to the fact that the commission you set is lower than recommended one. To avoid the issue in future we recommend to set corresponding commission according to the network conditions. In your particular case we can prolongate 7-day period for your receiving address. If you wish you may use bitcoin accelerator service to get your transaction confirmed.There are plenty of such services,you just need to google.
As a provider of bitcoin anonymization services we can not stimulate miners to confirm users’s transactons as in this case we will have to disclose the info about our client’s bitcoin transactions and it contradicts our principles of security. Moreover,it is a service which costs additional money and [banned mixer] does not provide for it.

I think there is a misunderstanding here.
What I mean is to use Child Pays For Parent by spending the UTXOs from the unconfirmed transaction. The unconfirmed transaction will be confirmed with the second one you created.
Of course, you have to ask for your customer's approval as you are going to charge him the extra-fees.

I used the mixer and works like any other regular mixer (send to X-> receive in Y). Not much to say about this.

My biggest issue with the mixer is that there isn't any customizable option (time delay, fee range, more outputs, amount per output, etc). I used the "free test option" so I only put 1 output. For some reason, I received that amount in 2 separated transactions (e.g: I sent 0.001 and receive one transaction of 0.0004 and another one of 0.0006) when I didn't ask for this. While I agree this adds a lot of privacy for the whole process, people should be able to choose if that's what they want.

I use a local exchange in my country that only uses 1 address for every deposit/tx. So, if I would mix the coins directly to it, I would lose the second part of the transaction (0.00077233 - more than half of it) and would need to talk to the support and wait a few days to receive my coins. Give the user the power to mix his coins the way he wants.

I used Tor (mixtum5lbuslyow2.onion) for mixing.
Without reading anything, I just went straight to "Mix My Coins", so I can go to sleep and complete my review tomorrow.

Luckily, fees are low again, so at a whopping 2+ sat/byte it confirmed in about a minute. My Bitcoin Core showed the first confirmation while MixTum still showed "awaiting confirmation". I'm not waiting to see how long this takes.

The next day, it still shows:
Two things are wrong here:
1. The transaction amount was 0.00149561 BTC (no need for rounding)
2. The transaction has 63 confirmations

Mixing has completed though, so all good there. I suggest to actually show it as completed instead of "awaiting".
Considering how high Bitcoin fees have gone up lately, I don't like that a small amount of coins gets send in 2 transactions when I only enter one address. Chances are I can't even spend it in the future when fees get higher than it's value.
I don't think 2 transactions to the same address are useful to hide mixing, if anything, it's like a mixer's telltale sign.
Overall, the process was smooth, and can be completed without reading anything.

TryNinja,thank you for your review! Firstly, we are glad that the issue with the transaction was solved and you were able to test our service. Let us comment some statements:
These limitations allows the mixer to perform mixing maximum anonymously. 6-hour delay is the best time  period for the mixer to choose the optinal options of transit wallets, as well as non-adjustable amount per output. The system is smart and it knows better how to split your transaction in order to hide the trace.
In any case the mixer splits incoming transaction into two parts regardless how many receiving addresses you have entered:two or one. You will receive both transactions in one receiving address if you have entered only one, or these parts will be sent into two receiving addresses.

OK, here is my review.

I used MixTum to mix 0.0015BTC.
The mixer is amazingly easy to use as all preferences are set randomly and you don't have to worry about what would be the best combination which makes mixing coins in the reach of everyone.

Personally, all I had to do is to enter my receiving address and send the coins to the mixer and wait for the transaction to confirm. After that, I received two transactions within 6 hours as expected. So, basically, there is nothing to complain about.

