Kira and Hedget are worth checking out too.

Always remember that DeFi projects right now are just based on hype so you have to do  DD and some research.

There is another DeFi project on pipeline is  New DeFi Project Xfinance(XFI) their presale is going to start soon or maybe they started already.
But before investing in any new DeFi projects you should read at least https://news.bitcoin.com/defi-project-yfdex-finance-vanishes-with-20m-investors-funds-just-two-days-after-launch/ this so invest only after doing proper research.

I don't really into investing to such this kind of projects, I know how shitty they are but seeing people getting profit from it from buying in presale and short selling it all out makes the difference to me now. DeFi project listings is just a product of developing scams through years, don't get the wrong idea I said this because this all looks like we are going to experience again the scam ICOs back in the day. Anyways there are quality DeFi projects circling around that needs to be looked forward.

Stafi and Perp at the moment, I'm looking for an opportunity to pick them up, this is from new projects, at the moment the price has not flown much, I think the projects are decent, but I advise you to conduct your own research.

Which types of new DeFi projects name do you need? Before the sale finishes, after listed or fresh like this year. Decentralized information asset (DIA) gained almost all of my support till now, I can suggest to anyone form all new DeFi projects. I tried to follow Bubbalex research style, but now I will only support him. DeFi already makes so many hypes, so very new coins aren't safe.

I don't have any proposal but you are only attracting those defi folks to give you a lot of idea and where to invest. This is the same question as asking which crypto to invest. I don't have anything to bring in the table but wants to remind you that still be careful investing in Defi tokens.
Many of them come by and has been seen as a scam, a quick pump and dump token just like the traditional altcoins that are only living by pumping and dumping.

True, defi coins are looking like a piece of cake everybody is trying to share, but even a cake is of a limited size and cannot be consumed by all. Yfl, yfv, yfii are 3 clones that follow the same project YFI, why only YFI on coinbase pro then? I think coinbase pro only added it to their exchange to take advantage of the possibly big liquidity they know they will get through this Defi craze. These noobs have forgotten old days when NMC, PPC, XVG, BTS and many other highly hyped coins got dumped that most of those coins are not available on any exchanges.

Honestly, very impressed by the level of answers provided here - really helpful and useful advice. Like everybody says as an investors it is best to start with the project from its inception which is why early stages for entering are crucial. I haven't got any particular DeFi projects to share what haven't already been launched.

However, I'm keeping a close eye on JUST and especially Open Predict Protocol (OPT). OPT tokens will allow entry into the new DeFi project, Definer which is yet to be launched and this like others people have already said is looking to be profitable.

You can even pick up both of them as they have already traded on the exchange site. Stafi has already traded into the bitmax and then perp was getting traded on the balancer.

The price of both have already traded above the ico price and stafi looks an overvalued token at this moment too. OP is also looking for a new kind of investment that will have the same result as perpetual and stafi.

I have also tried to participated into the some icos but as they have very high demand and it's quite difficult to get in too.

You can wait for the unilend and take it as your investment opportunity. Unilend has already created by the same team who has been working for matic too but this defi is focusing to build a unique defi lend.
There was another choice if you can also try to take a look at unidapps too.
It's better for you DYOR before try to invest in any defi. Too much scam defi these days and think about investing in defi that has a legit team behind it.

No offense to the OP, but what ask? DeFi is creating a lot of hype, and for sure you will a ton of it, specially with the "Y" + DeFi theme. So there's no absolute sense to ask because you can find them in coinmarketcap, or coingecko.

And this kind of questions are really what making investors lose their money because DeFi is such a hype project right now. Everyone can create a project, sell it to the public and then boom, could exit scam or just use it for pure pump-and-dump scheme. So we should be careful about the current hype as you might be a victim here.

helpful links for someone who wants to explore his chance in DeFis. most of them will end up scam or will have very short trading activity like few months or so. as we have read here, several of these DeFis already have their respective scam threads ranging from plagiarised whitpaper, using fake photos, unreasonable ROI and so on..some of them already exited along with the funds courtesy from those naive buyers.

as far as i know....CNR & CNS is good coin to invesment with DEFI basic.

there are so many on uniswap, or if you choose the most influential hype you can buy YFI and YFII 2 the coins are already listed on the big binance market.
but in my opinion it still has a risk because when the market goes down, the price goes down the deepest, and vice versa when the market moves up, their movement is very fast.

