on what time did you try to contact support ? there was a site i play with great support .

they reply fast before but nowadays when corona scare begun they are now delayed to reply  , so i believe that delays are related to the convid-19 because you know workers are only limited this time and they are also doing something important  now that the panic is still on going  .  also if the site support mobile app , chances are they also support mobile web access  but the experience is still full on a desktop or on an app  .
