Have you already got your $3000? If they're planning on sending the rest and you're already up anyway you may as well wait for them to do that...

Not sure exactly what the virus would do to prevent them but if they can't access the funds for that reason then I'd just be patient if they're still happy to transfer the funds to you...

But your $1100+$1900 have already been returned to you? If so then just be patient on the rest I don't think it's worth arguing with them and making them have issue with you until you get all of your funds back.

As long as you're not a degenerate gambler and they're processing your withdrawal, just consider it money in the bank.

I wouldn't freak out unless they said they're not paying you at all.

You might want to take a look at their ToS(Terms of Service) and see if anything is mentioned about your problem. If it states in their terms that they only allow 1 withdrawal a week, then they're completely within their rights.

If it doesn't then you have a case.

I read the terms it's not write and you can do withdraw of others coins up to 3000$ but now they say it's for all of the coins together (not write on terms)

not sure if this is it but they mentioned on their General Rules(under payout rules) (https://www.betonline.ag/rules) that max payout per day is dependent on what payment method being used and it can change without notice.

It's too early to say that they are thieves, you should consider our scenario as well and be patient and if they managed to run with your fund then that's the time you can tell they really are "thieves" but since they have given their statement and limits your withdrawal due to the current scenario of our society I think they are also affected as well as their business for some reason.

For the mean time be patient that's the only thing you can do for now.

Just wait until all of those withdrawals will commence, as long as you have your capital + profits per withdrawal it's ok. I know what you feel if you can't withdraw the whole amount quickly but it's their rule and just wait until per week replenishes.

Their terms and service clearly state that they can change the maximum and minimum withdrawal without notice. You should never deposit this much amount in such a critical situation, Be patient, hopefully you will get your money back.

This may be the best example of why we should read the terms before using a website. Although this rule was given by them, they have the right to make any changes, but I still find their rule too ridiculous. Only one withdrawal per week, LoL, I don't have any problems with them, but this rule seems pretty ridiculous, it seems to stop players after they win too much. With this rule, they are not the recommended platform in the future.

You just have to try being patient and understanding. If you deposited money just today and did not get the withdrawal request processed yet, it's not a reason to panic. I don't know this website, to be honest, so it's hard for me to say if it's a reputable one, but what I did find is the reviews on trustpilot (https://www.trustpilot.com/review/betonline.ag) (again, a website I don't know) that don't sound too good. Moreover, a thread on Bitcointalk (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1078817.0) which is 5 years old doesn't make it sound like a good website either... I do hope you get the money back, at least the one you deposited, but please consider the website's reputability before depositing, not after.

I am confused. Did you receive your $3K from the 1st week? If so, then you need to wait. If not, open a scam accusation against them.

There is no point in freaking out like this since this could prove to be problematic for you in the future. I understand that their rules are shit, but they did promise to deliver your payments in a couple of weeks which is why I recommend waiting patiently.

Did you even read my post properly? Along with op, it seems like you need to improve your brain-power too. He clearly was able to withdraw a certain amount though he wrote confusing posts as to how much he actually withdrew.

Just wait it out and see what happens. There is nothing anyone here can do to help you or force them to initiate your withdrawal faster. If they don't honor what they promised you, you can start thinking about the next steps. Unfortunately, these are special circumstances. I am not sure how it affects their operations but maybe it does. Try to keep your calm and hope for the best.   

Read carefully the terms of payment of winnings on their website before blaming them. If they are ready to pay you $ 3,000 a week, then this is just a standard payment delay, as happens with most casinos.

Don't give them discount, get all your money as that is your right, actually you can make a scam accusation since they are not listening to you, just make sure to follow the format and we need proof here.

So, you didn't really receive any bitcoin from them? Not even a single btc?. If that is the case then you have to do a scam accusation thread and provide evidence. I'm sure that is not a problem in your case because all you need to do is provide the transaction hash that you deposited btc in their site and then you won but unable to withdraw your profit.

That's a rarety these days but it's nice for us to see the company have rectified their mistakes/problems.

I'll add this in case anyone was wondering. So I got a promo for $50 free credit with a certain rollover. Turns out I got to $300 and reached the rollover. I tried a withdrawal and it got declined. I asked customer service through chat and they said I had to call to "verify my account" I say that in quotes because to me it feels weird to have to verify my address/email/amount of withdrawal/phone number etc. Some of you might think that's good. I just found it as trying to delay the withdraw. I then called them and they accused me of a fake number as I didn't pick up from the unavailable number that called my phone. They then told me to retry the withdraw and it would go through. I proceeded to retry the withdraw and got another unavailable call. This time I answered. They asked for someone that used to have the phone number. (I know this because I still get texts for that person's name haha.) They asked why I didn't pick up. I told them. They asked me to verify everything again then released the funds. Take it as positive or as negative as you may. I got the withdraw but took about a day back and forth of this.

Good for you, I don't mean to be condescending but maybe next time I suggest(not just to you but every gambler) reading through the TOS and General rules of a gambling site so if something like this happens you'll know what was the reason. a lot of gamblers tends to panic and complain here if they experience a hiccup/delay on their withdrawal and saying that the gambling site is illegally withholding their funds without any reason but after a few days they'll come back and say that everything was fine and the issue has been resolve. a reputable gambling site that earns a lot on a monthly basis will not jeopardize their reputation for a mere couple of hundred or thousands of dollars.

As we mentioned, staying patient was the right call since opening a scam accusation against them in this case would have proved detrimental to you. They probably could have delayed your withdrawal in such a case. Good call op!

Well said. I have observed so many gamblers losing it whenever there is something wrong with their withdrawals without thinking straight. Gamblers need to do their research before filing scam accusations against a casino.
