I am laughing right now that the price is crashing because I know that I will be able to afford more bitcoin and I can be at peace because I will not be tempted to sell my bitcoin because I know that I won't get a big profit so I can hdl at peace and wait for bitcoin to go back up again with more bitcoin in my possession.

Peter (and his son) are buying bitcoin like a maniacs now and if a silly FUD tweet can help with the discount they are getting that's even better even if it is $1 more ;D

Current price even after the sell of is still triple of 2017's ATH I doubt anyone could laugh at those hodlers who bought at around the dip since honestly we're already up pretty high here.
But yeah, learn to laugh when sell off like this happening because we almost can be sure that the price gonna back up again, even if it takes days, week, months or even years. It's time for us HODLers to accumulate our bitcoin, pretty sure pomp not even break a sweat seeing the current price.

Everyone who is conversant with the price movement of bitcoin over the years would understand that this crash is nothing to worry about especially if you're a hodler. I think the only people who might lose some money are traders who are actively trading.

Instead of laughing, what I do is yawn. Nothing new in the history of Bitcoin. It comes down a bit, some people think the world is ending, weak hands sell and some of us take the opportunity to yawn (or laugh) and continue to accumulate. In any case, these are entertaining times.

This month gives a chance for us, especially for people who want to have more bitcoin because bitcoin is now down a lot below $50k. And with the price now is down again at $48k, that can down for more to $47k but I am sure we can still hold bitcoin and even many of us will buy more bitcoin.

But I think it is funny to read the tweet from many people who support and do not support bitcoin because they are defending their opinion, making new people confused to determine who is right or wrong.

Well, losing money is not something to laugh about but it's normal for BTC to have massive price drops considering the volatility of the market. We should expect something like this will happen and be emotionally prepared not to make the same mistakes most traders do in the past. So yeah, doing the things you love the most to relieve your stress and have quality time for yourself.

It is what it is. It is not like it surprised us all with this dump, we all knew it was coming and for those who have been in the market for a while, we know that buying is most important when it dips.

There will always be fluctuations but when BTC drops by more than 10% in a day it is normal to be concerned but at the same time for true believers it is a time buy in more...

Nobody is perfect, we all learn from experience, and let this dip be another lesson for those panic selling.

I am planning to save some fiat for me to buy more bitcoin since I feel like this dump is going to continue for awhile. The funny thing about the people who tweet shit about bitcoin going down don't even have a job themselves and I feel like most of them are bitter that they didn't profit a lot when bitcoin was going up.

This will always go on like this. But HODLers always win.  ;D  In the long run, there is no way for HODLers not winning. For now, Bitcoin price is decreasing and people are just making fun of the long-term investors.

Let's just enjoy every moment of the cryptocurrency, even though bitcoin is now crashing we should still keep laughing because we can consider it as a good opportunity to buy more bitcoin and hold it, maybe we just need to wait for some time because bitcoin may still keep on falling which is pretty normal with bitcoin. its really funny, honestly holding a coin is one of the deadly things on this earth especially when its in dip. you need to mentally strong and determined otherwise you can lose your mind and sanity. i dont take it personal, one thing i have learnt is that it just makes me to have more patience.

Sometimes, I feel funny and laugh to see what my friends said. They are involved in crypto for more than 5 years ago, and I am sure they knew about this cycle, but what they say is they still surprise to see the drops hahaha.

Yes, this moment is the best time to accumulate more bitcoin as the price drops too deep and we do not know when it will go up. If we can use the time to load more bitcoin and hold it, we will laugh out load later.

Good, that is what it should do at this moment as the bitcoin price now is lower than before. But be careful to make an order buy and I hope you can make a few order buy instead only use one order buy to prevent from another drop. Maybe they want to make noise in this downtrend and make people panic but we knew that would not work for people who already prepare for the downtrend.

There's nothing we can do with it the crash already happened so instead of getting stress out of latest market upset better laugh than crying.

But one thing we need to do know to avoid heavy stress is to uninstall bitcoin price tracker and hodl, avoid dumping since it will make us lose our money.

