I guess that's on the setting of the google form, you just have to click the "icon setting" on the top-right corner of the form and it is under the "General" tab then click again "Limit to one response". So far if I open the form again I can still answer it but if you follow the guide I give that wouldn't be the case anymore and that prevents trolls to troll the form (I have a hunch there will be). These are some suggestions from my side. Personally I have no problem disclosing the location of a touristic spot. However, 10 cents for a post which includes an original photo is not reasonable. If bmy.guide really expect a minimum level of quality and effort by the participants in their photos and posts (which includes information and context about the photo) it really should consider raising it. Imo, it is way better if bmy were very careful in choosing the participants, hiring few participants but of high quality (instead of hiring an horde of spammers posting random photos for 0.10 usd). As this campaign does not take place in bitcointalk, bmy could hire the best posters here (which are already in other sig campaigns). However, bmy.guide was built to help travelers and tourists on their journey, having an exact location on each photo/image is what would help those travelers and tourists using the platform as it acts as their "Guide" hence the name of the platform: bmy.guide ("be my guide"). Could you clarify which part you think is "disadvantageous conditions for participation"? Is it the rate? or the actual task of posting a photo/image on the platform? 'Cause I see no problem with doing that, it only takes a few seconds to upload a photo, add a location and a little description on bmy.guide platform. Such tasks are normally used for bounty campaigns on altcoin sections. Ex. Post something on facebook, copy link to that post and post on the bounty thread as a way of submitting reports. It's easy to identify the photo was stolen from other resources, just "Right Click" to the image and choose "Image find by google" then will show up the original picture. Anyway, i think it's ok if someone using a picture from "Camera Phone" as long the picture was original and have good quality better than stolen a random image on google. Waiting, how @julerz12 can handle this plagiarism cause i see most of people 90% using an image from google. When the bonus prize was announced on Dec. 18, 2019, the day ended with only 10 users participating and out of those 10 users, just one actually participated the Postcard campaign and have the right answer (Oasisman), so the team decided to extend the bonus prize duration for at least 24 hrs to get more participants. In the end, only 24 have participated and out of them, only 2 got the right answers while also participating in the Postcard campaign (Onika84 & Continuous) and no other participant of the Postcard campaign who participated for the bonus prize has the closest right answer (nelson4lov, coinliker, & you). So, the team chose Bttzed03 & NebulaE as the last two winners since they are the only ones left that have the closest right answer even if they did not participated in the Postcard campaign.