Yes, you have an argument; But I think if you don't understand crypto well, it's best to invest in existing projects. On the other hand, if you have enough knowledge about crypto, you can do research, then you can invest in new DeFi projects, you can easily earn more profit, there will be no fear of losing money.

There are a lot of new DeFi's token popping up and even some of them has been listed on the popular exchange like binance. But I don't know that this trend will continue for long time, since there is a bad impact and some bad information against this trend.

So as I will suggest that to invest in DeFi's project only choose for short term investment. You can sell the coin when have got profit, and I'll suggest that you store your money in DeFi's token that has been listed on the popular exchange, at least it will help you to minimize the risk.

I don't know much about the new defi token because I don't give many portions to search for the defi project.
I know a little about yfi, yfii, bast, and sushi, but I don't get involved too deep in all of that tokens.
I am trying to buy and sell that token on uniswap, but I don't trade too long because I see that the price does not make sense for me, so I leave it before it can blow me.
I prefer to trade on the coins at the market that I already traded because I see my chance will be there.

Same here. I wanted to get into the dydx and Defis of EOS platform but will just not make get into deep to it because it looks like the platforms are just trying to acquire more ETH for themselves and the users who used ETH to collaterized are losing them in exchange of the DEFI tokens. The only so far that I trusted the most is the Aave project because they were in the business for a long time.

I also noticed Frontier. And follow such projects, as Dfinance and DEGO. Now there is a lot of information about DeFi projects - on Twitter, Telegram, news portals too.

I would suggest that you should look at some of the well-known and established DeFi coins and tokens on CoinMarketCap here:

We don't just jump in on new DeFi coins or tokens that will become the next x50 or x100 or x1000 without extensive research and analysis. Always take time to dig in the DeFi project that you want to buy now and sell when it's high in terms of use cases, roadmap, team, etc.

You can also check out NewsCrypto's brand new tool called DeFiScan where it gives you some technical project analysis of each DeFi coin or token that exists in the market.

I am now looking at Radix DLT DeFi token. They seem to be reliable due to their well-known reputation, experience and backed by an established firm. Just saying.

I recommend to check Equilibrium. It`s project, built on EOS, but it already supports many blockchains. I participate in project`s bounty and it`s very profitable. I have earned about 100$ per 14 days. DeFi projects are profitable not only for their investors, but for bounty hunters too

Known exchanges are adding those yfi tokens based from their popularity and liquidity. If there will be another set of yfi added to their exchange, it only means that they are looking to its liquidity that it can bring to their business.
Just like what CZ has mentioned, it's all about business and profitability. While they can take advantage of it, they can't just ignore the fact that there's money that they can make from it.

Hm, I don't know about that project, but I know about the EOS project, and I think the EOS project will have more chances to increase.
Since the yfi, bast, and sushi increase so high, I leave the market without looking back because I am not sure that those tokens will come back in a short time.
But for yfii, I don't have an idea about how high the price will increase, but maybe I will try to take a look at the project and the price.
I prefer to choose Aave as you because I see that project seems to survive in the crowded market now, but hm I need to check it more.

These coins in their essence do not differ in any way from those that were previously. Unless the speed of transactions can somehow compete with them. In General, it seems to me that there are not so many differences, especially those that can affect the volatility or payback of this coin. If we talk about stability, only time will tell us.

I'm not a DeFi expert but in my opinion, at this moment, if you want to try DeFi tokens, look for DeFi projects that have large investors and partnerships because most projects like that are more secure even though the increase is not as big as the DeFI project which is called "GEM" and only uses pump and dump scheme more both invest in clearer projects, oh yes and also have a real team not anonymous team.

Stay away from defi bro, nowadays there are only scam defi project in the market, you can see that from the nature of the project,  very quick to make website with less information,  maybe some people will not learn their lesson, especially the Y series defi, they are not to be trusted.

At the moment I'm in UniDapp. Although I am promoting the project, I plan to bag some at the public sale. They have a great product in the works in terms of integrating exciting features to their exchange that will mirror that of Uniswap. Still, DYOR. No project is guaranteed to give you profits so invest wisely.

Please understand the ambushs planned by some scam Defi project and use the strategy to research others before you bag some token in their public sale. However, the last time I checked 95% of all Defi project in the market copy paste the previous Defi project features so there nothing much exciting as you said and theres also an ongoing accussation (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5275937.msg55199241#new) about the project you mention.

