The guy is absolutely right - can collect means you may collect if you want to / feel the need to, whatever - you won't necessarily do so but you reserve the right and anyone signing up with you --> agrees with your terms and conditions --> may have to provide personal information sooner or later, the written agreement (terms & conditions) is what matters, isn't it... And that's exactly what qory stated, and rightfully so.

I am still surprised by how unprofessional various projects/operations are acting...

I don't think there were some standards especially for an exchange website it's very unprofessional. Also I don't think this could be considered in gambling section since the use of your website is more likely as exchange website.

Absolutely using VPN in not illegal. 
In case of CoinCasso Exchange :
There are restricted users from countries from list according to EU AML directive for using an exchange platform only when wish trade to FIAT currencies.
Users from banned countries cannot fillup KYC profile so cannot trade to FIAT. The list is dynamic every couple weeks and months so users from that country cannot use it or they even don't have access to some part of the website.

In case of Long Short module :
Users from Costa Rica, Poland & Estonia are banned to use this module for 100% so far.

It's really not good to argue because I said that for your own good, and as I'm myself a binary options trader of an experienced level, I do understand the genre it belongs to.

Doesn't look so with the type of reply you made to @Stedsm. I am not sure if binary trading comes under gambling or not, but if it doesnot, the mods of the forum will themselves move the topic to trading section, even if you don't move it yourself.
Even if you have some gambling addition in your platform in the future, this does not mean that you can place your trading platform ANN in the gambling section. You can always move back to gambling section once you have gambling features included.

But before checking the site, it would have been better if you can list, on what games we can play with our cryptos.
Going through the Op, i can only find that it's mentioned about trading.
I can also see a lot of debate regarding the KYC thing here already.
But as always many people avoid to visit sites that requires KYC.
I wish you will stick to your words of no KYC for cryptos.