Maybe I was so thankful that I sell some of my Bitcoin as it hits at $59k. I am safe now even the market will turn to bearish.
It sometimes to realize that HOLDing haven't all in a good and favorable end, but it sometimes brought us negatively. Because it is really a big regret on our part if we miss these chances again as what we mostly do last 2017.

I laugh not because of the market crash but it is because I was not wrong selling it earlier before the price fall below $50k.

There's no reason to cry as well as no reason to laugh just to hide your fear because Bitcoin dive down from $60,000 to $47,500, it's all normal. if we are to be objective, we know that decentralisation is synonymous with the free market. The free market is always control with the disequilibrium of DD and SS which causes fluctuation. so, we can conclude that being that btc is decentralised it operates in a free market and as such it will always fluctuates.

But, when the street is ready, there are always opportunities for holders to buy more and wait for when the street will be green...hehehe

Also, we all know what was said and some speculation that bitcoin will hit its mark to sky rocket this 2021. There is a probability that many will continue to buy more bitcoin now that it is at its lowest.

Anyone knows that we must buy a lot. The reason for this sky fall is maybe or probably someone or a company sells their bitcoin that made this big fall.

Well, I don't think it's difficult to laugh in this case but of course, it will be a smile and underneath is tears and worry, at least many people are in this situation, maybe this is a common sharing, more or less will relieve psychological pressure. Besides, trying not to dump bitcoin will contribute to its future change in value, spending even more money to buy more bitcoin is also a good practice but instead of being positive, many holders fail to show such mood, they are too heavy in thinking and stress in their brains.

I am thinking the same, the price is going down but this is a great opportunity the price is not going to remain below 50k for long which means this could be the time to buy the dip and earn some easy money, now if this is the crash we all have been fearing it would come then this is even better as we are going to have the opportunity to buy bitcoin for cheap prices once again, something that we have not seen in many months since that will be a great opportunity to fill our bags.

When the bitcoin price is dropping, its better to stay away from the market. I usually logout my exchange account in such times so that i am not tempted to sell in loss and in panic. Its human nature that when you see price dropping, a lot of fear begins to develop in your mind and the best way to avoid making any wrong decision is to stop seeing the prices.

 I bought in the mid 50's.  I'm not concerned about being underwater today, but in the ride up there will clearly be frequent predictable 10-20K drops, so I should not hold at $55K.  It may pay to keep trading it up.  Meaning I should next sell at 60K + and buy at 55K then sell at 70k and buy at 60k.  This is a predictable pattern for BTC, no? 

So agree with this statement. experiencing it real with your asset it much difficult than just imagining it. we choose what we want to feel, if we want goin stress its gonna make people going do greddy action in market. if cut loss its really needed just do it as long keep buying it.

Crashing bitcoin price is the best time and great opportunity for me to buy back, but I late because last night I put litecoin buy order, when wake up my order filled and price dump. Not worry because bitcoin will back to higher price but if I have chance I get buy back litecoin and other altcoin with lower price.

I am more than positive, that this kind of person is secretly buying some btc stash when he feels it is in his advantage. But of course, he will say something different to the public. But he is somehow promoting bitcoin also, because even with his negative remarks will create curiosity among the public. So one way or another, it is still good to have this kind of person who is indirectly promoting the very subject by his own negative perspective.

Well we can only laugh when we know that it's not dying, it's normal to go low for a while since bitcoin is strong and will surely increase again. But for those who're new and don't know? they will panic for sure lol and sell all of their bitcoin.
But well surely it'll be good for those who hold and wait patiently though, since their patience will bear fruit sooner or later, and those who sold it will only regret it again, like what happened before.

The times I see a tweet from Peter is these circumstances some about bitcoin. I still remember when in a tweet he said that he lost his seed from his bitcoin wallet. That tweet was hilarious!

That depends on how surely you can predict the next high or the next low. It is not really predictable but the swings are much more than other trading places like the stock market.