My recommendation is that if you do not know how to find those projects yourself then do not invest in the market of DeFi projects, it seems to me the number of scams has increased dramatically and the chances you are going to pick a good project are very low.

Also it seems to me it is too late to invest in those projects, for some time now the market has remained steady and it has stopped its growth, many think this is just a small stop before an even bigger bull run but I have my doubts, I think we have already reached the peak of those coins and from now on the only direction for those coins is to go down.

Very well said. If you don't know how to research it by yourself, you'll find a lots of confusions as opinions from every people that will replied here have their own supported projects.

It's very important to have your own sets of criteria in choosing your investment. DeFi is more risky so better to make sure understand

the whole concepts plus the team who are holding the project they are the one who's responsible for both success and failures of the project that they are offering.

For now the ones with the most hype are YFI and YFII and both have been listed on the major Binance exchanges.
So I think it is the best choice for now, or you can visit Uniswap but the fees there are very high unless you have enough money to buy new coins, but the risk is high too.

As a new project I invested in dia and still hold because I bought at a higher price which is actually equivalent to a loss now. Defi projects have created hype at this time where almost many defi projects are easily capturing the big investor market. Although i am not willing to invest in all defi projects because scam projects will always exist so keep your ideas solid for research.

I am interested in free DeFi tokens, I mean those I can earn in airdrop or bounty campaign. Since this industry is pretty new, it is very dangerous for me. But, I saw that successful DeFi projects brought huge profits to their holders and if you reduce your risk to 0 by not investing into DeFi tokens, it could be a great opportunity.  8)

Most people missed the defi pump, some because of the bearish panic or holding on to old tokens and top coin. Although many top coin had made a lot profit but not in the size of Defi. It might require regular visit on twitter and getting into groups on telegram with friends that got connections. Some crowdfund Defi will come in few weeks, Radix, Dfinance (with wings swap 1;1), rampdefi, definer, dhedge, flamingo finance etc do your research cause a lot scam will come through defi

YFI aave has been giving 400% return for the its early support. We have a bunch of legit projects that will come soon.

I want to share what I research and support. I know some DeFi hype could lose our legit investor money. We shouldn't support and invest in every DeFi project but we can be active here. I missed the DIA bounty and I did it intentionally. You can follow this fresh list of DeFi projects dfinance, Radix DLT and DIA. Until dfinance listed exchange DIA is my favorite to trade or hold.

I see you are still holding because DIA price goes down, but I believe you will sell as soon as DIA price goes up again.
However the project about DeFi is just a FOMO or a market trend (in my opinion), just like an ICO or IEO, when there are many new projects about DeFi that have recently been scam, sooner or later FOMO about DeFi will be finished and will change with another trend.

For DIA tokens, there is no need to doubt even though you are currently experiencing losses, because the DIA project is a successful project this year and has been listed on several top exchanges and the team is still working on developing DIA in a better direction, so that the potential increase in price is clearly still very open for the DIA token.

There a new Defi token going to uniswap today is Lina token from linear , And I bet it would be 3x easily , it has been partnered with Tellor and I bet soon it would be added to some good exchanges as it is a low cap Defi with hype .

I have heard about NUCYPHER , it has been ranked high on icodrop website also It has some staking on coinlist exchange and would be listed there after IEO , They have a great team and made some good partners already , reminds me Stafi token!

Chasing for new DeFi tokens can bring losses to you. From price charts, it is good time to choose your favourite entries for father DeFi tokens, Curve (CRV), SUSHI and some few others. Don't talk about too high DeFi tokens (YFI example).

I don't say that you will get profit with investment in SUSHI, CRV now but I can say they are safer in short term than other new DeFi tokens. They have went a long way down that will be repeated by new DeFi tokens.

There are few defi projects in my list which I think can leave a positive impact but I would mention here two of them DIA and JUST based on the performance I think these two are very capable and these can be a suitable choice to make some good amount of profit but it's just my estimate, I may be wrong the decision of investing in them is totally upto you so take decision wisely.

New (and upcoming) DeFi projects are popping up left and right, but I would say that dfinance kinda stands out from the bunch, I also like Linear Finance, PlotX, Ramp and some others, but here you have to be quite careful with investing as they volatility is/will be insane, so it is better to enter your position when the price settles.

