I and couple of other people participated in the airdrop and received payment yesterday and we received about 600 xlm. So i don't know where all this scam tag is coming from. May be you are among the 95000 people disqualified for using bot registrations and on the basis of multiple account. Aside that all participants that qualified are receiving their reward accordingly

It might takes a few days to completely send the pay for each of every airdrop participants. Or, I heard they also banned quite a lot of participant who broke their rules about multiple accounts, you might and might not be one of them. As long as you're qualified for the aidrop and not breaking any rules, I think you're good. You just need to give them more time. As you know they're sending to a lot of addresses.

As far as I know the rewards are disbursed by the Stellar Development Foundation (SDF) so I don't see why would they scam anyone... So, of course, we will get it, and it will run for 2 years cmiww.