The crash isn't even deep as what a dip normally does. It's just a minor correction and I'm certain most investors would be expecting it to get down more so they can jump on the chariot. Any sensible person knows that Bitcoin has come to stay and as such any slight correction is an opportunity to get in or accumulate more. Over 600% within a year as ROI isn't an easy feat for any project to achieve. Definitely, Bitcoin will still pick up fresh ATH before the end of 2021.

I guess dealing with yourself is the most effective way to relieve stress when holding bitcoins. Laughing may help but still it made your heart beats hardly if I presume. Telling when or what's the cause of the sudden change of price is difficult since it is so volatile it could drastically changed overnight or for a few days if there are some group that holds so many btcs and they simultaneously sold their btcs then it might change the price rapidly. That's the first thing to do when you are investing in the market, take control of your emotion because you need to be practical about your decisions and be logical.

But more than 50% of people in Bitcoin usually take the path that leads them to lose their emotions, make illogical decisions, and use their Bitcoins in a non-practical way by trading them with shitcoins.

I don't want to be optimistic regards this that it is still not over but I'd say we can still use it on our side like buying cheap coins and such. However, we shouldn't stress about it because it will only lead to a wrong decisions like panic selling. You don't need to sell though just hold it till comes up and by then it will be more rewarding.

Humor is a useful and even necessary quality. Discussions and forecasts around the price of bitcoin as well as the trend are often just coincidences, but you can hardly take them seriously. I think the one who laughs last is the one who laughs. Nobody guarantees that in a month or two the situation will not change dramatically in favor of one or the other. Who will laugh then? Someone always laughs, and someone is sad, this is normal. :)

If you not already booked some percentage of your holding then i am not sure what is your target price. I do believe that many who were holding the coins for a long time already booked their profit and i did book mine as well when the price was around $50k and i wont be selling everything now until i am certain that the market is crashing which i did not see either.

I still think this as a minor correction and we will see a final rally in the coming months before the bear market catches up and i will be more than happy to see the correction so that i could enter the market once again and wait for the next rally.

Bitcoin crash the best time for buy back bitcoin or altcoin, but prefer for me to buy altcoin and looking which one altcoin have the same trend with bitcoin price, it mean when bitcoin dump this altcoin dump and bitcoin up this altcoin will up. I agree for what we sad when Bitcoin crashes, because it will only stress us out. We really have to learn to deal with bad things, because we can't

There are many traders who are all invested in bitcoin and altcoins, so they do not have extra funds (USDT) to buy the dip. Its not easy for everyone to see their portfolio go down and they remain emotionless. Even at this point of situation seeing the price of Bitcoin crash, we must always seek at the bright side of it to see better opportunities right in front of us to have the time many are waiting to buy some Bitcoin and hold it until it bounce back right after this crash. Actually, making yourself stress and worn out thinking about the negative side of Bitcoin's crash will provide you with no good and might just put you into a situation wherein you might get into panic selling your Bitcoin just to save up yourself from the threat of loss which is commonly being done by newbies who still are not familiar with this industry. Instead of thinking up too much, better be calm and trust Bitcoin for it have surpassed many ups and downs many times since it was created.

We all know the crash is temporary, and another chance for many to buy the dip (even the more reason to laugh). To the hodlers of btc, dips are highly expected and an indication for a leap afterwards. If you feel sad because btc is crashing, it means you are a short term hodler with a blurry vision of the future of btc. After I saw this recent dump days ago, I chuckled a little bit and I didn't felt any negative feeling on it. I felt happier when I made a good decision to take some profits at near $60,000 price because the dump happened days after I sold some of my holdings (although not that huge if you will ask me :D).

Corrections are very normal. What isn't is the continuous and nonstop rise of Bitcoin that is happening for months already. Yes we are in a bull run but corrections like this is necessary and one thing more is that there will be some holders like who will take at some point and in this case it is at the ~$60,000 price level. For those newbie investors out there, just either laugh at what is happening (like what the people in One Piece who ate SMILE fruit did :D) or just don't take any action at all. Better if you will just not visit some crypto website at all in order for you not to urge to take action.

I am somehow happy to have this correction because I can take advantage the price to buy more. My sister will also invest $1k in bitcoin to not missed the ride again.