Yes, when it comes to choosing tokens at the moment everyone is obviously making a very wise decision, because it all comes down to the money they have to spend upfront in order to make a profit in the end, so obviously everyone will consider this.

good investors work on extensive as the use with possession of basics of ideal competence as expending proper on use with efforts as expecting   to gain with minimum limitof returns on exchange with the exhibition.

I think investors only need to give their money as additional capital for cooperating projects and investors only want to get a profit, as long as they investors can make a profit then they will stay there and provide a lot of support, if it can't give much profit then investors will go and leave the project.

for now because the fomos are so big it is better to buy UNI tokens from the decentralized exchange uniswap, because it is attracting attention after distributing an airdrop of more than 12 million $.

You can be following the news and groups that will always alert you on new projects. You can check out Blockonomi.com, it’s a popular crypto media website and they have a page that is dedicated to DeFi, so you can be getting the latest on everything that has to do with DeFi from there.

But, apart from all that you have to be very careful and know what kind of projects you’re getting yourself into, most of these DeFi projects are usually not good and things can get pretty messed up at any time and you will end up losing your money. It’s still your choice though, but try to do proper check on any one you see.

This is actually helpful for those who want to venture into defi investment projects but they should be very much vigilant about the current happening in the community. I would rather say stay safe for those scam projects which are out there to defraud investors in the name of defi. Personally am afraid of these defi investment projects since I got burnt in the sushi saga though later regained my profit but wasn't a good experience.

It is better to not risk it, I understand the desire people have to improve their economy but I do not think trying to invest in DeFi projects is the right way to do it because as we know scammers are very smart and they have realized that people are very interested in this kind of projects and they have been releasing their own by copying the white paper and website of other successful projects and people due to laziness decide to not make their own research and invest millions of dollars on those projects only to lose everything in an instant.

And instead of getting the desired results of more profits for themselves and their families they lose everything and many ruin their lives in the process.

There is a large selection of Defi projects on this forum and you can also see a list of Defi projects on the coinmarketcap site. I personally don't have a good view of the Defi project, as I haven't had time to research it, but there are options on Yearnfinance. maybe you can try to take part in it.

I suggest you to be careful with a new altcoin because no one can guarantee that it is safe and can make a profit in the future or not, sometimes projects like that can also lead to scams, especially when this DeFi project is created not seeing the team behind the project so that it makes the team safe because no one knows who owns it and it has a high risk.

devil finance is starting tomorrow. Not a food token, but seems the same clone of uniswap, just like sushi. They are all the same with predictable token dynamics. I think they are declining now and the market will focus on the main platforms soon.

if there is a market trend you can take advantage of it. but that's not good in the long run. just take the opportunity to benefit if there is good support. when it is profitable immediately switch to better assets and less risk in the market.

Why not support tokens that currently hold bounty campaigns? You can join RadixDLT, DFinance or Oikos bounty campaign and get all of these DeFi tokens for free. Or buy them as soon as they list on exchange, there is a trend that DeFi tokens grow immediately after first exchange listing :).

Yes, and some people will take advantage of this opportunity to look for profits, because in a crypto world that is faster in action, it will always have the potential to get a lot of profit even though not all of them are.

This is a common occurrence in cryptocurrency, Being confused about what project you will focus on because of a lot of project claiming that they do have a good platform and have a future. Fake projects is just common nowadays since the early days of crypto fake teams are taking advantage of the ecosystem of cryptocurrency. Adding the DeFi trend today, It is the time that scammers are going all out in their schemes. Be cautious everyone.

In theory this is something very easy to do but it is very difficult to actually pull off, after all you have no way to know if a coin that is being hyped is going to crash in one year or in the next day, so by investing in those coins you are taking a huge risk, it is true that you can earn a lot of money with them but think about this, where do you think that money comes from? Do you think it just magically appears from somewhere?

The truth is that money comes from other traders that thought they were smart enough to get ahead of the markets only to discover too late that is not the case, and if you do that most likely you are going to end up like all of those traders as well.