However, I noticed few things worth mentioning here:
  - both of the two received txs were included in the same block. You have to make sure each transaction gets included in a different block.
  - I couldn't download the lettre of guarantee. Clicked the download button many times but nothing happened.
  - there is no seesion ID.
  - it keeps showing "awaiting confirmation". It should be updated after the first confirmation is received and after sending the mixed coins.
  - it would be better if you provide the transactions ids.
  - let the customer decides whether he wants to receive a single transaction or more, especially if he is going to mix a small amount of BTC. In my case, when I click on one of the received transactions on my bitpay wallet I get this warning:
I have also few remarks regarding the website design (I am using a smart phone):
  - for a mixer website, I would prefer to see darker colors.
  - I really didn't like the mixer logo. It reflects a lack of imagination (we run a mixer so let's use a mixer's picture as logo  :-[ ).

This mixer kinda has high fees compared to their competitors, any chance you guys lower the fees?

[banned mixer] is a very easy to use mixer.  First off, the website looks simple but is very easy to navigate.  I like the graphic design and color scheme.  The FAQ and other basic information is laid out in a east to understand manner.

I mixed my btc, and everything was quick and easy.  I'm not able to connect the two addresses so I'm sure the coins are sufficiently mixed with no traces to the original address.

The only thing I would add if possible is to show the address you want the coins sent to on the 2nd page just so you can confirm that is the correct address.

I would recommend this mixer to others.

Indeed, the fee is higher in comparison with competitors, but here you pay for the quality service, as all incoming BTC pass the procedure of verification and end clients get only clean coins.

I've used a lot of mixers in the past and this one was one of the easiest to use.  Even a complete newbie could figure it out easily with how helpful and simple the main website is.  I am definitely satisfied with the results, after sending my coins to be mixed I received the clean coins very quickly on my requested address.  I was not able to find any link between the previous address and the new one which is exactly what you want with a mixer.


Suggestions:

Maybe add an option to put multiple addresses if you want your mixed coins on different addresses.

Perhaps lower the mixing fee a little to compete with other mixers

As for the commission: indeed, it's higher in comparison with competitors, but this is the price for quality service when end users get only coins with good history.

I like the design of your website, it's very simple just like bestmixer, however this one is out of the competition already.
However, I notice your rate is high, so the minimum fee is 4%? and if I will mix a big amount like 1 BTC so the minimum fee will be BTC0.04?

I haven't received the testing fee (yet), but i was a bit anxious, so i decided to analyse the site before actually using it. In order not to be influenced by previous posters, i decided not to read other reviews before making my own, as a result i might say things that have been said before.

All in all, i like the way it's designed, but i'd like to see several issues being fixed before i would even consider using the service for actual mixing:

• You're using cloudflare's SSL certificates... That's a big no-no for me (cloudflare acts as a man in the middle)
• You're importing scripts from google tag manager. This means google can log who's using your site
• A lot of javascript is being used... I haven't tested your tor mirror, but i like to disable javascript when using my tor browser
• 4 cookies are being set...
• HSTS is not enabled
• CSP header was not set
• The referer policy was not set
• X-Frame-Options header was not set
• X-XSS-Protection header was not set
• I see a _gat_UA-124028682-1 cookie... Google analytics? Really?

The issues on this list result in a companie (an US based one!!!) being able to see all unencrypted data that's being sent between your enduser and yourself, and a second company won't be able to see the actual data, but will still have access to all your customer's ip's, browser fingerprint, times, referrers, exit pages,...
Next to this, i'll need to enable javascript, so it'll be easyer to fingerprint my browser and there were no precautions for (amongst others) XSS.

Next to this, i personally think 4-5% fee is on the high side, and i see you're linking to the public key of [banned mixer], does this mean i'll get a letter of guarantee signed with [banned mixer]'s private key? This isn't a real problem, but me (a customer) would like to get a letter of guarantee signed by you ([banned mixer]), NOT by [banned mixer]

Indeed, it's higher that the commission set by other mixers, but using [banned mixer] you receive money which comes from cryptocurrency stock exchanges and undergoes  scoring procedure. No money of dubious sources penetrates the system, thus 4-5% is the price you pay for quality service and anonymity.

