Just like what the tittle say Where can I sell ERC20 coins? like etherdelta back on the days. It's been years since I last sell some coins so I forgot the sites where I sold them. Just want to ask if there are still good sites to sell ERC20 coins like etherdelta. TIA

But before going to any DEX, I would recommend you to check those token listed on any reputed CEX which got some real trading volume so you can trade with no worries and at the current market rate.

That's the problem, I don't have enough gas to send the coins I want to sell on other exchanges. That's why I ask if there are exchanges like etherdelta where I can sell the coins I have without gas, just need the private keys.

There are many exchanges that you can use to sell ERC20 tokens, I will provide some examples for you and they are safe for you to use, including: Forkdelta, Idex, Probit and it can also be on Uniswap which is currently trending, only on Uniswap I see there also DeFi tokens listed there, so the only exchange you can focus on and very much like Etherdelta in the past is Forkdelta.

I don't think any exchange doesn't need gas fee for that. a great solution is you must send some ethereum from exchange to your wallet first.

You can only sell an ERC-20 token on the exchanges they are listed on. That the tokens you have are Erc-20 does not mean you can sell them on same exchange. Go to your token's official website or telegram to find out about where to sell.

You can use uniswap, if you use IDEX it doesn't look like DEX in general because they apply all users must complete KYC, it's not like the principle of DEX exchange, but by the way the current gas costs are not cheap to buy and sell on a DEX exchange

You should use https://ethplorer.io/ (https://ethplorer.io/) , when you put your erc20 wallet address in it , it shows you if the value of your tokens worth it or not , If they have some value then you just need to see CMC or Coingeko find some CEX or DEX to sell it away, you just need to have a look at the fee and minimum deposit of that token in that exchange.

you can check your coins on websites like coingecko or coinmarketcap, and there you have a list of exchanges where these are listed, or use decentralized services, like UNI, depend on the coins that you have and if there are liquidity pools for them

So if the problem is like that, maybe it can be done at IDEX, because in my opinion Etherdelta is almost the same as IDEX for sales, but now on the IDEX exchange to start buying and selling you have to register first, because the regulations on the IDEX exchange are different from now. As you are about to send, you need to load that wallet with some Ethereum for the gas fees. Whether it will be in a centralized or decentralized exchange or wherever that erc20 token you have is listed.
You're still required to load it with Ethereum for the gas fees and if you don't or you have a little in amount, you're probably getting more problems with the gas fees and transfer delay.

There are many Decentralized exchange we have right now the only question is what kind of ERC20 tokens you have and if that tokens is traded in the exchange you want it to sell .

But if you are looking for only contract address and you are able to set orders i think you are looking for  forkdelta but I don't know if there are persons that still using that exchange . So even you set your orders there no one will buy it .so better find exchnage where the tokens listed so you can easily sell it. In addition many tokens from before is already abandoned by project owner so if that kind of tokens you want to sell then forget about it since it's impossible for you to sell it in any exchange .

That's the real problem which is the gas, and you mention EtherDelta alright it's a decentralized exchange that runs on Ethereum blockchain but I tell you all DEX are the same, there is no FREE because nobody can send any ERC20 tokens in Ethereum blockchain without gas I hope you get it.    

The problem is we don't know what erc20 token he hold now. I guess it isn't listed on uniswap. and about all suggestion here, he still need a gas fee for do something, OP must thingking that mandatory first.

I think etherdelta uses gas some as other DEX because if not, how they move the coin and how they execute the smart contract and if the exchange do take on paying the gas fee for you where they generate the money? it's pretty much dead end here in ethereum blockchain for people with small coins because the ridiculous fee and I recommend to wait a bit until the fee gets normal.

There is no such exchange, I tracked your last transaction and it looks like you just sent a 0.007BTC equivalent (0.2 ETH) token on Bitmart. I guess that's enough for the gas costs.

Do you mean what ERC20 tokens are they? Here are some conditions:

1. Etherdelta Token (EDT)
If it is the Etherdelta Token (EDT), I don't find any exchange listing this token although I searched in idex. I have searched the token on CMC (https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/etherdelta-token/markets/) and CoinGecko (https://www.coingecko.com/en/coins/etherdelta-token#markets) and I found no data.
You need to know that if the token is not listed again (delisted) in any exchange, it means that you can sell it anymore. We know many ERC20 tokens are not tradable after so long time. I also have some in my wallets, shit tokens/coins that are not listed in any exchange (maybe will never be listed)

2. Other ERC20 Tokens
By the way, it should be ERC20 Tokens, not coins.
Well, if it is about the ERC20 tokens, we must know several things:
- Check on the token official announcement whether the token has been listed on a certain exchange or not
- You can't send the token into an exchange if the token is not already listed on that exchange or your token will be lost. because you commonly can only send the ERC20 tokens into the eligible wallet address.

About the fee, there is no way for you to withdraw your tokens or coins without any fees. Moreover, it is ERC20 tokens where you must need certain gas as a fee. Or even it is from the exchange, you must also need a withdrawal fee to enable for withdrawal.

