I have read some of the members who participated in this airdrop received their XLM as promised and some are not.
Most of the common reason for not receiving the airdrop is multiple accounts and other form of cheating to get more.
Upon checking the Keybase airdrop announcement in their website, I saw this statement that is relevant to the OP's concern.
