Did you even read my post properly? Along with op, it seems like you need to improve your brain-power too. He clearly was able to withdraw a certain amount though he wrote confusing posts as to how much he actually withdrew.

Just wait it out and see what happens. There is nothing anyone here can do to help you or force them to initiate your withdrawal faster. So, you didn't really receive any bitcoin from them? Not even a single btc?. If that is the case then you have to do a scam accusation thread and provide evidence. I'm sure that is not a problem in your case because all you need to do is provide the transaction hash that you deposited btc in their site and then you won but unable to withdraw your profit.

I'll add this in case anyone was wondering. So I got a promo for $50 free credit with a certain rollover. Turns out I got to $300 and reached the rollover. I tried a withdrawal and it got declined. I asked customer service through chat and they said I had to call to "verify my account" I say that in quotes because to me it feels weird to have to verify my address/email/amount of withdrawal/phone number etc. Some of you might think that's good. I just found it as trying to delay the withdraw. I then called them and they accused me of a fake number as I didn't pick up from the unavailable number that called my phone. They then told me to retry the withdraw and it would go through. I proceeded to retry the withdraw and got another unavailable call. This time I answered. They asked for someone that used to have the phone number. (I know this because I still get texts for that person's name haha.) They asked why I didn't pick up. I told them. They asked me to verify everything again then released the funds. Take it as positive or as negative as you may. I got the withdraw but took about a day back and forth of this.

Good for you, I don't mean to be condescending but maybe next time I suggest(not just to you but every gambler) reading through the TOS and General rules of a gambling site so if something like this happens you'll know what was the reason. a lot of gamblers tends to panic and complain here if they experience a hiccup/delay on their withdrawal and saying that the gambling site is illegally withholding their funds without any reason but after a few days they'll come back and say that everything was fine and the issue has been resolve. a reputable gambling site that earns a lot on a monthly basis will not jeopardize their reputation for a mere couple of hundred or thousands of dollars.

As we mentioned, staying patient was the right call since opening a scam accusation against them in this case would have proved detrimental to you. They probably could have delayed your withdrawal in such a case. Good call op!

Well said. I have observed so many gamblers losing it whenever there is something wrong with their withdrawals without thinking straight. Gamblers need to do their research before filing scam accusations against a casino.
