Why I am not received?

The answer is already on the post you quoted.  We require everyone to make at least 10 qualified posts per week to receive weekly payments. You've only made 6.
BTW, Those 6 qualified posts you've made that are unpaid on week 1 will still be counted towards next week so make sure to make at least 10 on week 2.