I used the clearnet in a chrome navigator. I sent 0.00139 and receive 0.00117467 in two seperated transactions (0.0005/0.00067467) for one output address. The delay time is correct, up to 6 hours. The mixer works as it supposed to work and nothing special compared to other mixers.
What i like:
- Nice design.
- Friendly use.
- No complaints against it/No bad reviews.
- Potential of growth is unlimited by keep having a good reputation.
- PGP signature is the best letter of garantee.
- Fees are pretty great for such a good level of anonymity.
What i don't like:
- I don't find your LoGo in the website (if any), the picture of a real mixer in top homepage looks dumb.
- With MixTum i can't pay for fast deals so there should be an option to disable the delay time and start receiving mixed coins after the transaction of input gets some confirmations.
- There also should be an option to disable receiving mixed coins in seperated parts.
- User can't add more than two addresses to receive clean coins, and can't set his prefered delay time.
- Should i get worry if Jumler.io shut down? Do you have B plans to continue running the mixer without the empowerment from Jumbler?

It is not always the case that both transactions are included in the same block, moreover it is more an exception.  It can happen in case if your outcoming transaction does not get confirmation for a long time, and  [banned mixer] tries to perform mixing as fast as possible and the time interval between two transactions is quite short so that both of them are included in the same block. 
Generally there is no such issues and the letter of guarantee is sent for sure.
We do not provide session ID or transactions IDs due to security reasons. In the nearest future we will release an update where it will be possible to receive notifications about every changes in transactions status via Telegram or Jabber.
Agree that it may be inconvenient, but we split the total amount for two transactions in order to make it more difficult to trace the history. That was the testing amount - 0,0015 BTC, and for sure it was small and caused some inconveniences.

EDIT: after re-reading my post, i realise i sound a bit harsh... But the way i see it: you payed me a couple bucks to get a review you can actually use to improve your service... Sure i could have said: "everything looks find, your mixer is perfect", but if i did such a thing, you would have payed me to kiss your *ss ;). Instead, i decided to give a review focussing on the things you NEED to fix, so that the couple bucks you spend on my review will allow you to improve your system... There are many positive points about your mixer, but since everybody can see those, i didn't feel a need to repeat them once again...

On friday, i received some test funds, but since i payed a suboptimal fee (slightly less than the recommanded fee), it took the transaction a while to confirm. Today (monday), i noticed i had received the mixed coins...

I have discussed my security concerns in a previous post, especially the MITM by using cloudflare's ssl certificates and the includes of google tracking codes worried me...
That being said, i found the testuse of your mixer pretty straightforeward, i could easily navigate your menu's and i was pleasantly supprised by getting a letter of guarantee signed by you (and not [banned mixer]).

The one thing i noticed:
Including fees, i have spent 0.001962 to make a 0.0015 BTC transaction.
Your exact value and fee calculator told me that a 0.0015 BTC deposit would result in a 0.00128 withdrawal.
When i combine the output values of the two transactions funding my withdrawal address, i get 0.0012795... I know, it's only 0.0000005 BTC (50 satoshi's) less than you promised, but since you already take quite a hefty fee, i think that you should make sure the calculated output value matches the actual output value.... On top of this, splitting the output into two unspent outputs increases the fee i'll have to use to spend both by about 0.0001 BTC compared to spending a single unspent output (at current feerate).
This means that, after spending 0.001962, i'll get the equivalent of 0.0011795 BTC in clean, spendable funds... Thats ~40% less... Offcourse, the main reason for this fee is the fact that you use a percentage based AND fixed fee, and the mining fee is currently pretty high compared to a low input value (and i used 3 inputs for my deposit tx, to it was a tiny bit larger than a "default" tx)... I'm sure the fee is a lot less if you mix bigger values at a time the network fees are more reasonable... But still, ~40%...

I know why you don't allow people to chose the output timeframe, nor the number of outputs, nor the size of the outputs, nor the exact fee... However, i like to feel in controll... Personally i'd like to have some kind of "expert - i know what i'm doing" menu that allowed to to chose the size and number of outputs, the feesize and the delay.