I have used Probit till now for selling my ERC-20 coins. I think it is one of the best exchanges. But at the moment the problem is the gas fees. I hope te situation will be resolved soon. I am waiting for that to trade my coins.

You are needing it most for transferring.

Look on coinmarketcap or coingecko and see their where your tokens listed, mostly they are on the decentralized exchanges so tried to search it. Your holding since then and I do hope that your holdings are worth waiting for since many of my old tokens are shitcoins now and no value at all, so good luck on selling your ERC20 tokens.

You can still sell them if you wanted to, as long as that is supported on that contract. I haven't heard anymore about erc20 coins because it's been a long time ICO projects was taken down. Mainly that's the point of having no further developments on this specific platform, but if you still got and hold a sustainable coins then selling them at binance or idex is a good options.

Whether your ERC20 coins/tokens available in any of the ethereum wallet or it is available on the exchange. If the holdings are in a wallet, then you need to have gas for transaction fee. Without the transaction fee it isn't possible to move the holdings to the exchange wallet for trading. Once moved you can trade it with minimal fee or no fee based on the exchange on which the holdings were deposited.

Apart from this only way is to sell the wallet along with the private key to any of the user. This can be done only upon trust and no escrow can be used in such trades. This is just a suggestion and not a possible solution.

You can sell ERC20 coins in many market. But you must first check where the coins can be sold.
You can use coinmarketcap to see which markets are ready for the coin.

There are so many choices of ways to sell your ERC20 tokens, etherdelta and forkdelta are the old Dex, if you are comfortable trading there you can trade there, it's just that the liquidity is very low, maybe Uniswap could be the next choice, because the liquidity at Uniswap is quite high.

If you can not find the token at both websites, you need to ask the team project about the exchange to sell your token. There are many decentralized exchanges out there, so you can find it on the previous website that I suggest. Sometimes, the token can be listed on the centralized exchange.

my suggestion, it depends the coin that you have to exchange, you should always check a couple of things about an exchange.
it can be trusted? how much you are going to paying in fees (trading or withdrawal?) it has a good volume?

sometimes, for a well known ERC-20 or hyped coins ;)  you can find people interested in a certain trade even here on forum... you can save a lot in fees and time, definitely it can worth at least a try.

Ask your community, where your coins can be sold, then ask the current price and transaction volume. If the transaction volume is sufficient for you, then you should be able to estimate how much income you will get. After that, buy a little Ethereum to pay for GAS, so you can transact. Not only you All transactions if we want to sell ERC20 coins to other platforms always require ether as gas. To make transactions on other platforms, you just have to see if your coins are included in the exchange. If you meet, just adjust the minimum gas fee.

in my opinion, for token that have not been listed on exchange you can sell them on etherdelta, forkdelta and tokenjar (provided that if someone is making a buy order on the exchange), but my advice is that you better wait until the token is listed on the official exchange (big exchange), because If the token is listed on an official exchange (big exchange), then I believe the price will definitely be better than you selling it on a decentralized exchange (such as etherdelta, forkdelta and tokenjar).

ERC 20 tokens are probably the easiest tokens to sell of all that exist. Just go to any DEX and sell your coins.
You need to check first if there is enough liquidity to sell off all your tokens if you have a big amount of them and if they are from a small or dead project that has not much volume.

I think there are many DEX to choose from to sell erc20 tokens,I think the safest is Uniswap because we don't need to enter a private key and for trading fees all need gas for the DAX market.

I don't rekomend EtherDelta/ForkDelta, they just waste your fee and not every ERC20 Token always sold after listed in there.
Better you check your token in market first by search in CMC and CoinGecko.

There are many site you can sell your coins without too much stress, such like bitcoin, litecoin etc. I think you have to do some personal research to comfirm the site by yourself to know there are many good site to sell your coins and make a good profit.

The best I think at the moment is that of the uniswap which I think is more convenient IMO. Though, this is my first time actually hearing about the forkdelta and others (erc20 exchanges) and I don't think this will be a better option than uniswap. Based on many forum member judgement, uniswap is the best for now in the community for the exchange of ERC20 tokens. Some of my tokens which I wanted to sell was i hold till when those tokens where listed on centralized cryptocurrency exchange. Patience is the best option in this community than selling in decentralised cryptocurrency exchange.

It depends on which coin you are talking about. You can try sexes like etherdelta or idex. But problem with it sometime there are no volume. So better choice is go check where your coin is listed. If that listed on any reputated centralised exchange like binance or okex or something else you can go with them too. Or you can go with dexes.The choice is your but before deposite your coin please check about the exchange and its volume first.

currently, there are many good DEXs which of course have real volume, you only need to choose the one according to where the token you have is listed.

but if the token is registered on CEX then it's better to sell it there.

Rather than selling and all, find whether your token is listed on the uniswap exchange. If so, there is nothing to complicate. You can just swap it to the required form of cryptocurrency. If the tokens required to be converted to fiat then do the same against bitcoin and further use LBC or other trading platforms and make use of it.

