Another gambling platform, welcome to Bitcointalk.
It is a simple UI design and the dark theme color is can't irritate to the eyes of the players. I have a few questions, I dont find on the website which cryptocurrency you accept and also which country prohibit your company to access.
Nevertheless, all are good and I hope there is a faucet too to test our luck.

I think the first post should be extended and include some information about the casino, its games, and features, perhaps a couple of screenshots.
I like the design, I'd say it looks above average. But when I clicked on the dice game, the log-in window popped up. I entered an email and password but received the following response:
I get it, it's log-in and not sign up, but I think it should offer to sign up right away if a person does not have the account. I couldn't see a sign-up button in that window, and could not close it either which is also something to reconsider. So signing up is apparently possible only from the main page right now, but it's not very useful when it's like that.
Anyway, I signed up and received the free credits automatically. The roulette is really small, it's quite difficult to follow the ball this way. And I think it would be better to make "Alfa Bet" a link to the main page as well since now a person has to click on the logo for that to work.

If you're doing crowdfunding better do it in the Altcoin announcement, there is a seven months gap in your post here in your announcement thread you suddenly come here with a big crowdfunding announcement, and in the first place, your announcement does not belong here since your platform is a web3 platform.

Even if the crowdfunding is over its still good to launch a bounty campaign, Betfury and OWLDAO have done it, bounty campaign is for awareness of the platform and establish your competitiveness in a competitive industry, you can reward your participants with your own token if the participant sees potential on your platform and your token many will join your campaign, I used to be a participant of Betfury bounty campaign and look at where they are now.

It's for their own good so they need to apply what is being told by the users here. Pre-sale is usually shorter than a normal selling period but I think most projects has more than 7 days allocation. Please don’t fall for this casino , withdrawals are not working at all. It just says you’ve got a pending withdrawal already. Inside their smart contract for withdrawals, they only $2 as their bankroll. Before I deposited today , the last time someone deposited on this casino was 74 days ago.

I checked the website and I found out that the "alpha casino is a beta stage new" is clearly and boldly written on the website. As I thought and from the complaints, this casino looks like an abandoned site and does not look real. I also noticed it is a decentralized casino and would need one to connect directly to their wallet which is likely very risky now to do as there have been complaints just as you have complained now.

I also checked for an online customer support presence but non-available to respond to complaints here as well, the representative is not too frequent online to attend to issues which means that there is a big communication gap which is not a good one for the project as it is in this stage.
