It is only required whe you wish to trade with regular currencies such as EUR, USD etc.
NO KYC REQUIRED FOR TRADING WITH CRYPTO

Long Short module is crypto only so also NO KYC REQUIRED.

Where is it written that the collecting of information is just for the EUR, USD? I'm going to post it again. according to your terms and condition:

"By registering, you agree that the Operator can collect your personal information"

Meaning if we register on https://coincasso.com/ we already agree to give personal information. Could you send the where we can find it? CAN COLLECT - does not means must collect - MUST COLLECT ONLY WHEN USING EUR OR USD ETC.

The guy is absolutely right - can collect means you may collect if you want to / feel the need to, whatever - you won't necessarily do so but you reserve the right and anyone signing up with you --> agrees with your terms and conditions --> may have to provide personal information sooner or later, the written agreement (terms & conditions) is what matters, isn't it... And that's exactly what qory stated, and rightfully so.

Also Itried to copy the first 1000 words on your terms and condition and paste in some normal plagiarism checker it seems it's composed of different ToS from different websites.

Many of the terms are similar or same on many services.
Using same legal firm or same jurisdiction that is possible - no need to develop a wheel one more time.

I don't think there were some standards especially for an exchange website it's very unprofessional. Also I don't think this could be considered in gambling section since the use of your website is more likely as exchange website.

This is a topic regarding the app on the service called "Long Short"
It is third party product.
Exchange provides the wallets service only with this matter.

If anyone uses VPN and still access the site and play, what is your policy on it ? Also can you tell me which countries are restricted as i tried to find this information on the site but could not find. Also it will be better if you introduce FAQs on your main page and answer all the commonly asked questions.

Absolutely using VPN in not illegal. 
In case of CoinCasso Exchange :
There are restricted users from countries from list according to EU AML directive for using an exchange platform only when wish trade to FIAT currencies.
Users from banned countries cannot fillup KYC profile so cannot trade to FIAT. The list is dynamic every couple weeks and months so users from that country cannot use it or they even don't have access to some part of the website.

In case of Long Short module :
Users from Costa Rica, Poland & Estonia are banned to use this module for 100% so far.

Your topic still doesn't belong to gambling as the "binary options" you're talking about, comes under "Trading" category and not gambling, so this section is not the right place for this thread. Try to move it to services or trading discussion whichever suits your topic well. And about ToS, it's better to have your own conditions or hire a professional to write your terms and conditions in a much different way (though of the same standards you talked about).

Doesn't look so with the type of reply you made to @Stedsm. I am not sure if binary trading comes under gambling or not, but if it doesnot, the mods of the forum will themselves move the topic to trading section, even if you don't move it yourself.
Even if you have some gambling addition in your platform in the future, this does not mean that you can place your trading platform ANN in the gambling section. You can always move back to gambling section once you have gambling features included.  :)

Alright the OP looks decent , no so fancy not so Dull.
But before checking the site, it would have been better if you can list, on what games we can play with our cryptos.
Going through the Op, i can only find that it's mentioned about trading.
I can also see a lot of debate regarding the KYC thing here already.
But as always many people avoid to visit sites that requires KYC.

You're in partner with PSG one of the top/richest foot ball clubs and you were using a "Standard Terms and Condition"? Oh c'mon.

I don't think you know what you are doing. Just try reading their terms and condition you'll know you'll just get scammed. Just stay away with this.

i checked your terms and condition it seems that it's not standard you literally copy and paste the other's terms and condition and just change your name. i don't think there are some kind of standards of terms and condition since every platforms have different rules applying to their website.

it's not our first time reading terms and conditions. don't make us here an idiots, all of the ann threads here are composed of professional gambling sites i didn't see anyone have the same terms and condition even though some of them have the same jurisdiction, yours were literally copied and paste.

Your website is more likely a trading/exchange site not a gambling site. Not because you have some Binary Options you can post it in here

Lol, this guys has some guts in posting a thread that's supposed to be a thread where users can have their inputs, but yeah, seems that the OP and their team aren't taking any opinions guys, so we should shut the f*ck up :D I agree that it was standard and can be done if you have the same legal firm, hopefully all gambling platforms were inclined and have a team to have 'same terms and conditions' but I think those legal firms is really legal after all :D such an idiotic way to tell us how plagiarism works and how it can be disregarded in making terms and conditions. dude, we've been in the gambling industry for years, so either you show us some kindness, or us - showing no further attention after this  ::)

But yeah, despite of me and other users having so many suggestions, I guess the OP proved us to really 'shut the f*ck up', so I do suggest OTHER USERS to prevent engaging further activities with the OP and their platform.

The advice regarding T&S are accepted but we are not planning to change as that case of law matter and law firm that works for us and many other crypto friendly company.
It is nothing to do with plagiarism as T&C - are not under copyright laws. It is just terms - if it works for someone and they want to copy from us - more than welcome.

As a CoinCasso we are on the market from more than 2 years, we have many customers and good opinion in case of our exchange and customer service.

However the this tread is regarding the module - provided by third party company called RED BLACK GREEN - not about CoinCasso.

CoinCasso is an exchange with holistic approach that connects many services in one platform.

Long Short is a app on the CoinCasso , for example if your crypto wallet not works well on the iphone you don't compliants to apple right ?
CoinCasso provides exchange and wallet management but not Binary Option app.