It depends on which tokens you want to trade. You can check out at coingecko where your ERC-20 tokens are trading. If they are not trading anywhere, then trying uniswap or etherdelta would be the best bet.

You can sell your coins in any exchanges but the thing problem only is you don't know if the coin you hold in your ERC20 is a list on that platform.  Because just like what you mentioned I also have a lot of coins in my wallet on ERC20 but most of them didn't list in any of the exchange and I nothing about it it just stored in there only.

So you think etherdelta don't need a gas fee?? You wrong, even in etherdelta you need gas to proses the transaction, so if you looking exchanges without a gas fee, the answer is NOTHING, you must buy ethereum first

Etherdelta had everything, they easily get listed ERC20 tokens right away but couldn't expect for a good price there.
If that is coming from the bounty, better to wait that it was listed to other exchanges as they surely work on it. You can sell it on the exchanger mention above but the question is if there is someone buying that certain coin/token.  I suggest that you better wait for the announcement coming from the developers on that project.

There are many good exchanges such as Binance, Kucoin where you can sell ERC20 coins. At first, you have to see whether the coins you want to sell are listed on any reputed exchanges or not. If so then go ahead and sell there. In my opinion, etherdelta should be the last option for you to sell coins.

There are several erc20 coins that you can sell in different market such as dex, Idex as well as those well-known and prestige crypto markets such as binance, kucoin, huobi and many more knowing that fact that erc20 is I can say an easy platform/blockchain for developing coins and also for traders.

Binance is my top option but if the token is listed on small exchange then I guess you have no more choice but to open an account with them and sell your token. Right now uniswap or any other decentalised exchange like idex (although it's not completely dex) would be the best way to go about. But with any DEX there is also a risk of fake coins with similar names circulating.

Recently there's been a lot of hype surrounding Uniswap because of the airdrop. I did a bit of research in case I decide to use it in the future. Aside from the high gas fees it really seems like the most simple and convenient way to trade your tokens.

You will need some ETH for the gas if ever you will trade them even if it is a DEX or not. The problem is the gas fee will eat all your funds if you are just going to sell in small chunks. So, you should consider the gas fee you are going to spend before planning to sell.

Etherdelta and ForkDelta still work. I use both exchanges a lot and it really helps me to sell dead tokens. I only recommend filling a buy order or a sell order so that the transaction is completed faster, etherdelta visitors are not as busy as the Centralized Exchange. By buying or selling at market or instant prices, you can quickly complete the transaction

Way back 2017-2018 I used IDEX, Etherdelta, Forkdelta in buying and selling erc20 tokens but they are a bit risky that is why I also used Mycelium and Coinomi because they supports erc20 tokens specially in converting tokens into Bitcoin or some altcoins you want. But before doing something like buying and selling altcoins in Coinomi and Mycelium the first thing you are going to do is to check if the token you are going to buy or sell is on their list. For me it is convenient using these two and I have never experienced any problems with them either.

For easily to know with your erc20 assets where is the market you can track on history of transaction contract your coin, before checking where is the exchange market you must check the contract address transaction will show there where are many people sell this coin, when you opening on etherscan or ethplorer site you can see where is the market of your coin, but it not show with market exchange you can open with contract address on forkdelta with not good price maybe. I think if have good and potential coin do you have easy to get an exchange market listing and sell it.

You mentioned the recognised DEX exchange, so if bit risky it safe to buy from there except other exchange .I use IDEX and still i didn't face any scam yet .

let's say the erc20 coins you have, if you have shitcoin or junk tokens generated from the bounty project then you can dump them immediately at Etherdelta usually there receive bad coins. if the coins are good at least they are listed on a good exchange or you shouldn't bother selling on a small exchange. for the gasoline problem, I don't think it exists. Each transaction requires gas costs even for a small market.

That became a struggle for me actually when I sold my AION back in the days when it was still sitting in my MEW. Took me a lot of gas to put it in EtherDelta which is the first exchange I sold my tokens ever.

there are lots of exchanges where you can sell your ERC 20 tokens. centralized and decentralized. before you sell, make sure you the token in the exchange tallies to the one you have in your wallet. do not make a mistake of sending a token that shares the same ticker but a wrong token. also follow up with the project to know when there is a token swap.

second: now it is very rare for tokens to be traded on etherdelta or forkdelta because now most projects are directly listed on the exchange better even though sometimes exchanged with fake volume

Mostly, all ERC-20 tokens are traded at forkdelta so you can take look over there but do note that volume on forkdelta is not always good sometimes you have to wait months to get a proper order match because people mostly place low ball offers at forkdelta.

is etherdelta still functioning properly? because to be honest, after the etherdelta hack, a few years ago, I personally never accessed the exchange again and as far as I remember, etherdelta changed its name to forkdelta and several times I used forkdelta but it was not as easy as doing erc20 token sale transactions in the previous market or etherdelta . and until now, maybe some markets like idex have been my choice to sell tokens or erc20 coins now and even then if the token is listed on their market list, but not infrequently I also use the official exchange of the project token.
