The bounty distribution does not tell us that the project is completely honest and will not deceive anyone in the future. Additional advertising in the form of a bounty campaign only helps scammers to achieve their goal. This project was caught with a fake team, it looks like their tokens will cost nothing, and investors will lose even more, I mean their own funds.

@OP, you might as well list practically every ICO and IEO under the sun.

The default status for these projects should be Ponzi or scam until proven otherwise. They are taking advantage of a flawed fund-raising method, knowing that investors almost certainly won't see a return on their investment.
