Hello. That's easy. Your browser is not synced, so it doesn't see the Netbox.Chain.
You could try to use menu Session-Show wallet, then Tools-Wallet Repair-Delete local Blockchain Folders

Mandatory Update

Netbox.Wallet v3.4.0 is a mandatory update for all users. This release contains new consensus rules and improvements that are not backwards compatible with older versions. Users will need to update their clients before enforcement of this update goes into effect.
Update enforcement goes into effect at block #347000 (est. February 24, 2020 13:40 GMT)

Notable Changes
• Version 2 Stake Modifier
A new 256-bit modifier for the proof of stake protocol has been defined, CBlockIndex::nStakeModifierV2.
It is computed at every block, by taking the hash of the modifier of previous block along with the coinstake input. To meet the protocol, the PoS kernel must comprise the modifier of the previous block.
• Added transaction fees!

How to Upgrade
• For users: if you use Netbox.Browser then Netbox.Wallet will be upgraded automatically, no additional actions are required.
• For masternode holders on own servers: for manual masternode upgrade follow instructions from https://netbox.global/files/Creating the VPS.pdf starting from “2.4. Download the script”. After reinstalling masternode you need to start your masternode (“3.10 Click Masternodes tab” in pdf) from your client (client = your local Netbox.Wallet should be the same version v3.4.0).
• For masternode holders on third party services (like Gentarium, Trittium and others): after Netbox.Wallet upgrade (to the latest version v3.4.0) you should open it on the tab “Masternodes” and click “Start Missing”.
• For services, masternode hosting platforms, exchanges: you can download precompiled binaries for Windows, Linux and MacOS from the official Netbox.Global GitHub page: https://github.com/NetboxGlobal/Netbox.Wallet/releases/tag/v3.4.0

Please, keep in mind about new transaction fees in this release! They won’t be zero anymore.

They are calculated automatically depending on current net's difficulty and amount of inputs in your wallet. Same as bitcoin for example. You may change it manually in the core wallet to move tx to the nearest block (faster) or make it lower and wait for the block with free space for this tx with indicated fee.