I totally agree with you and I just posted similar thing in a different thread a while ago. I believe with Bitcoin, it is a matter of your Believe and not that you are in it for the quick profits. Now the market has bounced back to above $52k and the World is no longer Ending as was thought by some  ;D and its OK to ride Bitcoin again. Corrections will always happen in the market but when you understand why you invested, then no worries but to keep hodling.

Frankly speaking, the price of altcoins didnt tank much with respect to BTC pair so I didnt get much opportunity from this crash, its just a healthy correction and BTC is above 52k$ now which is a good sign and looks boolish at this moment. I dont see any red in my portfolio at this moment but will be waiting for something to come down and I get an opportunity.

Any red is an opportunity to buy, it's just that we don't get a lot of profit out of it sometimes. I think that bitcoin taking it's time to back up and go high again is a good thing because it helps people accumulate more bitcoin to get moore profit and with me having a decent amount, I don't really mind if it pumps real high because I am getting a lot of out of it no matter what.

I think traders need to think positively about investing in bitcoin without getting frustrated even if bitcoin crashes it will rise again. Different platforms often do not show the right signal even if the red light shows up the green light rises again the market is currently correcting this time their news is updated I don't see anything like bitcoin crashing its prices will go up further. This is a big opportunity for traders.

I think that the price crash is over.The Bitcoin price somewhat stabilized at around 50K USD and right now it's going back to 52K USD.This might be a "bull trap" or a price recovery.I don't know.

I think, in any case, there will be a crash of bitcoin. Bitcoin is tightly specialized. Today, there are new cryptocurrencies that can be used in different circumstances. For example, Ethereum ( cryptocurrency, smart contracts), so the use of bitcoin is not so wide. Its price increased when there was a hype, and when people understand the essence that there are other alternatives, they will stop buying it, and the price will fall.

It depends upon which coins in the altcoin market you were watching. Coins like XRP, Polkadot and Doge had a much bigger correction than Bitcoin, i was expecting a much bigger correction but the market seems to be consolidating and having a good support around $49500 to $50,000 and the market was trying to move higher and we will see how the market will perform in the next 48 hours.

I think those people who rush to sell their BTC when the price was at its peak, are now having fun with their money because they sold it at the highest price. the least that the other still holding right now is not panicking even though they see the price is sinking to the bottom again. there's always a way to make it back again. because that's how the BTC market works base on what we have witness years ago and there's no point for it to lose hope.

I did not only laugh when bitcoin price already surpass the highest price attained on 2017. I'm waking up happier than before because I gained from its pump lot than I expected. Now that the market is red again and bitcoin price is lower than the previous weeks, I felt happy also because it is a chance to buy since like the always term "buy low" but I am sad at the same time due to I have no money to buy bitcoin. Well, even though I cannot buy at this moment I know I am doing something that can make me earn crypto. After I earned, it has a bigger chance that I just convert it to btc then wait for the btc price to rise. Hold is life.

I Actually laugh when the price is dumping because i saw another opportunity to purchase in lowering value.

laughing is more effective if you Knew how this market goes and knew how you will make a profit in the future, while others are selling and you are buying.

Keep in mind that we are here to trust the currency we are buying and not just to make an easy money because there is no such a thing.

The only one who cry when bitcoin price crash is those who hold to much and think that they can multiply their money more bigger, but those people who's prepared for sure we will be happy seeing the good opportunity brought up by the bear market condition since its like giving us a chance to catch up to those potential coins and earn with it on the right time.

Then I will hold it until the right time comes for me to convert it into fiat. I panicked when the bitcoin price went down but I have a friend who understands about crypto he said the bitcoin price went down temporarily so I had to be patient not to panic my friend cheered me on and my panic disappeared I started laughing and now it's been proven my friend's advice about the bitcoin price crash is only while it is true, this has been a valuable experience for me.

For context, Peter Schiff’s son owns Bitcoin, and has probably started accumulating/HODLing for as long as Peter Schiff was spreading FUD, and false assumptions about Bitcoin.