Ending on a (very) positive note: i traced the outputs funding my withdrawal addresses and ended up on a poloniex wallet for one of the outputs, and an unknown wallet holding ~80 BTC after  +1000 transactions... This means that your system is telling the truth and the funds are coming from a clean source.
This being said, it does look like you get a big unspent output from a "clean" source, and you keep re-using this unspent output to fund all mixing sessions...
It's like:

unspent output of 3 BTC from a clean source funding your address
unspent output of 3 BTC used to pay first client => 3 BTC in, 2.9 BTC to your change address, 0.1 BTC to your first client
unspent output of 2.9 BTC used to pay second client => 2.9 BTC in, 2.7 BTC to your change address, 0.2 BTC to your second client
unspent output of 2.7 BTC used to pay thirth client => 2.7 BTC in, 2.6 BTC to your change address, 0.1 BTC to your thirth client
unspent output of 2.6 BTC used to pay fourth client => 2.6 BTC in, 2.3 BTC to your change address, 0.3 BTC to your fourth client

The thing is: it will allow me to find other people that used your mixer, since i only have to follow the trace after my own mixing session. This is not a problem, as a matter of fact, it's pretty common to see this kind of behaviour amongst mixers, as a matter of fact, it's the same with chipmixer (if i initiate a mixing session and get my chips, i can now follow other people that used chipmixer).

As for now, i will not use [banned mixer] untill the security flaws have been fixed and you think about the exact fee calculation, but all in all, i'm impressed :)

Advantages:
User interface: Easy and smooth
No registration: Even my grandma can use it if she wanna be anonymous  :)
Tor network friendly: Using VPN + Tor network will be bulletproof.
Time delay: Each transaction has a different timestamp on the blockchain.
Fee calculator: Fixed fees are better.


Disadvantages:
High fees: I know, anonymity has a cost but you can lose customers because of competition.
No option to recover the session: I took a screenshot due to lack of the restore button on mixing page for a case.
No way to change or edit output address: What if suddenly my deposit address expires on the exchange because of the transaction with low mining fees.
Minimum amount: You need to change the minimum mixing amount for low profile customers.
No extension: Again unconfirmed transactions can ruin my week if the miner's fee is lower than required.

The calculation error can occur only in case if small amounts are mixed and here we talk about one-hundred-thousandth parts. When bigger amounts are mixed, the calculation is correct and the amount displayed and received after mixing is the same. However, thank you for pointing it out. We will think if we can do anything here.
In this case we recommend to enter only one receiving address and the total amount split into 2 transactions will be sent to this address.

In fact we replenish our funds with BTC received from cryptocurrency stock exchanges. We verify this money with our proprietary mechanism. When there are many orders for mixing [banned mixer] tries to choose wallets so that no change leaves on them. Sometimes the BTC on one wallet will be enough only to perform 2 or 3 mixing operations and after that the wallet will be empty to zero. After that the chain becomes  untraceable.

• mix output comes from multisig address, I think this is a good security on the mixer side
• you might want to support bech32 address to accomodate some native segwit hardcore user out there
• enable user to set a desired amount on one of the mix outputs to make it harder for chain analyser
• improve algorithm on calculating minimum fee rate to save fees on output transactions

overall, mixtum mixer service is a pretty easy to use mixer for all levels of user expertise
however, optional custom settings would be great to cater advanced users with special needs
on service fee, it's rather high for me and if I there's an option, I would go for lower fee with slower confirmation time
I notice there's also a telegram bot available for your service, I haven't tried it yet... I will do it later ;)

I don't mean to nitpick, but this solution wouldn't change a thing... Even if i only entered one receiving address, the address would still be funded with 2 new unspent outputs. If i wanted to spend those 2 unspent outputs, fee-wise, it wouldn't matter if they were funding 2 distinct addresses or one address, the transaction size would be roughly the same for both situations...

