There are many forum users, who help in identifying fraudulent ICO. All of those users have their own “list of scam projects”, which they fill in. However, none of those list can be full without my fraudulent investigations) I present you with my work. My list of investigation, which I will update regularly. See also:

You have spent lot of time here for expose scammers. I believe we have successfully reduced scammers from this forum together. At least forum users save their fund in my opinion who were active on scam accusation board. And I believe every investors of this forum should visit this board before invest any project like ICO.

When our newbies will take it as a responsibility to reveal scammers face hopefully it will be the best things to watch. Your scam fighting story is one of the inspirations that changed me so i also started exposing scammers whenever i come across them anytime too.

The default status for these projects should be Ponzi or scam until proven otherwise. They are taking advantage of a flawed fund-raising method, knowing that investors almost certainly won't see a return on their investment. With that mentality, I would consider ICO/IEO projects predatory at best—or outright scams at worst. Impressive list though @OP, glad to see somebody putting in the effort to protect the community.