DeFi tokens provide a great profit opportunity, but the risk is even greater because of the fantastic returns. so to be safer, just choose Ethereum because this coin has always survived, and is the basis of DeFi technology. an example of a token that can be tried is Tezos (XTZ), Tezos is currently a favorite coin of traders because it appears at a price that is greatly influenced by the existence of Defi.

personally i try to invest in credible defi projects especially dex-es with relevant business model, as for now polkadot, uniswap are cool and i've found interesting stablecoin dex - xsigma, they are backed by a public company and it's likely they will be successful

btw heard about them, as far as i know they have cool opportunities for liquidity providers

ChainLink is one of the best DeFi projects today, I have more confidence investing on Chainlink because it's not like many new DeFi projects in crypto world today, OP did asked for new DeFi projects but I have none to recommend, they are too risky compared to old DeFi projects

You don't need to worry about DeFi tokens, you can still choose DeFi tokens that have market capitalization ratings, for example UNI tokens, I'm sure UNI is a good DeFi token because UNI is a token belonging to UNISWAP, while UNISWAP is a well-known DEX like Binance, so I'm sure the price will be very high in the future.

I don't know many about new DeFi tokens, because I'm not too sure the DeFi trend will happen again this year. Considering that the DeFi trend
that occurred in 2020 has hurt many investors, because many DeFi projects ended up in a bubble. If you want to invest in DeFi tokens,
I recommend that I choose only those that do include old tokens. Because it is proven safe, and the price is also now starting to slowly increase.
One of the old DeFi tokens that I recommend is Chainlink.

My intake about Defi is becoming vision less. The trend is just as good as dead, they no longer have progress like they used when the whole thing was in excitement. There are fewer ones I am hoping I will see development when bitcoin and Ethereum pump cool off and they include:

• Band
• Chain link
• Dego.finance

It's still too long waiting for the poolz defi as it looks like the hardcap for the whitelist is not yet fully filled by the participants. There are lots of better defi than it just like YOP, CUDOS and many more.
These defi have been paying a lot of attentions from the investors.
I have been watching the poolz defi telegram group but it doesn't seem there's a lot of investors already joined on it.

Reef finance may be worth a try for people who are willing to take risks for defi projects which in 2021 have good potential, are now trading on Binance even though the price has not shown an increase in the last few days but it could be that they are preparing something fantastic in the next few days. .

Most new DeFi projects I'm seeing right now are complete scam projects, DeFi is down I believe, the hype is no more like that if 2020 but few scam DeFi projects are still showing up, it's better to watch out for such projects, for now I don't have interest on any new altcoin than Amepay, I've invested big on Polkadot, avalanche and DIA, I don't want any new DeFi projects

For DeFi coin, I think DOT or Polkadot is more promising than others. And we can see the current development of Polkadot. I think this will be the king of DeFi in the future.

investing in crypto is quite risky, so make sure to do some in-depth analysis before joining any project. and remember, you must be able and ready to face all the risks :)

It seems to me that at the moment the attention of all major investors is focused only on Ethereum and Bitcoin. There is no such attention to other coins yet. And apparently it will not be until there is a correction of Bitcoin. And in general, now it is better to trust only proven projects.

no point of knowing too many defi's if we are not going to invest in the defi section but having a basic knowledge on them can be enough to educate others like what you have done earlier your recomending link which i also think not a bad choice because its one of the original defi that are still existing up to this date .

dont wish for defi trend to happen again if you dont want to repeat the same unfortunate events , defi are now resting and the trend were starting go back in the bitcoins and etheriums .

Investing in DeFi is very risky so if you want to join do some research first. Many of them come by and has been seen as a scam, a quick pump and dump token just like the traditional altcoins that are only living by pumping and dumping.

I don't really into investing in such this kind of project, I know how shitty they are. Defi project listings are just a product of developing scams through years, don't get the wrong idea I said this because this all looks like we are going to experience again the scam ICO back in the day. Anyways there are quality Defi projects circling around that need to be looked forward to.

Despite the popularity of DEFI, people are realistic about risks, which are based on lending and liquidity risks and cost volatility. No one is safe from the fact that a coin can lose capitalization at once. Therefore, it is not safe to deal with new projects. It is better to start working with coins that have already shown at least some results, so there is a guarantee not to be among the losers.
I like these relatively new startups KAVA, 1inch. In any case, think about your safety in the pursuit of money.  :o

with today's development there are many new tokens and are starting to provide new concepts and ways to make it safer and more controllable
and for myself I prefer tokens that are already on any list, including ethereum..

The last defi token that I noticed was POOLZ and they have done very well and now they have started to have many famous partners maybe you can consider it

Uni, Link, Dot. is a great preference to invest in. although now so many have made similar concepts, we must still be careful. I suggest the three because it has been trusted by many people and the market capital is already high. everyone might use the concept.