The transaction size is based on the number and type (P2PKH, P2SH,...) of inputs the number and type of outputs... Not on the address that was funded

My Review about [banned mixer]

So it was my first time using a mixer First time I did was followed the instructions carefully and I didn't get a hard time following it.
after I send some BTC on the BTC address that the [banned mixer] gave me, I thought I just gonna wait for a day to get my BTC back but that's not the case for my opinion the speed is good since I got it all back in not less than 3 hours.

About the website design, I think if they can just make it more user-friendly that would have been good. I don't know about developing a website but base on other mixer sites that I saw, [banned mixer] need to have some improvement.

The Good thing about the [banned mixer] is easy to use as most users said even who doesn't know how to use a mixer can easily mix their Bitcoins without worry. as I did mix mine even I don't have a clue about how to use it.

Because this is my first time using a mixer I don't give a disadvantage on using a [banned mixer] until I used some other mixing service out there. since it goes well for me I recommend you guys to use [banned mixer] service on mixing your Bitcoins.

Before start to use their mixer, I made a search on google, and actually there are not fake redirect about your site.
Home page it's very clear and easy to use. Free option on home page is very appreciated.
With just one click, after providing the two address I get my deposit address and all ready to mix my coin.

Deposit page without options is an advantage for user that try to mix for first time their coins.
But there is not any option for advanced user?! Likewise option for split in several address !?

I have set an high fee (10k satoshi, the default one on Multibit wallet).
Nice to see a letter of guarantee with all information regarding the operation...

In the end, the service it's pretty easy to use. I have seen the lack of features for experienced user. But this can be also an advantage for the safety of your operation.
I will update this review with final information with txt confirmed.

EDIT: I received the mixed coins as promised. But I get only 90k satoshi that it seems much more of what considered in letter of agreement (5% + 15k satoshi).
I think you should clarify this aspect (same concept as @mocacino) because newbie could be scared from these differences and not want use anymore a mixer site due the high fee.

General experience was easy and even fast. There are some aspects that could be improved but anyway you are on the right way (8+/10).

Firstly i would like to apologize for the lateness of my review, i have been having some issues with my internet as of late.

Pros of [banned mixer]:
i felt the site was very clearly displayed out and easy to understand, nothing as jarring or offputting to the eye, and all the essential info is there and easy to access.
using the site itself was super easy as well, 3 clicks and your set to go, no hassle or anything of the sorts.
coins you send arrive on time within the 6 hour window they provide long with a letter of guarantee.

Cons/improvments for [banned mixer]:
okay so, i think there is definitely room to improve, while the site is clear to understand, i feel it would benefit from a little clean up as well as making the hyperlinks to navigate more viewable.
Next, i was fairly disappointed that you do not currently support segwit/Bech32 addresses and fee it is something you should 100% work towards in the near future.
The fee for mixing i feel is a tad to high, but nothing in the realm of absurdity, however, this being my first time using a mixer i have no fees to compare to, as long as your fee stays competitive then thats alright by me.
lastly, while the site was vary easy to use, i was took back a little by the lack of control you have in the specifics of the mixing process, such as changing fee price in exchange for slower/faster delivery of the coins.

Overall i think your site delivers on what it promises. i sent coins, coins was mixed, i received coins. all in all i think you have a very solid foundation, now you just need to perfect the imperfections. good luck!

Indeed, for now we do not support Segwit/Bech32 receiving addresses, but you may send money for mixing from them.

Dear participants,
Some of you are dissatisfied by the fact that the amount of BTC received  after mixing is lower than expected due to loss on transactions commission. Indeed, here we speak about very small amount, 0,0015 BTC + current high network fee. But this is a testing amount, and the mixer itself spends more on commissions than it gets.
In this case we recommend to send only 0,001 BTC for mixing (this is the minimum supported amount), enter only one receiving address and after mixing the money will be back in only one transaction.

It might have been my second time that I had used a mixer and it was very easy to use. Don't know why others are requesting a tutorial though, the process is just straight forward with no account creation, just directly coming to the main purpose.

