Let's take a look at your point of view. You base your argument on the assumption that all the premine will remain with the team now and ever. While you may feel free to maintain this opinion, the reality at the moment is somewhat different. As of now, nobody can state that the team has an intention to misuse the premine. As well as nobody can claim the opposite.

Facts supporting the conclusion that the team will maintain its obligations regarding the premine discloses in the roadmap are:

- all the premine addresses are public, just watch them in case you want to be sure about the use of the funds;

1) Uninstall Netbox.Browser with checkbox "Also delete browsing and wallet data?"
2) Reboot your computer

4) Beware! You must save your mnemonic phrase before do those steps!

until now, it can only be staking and collecting coins from a sling from the web because the browser is so nice to use too and is still collecting to follow the masternode, hopefully the project will continue to run and continue to grow even better

There is no such statistics as it depends on you.. your activity + all the network's activity. So you can try for 1-2 days and you'll see the result.

Let's summarize what has been reported previously:

1- High level of centralization;
2- Unfair wealth distribution (72% pre-mined with ~90% of it to the team);
3- Price manipulation (WP: "price capped at 0,4$");
4- Reported fake users accounts;
5- Potential lies about user activity (officially reporting 40,000 daily active users but explorer show rewards are given to ~2,000/day);
6- Questionable business ethic: Avoid questions, arrogant, lack of transparency + ban "too curious" users from chats;
7- Unclear WP (Only a vague commercial version, not very technical):
      - Fork of Pivx without the privacy features (zerocoin protocol) --> Basically fork of Bitcoin;
      - Browser itself fork of chromium open source code;
      - Unclear mechanisms (Terms of team sales of max 10M/y not clearly defined anywhere, economic projections very basic and unclear, burning unclear);
      - 0 fees policy may expose them to network vampirizing attacks;
      - Overall long term supply model unclear (no tx fees + decreasing supply + capped max supply + burning = deflationary?)
8- PRIVACY:
No mention about privacy in the WP or anywhere.
This plus some other clues indicate they are potentially recording individual browser history through activity.
What they expect to do with user data isn't clear.

What is clear is that these guys are planning to "press the lemon" as much as they possibly can.
They are not really in a logic of community-driven solution but a full for-profit Business Model.
They treat their NBX coin as a if it was a security (US investors to be careful with this).

1. Sure, as all new projects, as all newborn children - they need care to be safe. Read please our whitepaper to get the answers about this period, it is described in detail.

2. More than fair. NetBox.Global team produces a ready-to use product, the devolopment of which has been made entirely at own expense. Netbox.Global does not use any financial schemes that involve obligations to users (ICO, IEO, etc.). Initially, the team owns 100% of the project share. Team decided to distrubute a part of the shares of coins for the successful promotion and improvement of the product.

3. There are no manipulations. There is market! Starting price of NBX was $0.4. But there were no sales at this level. You know that tomorrow price can be $1 or $0.01 - it's up to you (users, traders, holders, robots etc.)
Team does only have to care about the things planned to be done for Netbox.

4. Reported? We give reports once a year. First report is planned on july 2020. So can't give comments to not existing information.

5. Read the paragraph above. But for today I can confirm that there are about 40000 registrations and a range of daily active users from 2000 to 4000. Active - is not the same as total registrations.. hope you undestand it.

Mandatory Update

Netbox.Wallet v3.4.0 is a mandatory update for all users. This release contains new consensus rules and improvements that are not backwards compatible with older versions. Users will need to update their clients before enforcement of this update goes into effect.
Update enforcement goes into effect at block #347000 (est. February 24, 2020 13:40 GMT)

Notable Changes
• Version 2 Stake Modifier
A new 256-bit modifier for the proof of stake protocol has been defined, CBlockIndex::nStakeModifierV2.
It is computed at every block, by taking the hash of the modifier of previous block along with the coinstake input. To meet the protocol, the PoS kernel must comprise the modifier of the previous block.
• Added transaction fees!

How to Upgrade
• For users: if you use Netbox.Browser then Netbox.Wallet will be upgraded automatically, no additional actions are required.
• For masternode holders on own servers: for manual masternode upgrade follow instructions from https://netbox.global/files/Creating the VPS.pdf (https://netbox.global/files/Creating the VPS.pdf) starting from “2.4. Download the script”. After reinstalling masternode you need to start your masternode (“3.10 Click Masternodes tab” in pdf) from your client (client = your local Netbox.Wallet should be the same version v3.4.0).
• For masternode holders on third party services (like Gentarium, Trittium and others): after Netbox.Wallet upgrade (to the latest version v3.4.0) you should open it on the tab “Masternodes” and click “Start Missing”.

They are calculated automatically depending on current net's difficulty and amount of inputs in your wallet. Same as bitcoin for example. You may change it manually in the core wallet to move tx to the nearest block (faster) or make it lower and wait for the block with free space for this tx with indicated fee.

Mandatory Update
Netbox.Wallet v3.5.0 is a mandatory update for all users. This release contains new consensus rules and improvements that are not backwards compatible with older versions. Users will need to update their clients before enforcement of this update goes into effect.
Update enforcement goes into effect at block #770001 (est. December 18, 2020 01:30 GMT)

Changes:
• added dynamic multiplier for block rewards after height 770000
— increased nodes protocol version;
• speeded up access to wallet transactions
— added new field (added transaction sender address) to wallet database format;
• minor wallet and API improvements.

How to Upgrade:
• For users: if you use Netbox.Browser then Netbox.Wallet will be upgraded automatically within a few days starting today and no additional actions are required!

• For masternode holders on own servers: for manual masternode upgrade follow the instructions from https://netbox.global/files/Netbox-Coin-Masternode-Instruction.pdf starting from “2.4. Download the script” till the item 2.6.
After reinstalling masternode you need to start your masternode:
- update masternode.conf file with new “MASTERNODE PRIVATE KEY” (from the item 2.6.), see “3.9 Go to Tools > Open Masternode Configuration File” in pdf;
- restart your local wallet (item 3.9.7.);
- and then continue with “3.10 Click Masternodes tab” in pdf).

• For masternode holders on third party services (like Gentarium, Trittium and others): after Netbox.Wallet upgrade (to the latest version v3.5.0) you should open it on the tab “Masternodes” and click “Start Missing”.

• For services, masternode hosting platforms, exchanges: you can download precompiled binaries for Windows, Linux and MacOS from the official Netbox.Global GitHub page: https://github.com/NetboxGlobal/Netbox.Wallet/releases/tag/v3.5.0
