I usually ignore loan request if anyone asking loan via pm instead of posting publicly. Several people like this try to scam by this way. They think If my loan request rejects by a lender then others will do the same. They send message to the maximum lender, this type of borrower won't repay the loan. This guy Kisleav (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=247399) contacted me few days ago asking for .2BTC loan which I have rejected. Don't worry man, a smart lender knows what they are doing, they won't fall for that shit, scammers will try to scam but they would not succeed. By reading the sticky threads in this board (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=65.0), it would already make us aware of the risk. They will ask loan either they are qualified or not. Many a user know they will not get any loan and also they know that they arenot qualified for a loan but still they will apply?By reading the sticky threads in this board (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=65.0), it would already make us aware of the risk. Do you think all users read sticky? If we follow the sticky can we always save us? They thread has been last moderated in 2015 but a lot of scam technique has been discovered in these days and scammers will try to discover more technique. Many a user know they will not get any loan and also they know that they arenot qualified for a loan but still they will apply?- They think the lender won't check their forum activities and will accept the deal only based on their profile rank and their trade history which is always neutral. - They are pretending to be active users who don't need to prove their forum activity. Fortunetly, all forum lenders are veteran members who know how to deal with each situation. Unless the account is hacked and the real owner didn't appeal for the recovery. Direwoulf lost more than 0.3 btc by a borrower (scammer), who took loan and repaid normally. Then day by day increase volume and finally left the forum. Now direwoulf is in loss about 0.3 btc. So, it is difficult to know who will scam or not.Title: Re: [BeCareful] In-active account asking for loan Post by: coupable on July 23, 2020, 11:07:02 PM None of those scams techniques succeeded to get a loan, even for a small amount. In fact, it's a great loss for Direwolf, but it's also a stupid move from Theyoungmillionaire as his profile worth much more than those 0.3btc. With someone who had been a good person during his stay here, i really wish he comes back and pay the loan . I'm sure lender knows what he is doing especially Direwolf who's been in the business for a while and he knows how high the risk he take upon lending money. While you have been rejected you should not delete your post if you do not try to scam. Also you have tried to stake you address after a long gap. Is this account bought?Which i understood, i fixed the challenges i had when i asked for it. I will do collateral ones next time thanks every body. Personally i haven’t got anything which is enough to keep believe on you or accept your loan. Sorry to say that most of your posts have long gaps (2-3 month) and if i am not wrong then currently you are using this account just to get some loans.Which i understood, i fixed the challenges i had when i asked for it. I will do collateral ones next time thanks every body. I wish you will make a short visit on your own post history before placing new reply again. Hope you will get the answer by your own. Title: Re: [BeCareful] In-active account asking for loan Post by: Bitcoinsummoner on August 20, 2020, 08:36:57 PM and i did not delete the message, it was the thread owner who deleted it, i think its his standard operations procedure, I do not know any lender who delete loan request either the loan request approved or rejected. The post has been obviously deleted by you. One lender may delete by mistake. But multiple lenders??? Why they will delete your request. Deleting non-approval loan request is not any standard operations procedure.Title: Re: [BeCareful] In-active account asking for loan Post by: Little Mouse on August 21, 2020, 04:42:20 AM I do not know any lender who delete loan request either the loan request approved or rejected. The post has been obviously deleted by you. In darkstar_ loan thread, I can see 47 posts have been deleted of 43 users which I think deleted by darkstar_, I do noy if they were loan request or some spam off topic reply. It is possible that darkstar_ has deleted but to be sure, PMing darkstar_ would be good.I delete all requests that don't meet the minimum requirement since there's no point dealing with people who can't read: My bad, I did nit read your terms and condition too although I did not apply for any loan in your thread.Title: Re: [BeCareful] In-active account asking for loan Post by: DarkStar_ on August 21, 2020, 04:46:34 AM I do not know any lender who delete loan request either the loan request approved or rejected. I delete all applications that do not meet the bare minimum requirements. In Kisleav's case, I archived the post, left a neutral and then deleted it from my thread.