I tested the mixer by sending 0.001btc as you mentioned in the post above. Not complaining, but I sent 0.001(+0.0000904 txn fee) and received back exactly 0.001, though I had not selected the free option, but I guess the system automatically assumed it and didn't send 0.0008 BTC instead as calculated by the site's calculator.
The mixed coins were received in one transaction only and to my luck in just less than 3 hrs.

On the free trial page, the amount mentioned is 0.001 BTC, so the same should be mentioned on the page following it which currently states that: "Please send your bitcoins (min 0.001, max 50 BTC)".

Personally, I did not have any problems in using the mixer as the coins were received in time and the process was easy to execute.

It would be great if your site could incorporate a logo as the one in the favicon doesn't look much professional.
As others have already mentioned, bech32 addresses must also be enabled as quite of us are using them.

The Mixtum Mixer does what it says. It mixes  coins amd forwards clean coins to customers. I received my test coins and did the necessary testing. Here's what I think about Mixtum Bitcoin Mixer.


– Does what it's meant to do.
– The website is fast and lightweight with no registration
– I get a letter of guarantee in case of complaints/disputes.
–Received Clean coins
– A fee calculator which can come in handy.


– The website design is pretty basic. I want to assume that what the website lacks in design, It got it in speed.

– The calculator is a bit off, not too far from accurate though

– I prefer to have more customization options. Like how many time interval per mixing transaction and more.

– Clicking the menu option automatically takes me off my mixing information page. Please fix.

– High fees. Like others said, the high fee would be a turn off for customers.

– No way to recover my session once I leave the page.

Like I said before, Mixtum does exactly what it says. I think It's one of the cleanest coins I've received from a bitcoin mixer which is impressive. I didn't try the tor version though. An overhaul of the website would be great. A crasp website design should do just fine. That and other suggestions by other reviewers should be looked into.

I never did receive the mixed coins and this was over 4-5 days when they were sent. I pm mixtum bitcoin mixer and told them what occurred but no response from them last time they logged in yesterday.
The page has not changed where it says "awaiting confirmation" when on the blockchain.info page the bitcoin sent were fully confirmed the same day they were sent.
So I do not know if the maintenance caused this problem because when I tried to log into the site a couple of days ago I received this site can not be accessed message for a few hours. It is back up now but still the same awaiting confirmation on the page when sent 0.0015btc.

As for the message on the [banned mixer] website "awaiting confirmation" it might be a bug, and you should rely on confirmations from the network.
In the PM you sent us the receiving address you entered in the field "forward-to address". Please check again that there were two input transactions 0.0007795 BTC and 0.0005 BTC from two different addresses. This is money you have got after mixing. Let us remind you that if even you enter only one receiving address the amount is splitted into two parts and returned two you in two transactions. This is a  security and anonymity measure.
Please check one more time that the money was returned to you. We are here to assist you.       

Yeah it must be a bug with the system because the awaiting confirmation still stands as it is not changing, which causes a bit of concern especially when the address inputted during the mixing process is one which is used frequently. You wouldnt know where the funds came from which was the case here. I received them but thought it was a send I made earlier because I was expecting around the same amount to be sent back but as you explained early on there is a fee for sending so the amount will be less.
Aside from that it was done successfully. Thank you for the clarification on the mixing and where it went to and the needing to put in two addresses so to not have any confusion with using it in the future.

Sorry for the late review but today I got a chance to try [banned mixer] out! My experience and review is as follows :
I liked the way the site has been kept simple without any unnecessary graphics and animations! Makes it look very professional.
Ability to mix coins without registration makes the process much quicker!
The fee calculator is a good thing but the high fees are a turn-off! With the increasing price of bitcoins, the fees is ~2$+ which added up with transaction fees makes up to 4$+ in fees which is crazy for amount as low as 15-20$

I received clean coins in no time, the only bad thing I felt was the fees which definitely can be reduced by the team as per their convenience!
The thing that matters the most is the user's experience which pulls a potential customer and existing ones back to the site, and MixTum have done a great job with that
