Send messages to group members individually
Group admin can send message to every group member at once. But to send messages to the individual member it requires having the permission of group members. Group admin creates a “POLL” in the group of whether he can send messages individually or not. If he gets the vote of at least 100 people or 30% in favor then he can send messages to individuals.

Use Cases:
Marketplace: Sell any digital products online. It needs admin approval before adding to the marketplace.
Reward system: Upload an image and get a chance to win our token. Every week there will be voting and most voted pic will get some tokens. Planned to implement in @2/20.
Crypto wallet: There is an exclusive feature of crypto wallet on our app. Users can hold them any crypto in their wallet. Planned to implement in our first version.

Channel: This is a quite similar feature as Telegram, where the only admin is able to post. Planned to implement in our first version.
Crypto Exchange: Our app has an excellent exchange feature. You can use our tokens to pay fees and get up to 70% off for fees.
Live chat box: Live chat integration for websites. Chat directly in the group from the website. Any of the websites can buy or use our free version to integrate its site. This allows admin to connect his chat box with his group created on Texochat and allows his website visitors to chat directly in the group without opening our APP.
Admin reward: Group admin can pay some TXO tokens to most active users of the group. Select user, enter
amount and send.

We at Texochat have incorporated an exclusive spam policy. If any user has joined multiple groups and he tries to manipulate groups by sending Nudes, spam links or anything that might offense admins, then an admin can remove that member from the group. Admin also has the power to mark him as a global spammer and if that person gets this spammer tag from more than 5 admins then he automatically gets terminated for 7 days. If he gets that tag again then he is terminated for further 14 days and if this continues for 3 consecutive times then the person will get a permanent ban.

How you want to beat Telegam and other messages?

In short yes.

We know it's hard to beat them and it is also hard to touch them. But we have a great team and idea behind the Texochat.
Telegram is very strong and already have millions of active users. Telegram is used by both crypto users and normal users but for Texochat, we are aiming crypto users first then after normal users. We are working to provide crypto user-friendly communication app. We aim to cover 50% of crypto users within 2-4 years.
35% of raised funds will be used for marketing. Marketing is the key feature for our project and APP.

What do you mean by this? Banned by whom?
I can't see any reason for using any chats that makes it more easy to avoid bans. I mean the scammer and spammer problem on the telegram is already too high, even with the bans

Countries are banning apps like Telegram for not fulfilling local govts rules and laws.
We have an in-built VPN. Maybe in the future, some countries may Ban our app in that case VPN feature will be useful to users.

I am aware of spammers in Telegram. To resist spammers we have a strict policy against spammers.

Most spammers are sending the same message in many groups within a few seconds.

We at texochat, users can't post the same message in more than one group, even they can't change a few words and post. This is not for the admin user.

If admin wants, users can't post specific links or words.

In setting users can choose from whom they want to receive a message.

Users can mark senders as Global spammers. Which will be check by admins and ban that user.

Admins can add captcha in a group, so before joining a group or channel users need to solve captcha.

Admins can get the tag of Admin.

Few cases admins also try to spam users.

Admins can send message to all group members. This can be done only after getting Vote of at least 25% of members.

Well, we are aware of that. It is not easy to fix those problems it only looks easy.
And, we have other features which Telegram will never be going to add them because they have normal users and crypto users both if they add other features which we have then they will lose their normal users which they don't want to do.

So, still, we are in the market with the same power.

Vibeo is one of the projects which we were following when we started working on texochat. But now it seems they are gone.
Our app is very much different from current apps. You may not find all those functions in one APP. It is easy to start the project but hard to provide what users want our dev team are very much experienced in the blockchain world.

I am pretty much confused why this project is going to raise fund ? What will be role of that project on crypto world? For develop a simple chat apps you are launching a ICO which is unrealistic in my opinion. And seems you are talking about IEO, personally I don't believe this project will add any exchange for IEO. Because project's concept is very cheap and there is more chat group for crypto-currency especially Telegram is using mostly for crypto-currency discussion. I am not expecting that your project will successfully raise money.

Exchanges are not providing real data. The exchange wich we decided to launch IEO with telling us that their platform helps Projects to raise funds.