This is funny and I actually also read about that a while ago. I am curious how their relationship actually is because you could say that they are still father and son with just two different opinions. The problem here might be that there is a whole lot of money on the table between them with one bashing the wealth potential of the other. Does anyone know whether have been reports about their stance towards each other?

The relationship might be, the son wants to discuss his investment decisions with his father because the son himself is proud, and wants his father to be proud of him. The father avoids discussions with the son regarding investments because the son outperforms him by > 5,000%. 8)

That was hilarious, I think bitcoin is not really for the oldies, but for the young generation or those investors who are in line with the online world so they see this as an opportunity. Sometimes our dad do their investment in an old way, the world has evolved and I think it's right to also change and follow the flow.

Sometimes parents gotta lower their ego and appreciate what their son is doing as not all the time their son will defend on the parents' opinion although they are well versed in business.

Agree with you. Maybe what is meant here includes our patience in dealing with the market, especially in Bitcoin. This is the importance of good emotional control from you to yourself. Don't be sad if BTC goes down, the market cycle is starting. You just need to be patient and monitor market developments as often as possible. It is easy to say but in practice it is certainly difficult, so keep thinking optimistically so that you are sure of the steps you take.

This could be a painful way of comforting ourselves should you invest and predict the wrong direction of bitcoin, because what will follow is constant checking of charts and price hoping it's changed direction which could be stressful and I have gone through this in my early days of knowing bitcoin. Bitcoin crashing is the best example of making yourself laughing and make others laughing. People who laughed when the Bitcoin buyer buy on 100 dollarr, saying that Bitcoin would break down.  And it will hurt. The same people were laughing even when bitcoin became 20,000 dollars, now that bitcoin will break down.But they don't realize that how much benefit who awaited for the longtime after Bitcoin came down.This is a virtual posture that should be learned after a long wait.  One should not laugh at the breakdown of Bitcoin and to learn on its crashing.

Bitcoin was generally steady and then after 2017-18 it also generally stayed around the same higher range.
For some reason it skyrocketed, then recently the China ban came in effect, it fell, then back up again. Now a bit down again.
This whole 2020-21 era is unique in the history of bitcoin so far. But very exciting.

It is all very well for BTC hodler, but huge BTC dumps/pumps sometimes bring a tear to my eye. For instance, when I make a stupid decision to put buy limit order on all my USDT, it get worked, and in some hours instead of to go up all the market suddenly dumps. Vice versa also happens to me occasionally, I stabilize everything and suddenly the market goes to the moon. Well, to say the truth, that happens a lot with me and in such moments I don’t want to laugh at all, but to cry. Really, I would have been already bankrupt if I had panicked, but I’m just mad at myself for bad TA and lose a lot of time on hodl before the new possibility to trade.

My regular portfolio drops 2% in a week and I'm eating ramen for dinner.  My crypto portfolio can drop more than the value of my house in an hour and I just chuckle.  I don't know why.  I guess I just don't worry so much about my BTC holdings because I know that the government isn't going to stop printing money anytime soon and most likely any dip is temporary.  The macro environment is just too fresh for Bitcoin's dominance to fear.  So long as you aren't trading with leverage, I don't see why you'd care about the price unless you're going to sell.  The lower the better in every other scenario.

it's not easy to accept reality but how else, we can't keep blaming the situation and try to accept it. not every time we get a profit there is a time we can fail or have to wait even longer. I certainly have learned to do that. back in the days, I started trading, I would always get in and right after the price would start to go the other way. I had to lose a lot of money to learn how to trade. I've learned that you need to know how to lose to learn how to earn. Yes, We can laugh on those who says that bitcoin will die on every dump and they are always proved wrong. I don't care if bitcoin reached 50,000$ or 40,000$ from here, because no matter how much the price drop, it will eventually move to 100,000$ and beyond.

But for me, I hold coins for long term specially those who really have potentials just like CiFi, Sovryn and now TST. Regardless of drops, I have no plans of selling as I know their true value. These drops are just opportunities of buying more of these coins and holding even further. Staking would be great too. As for me, I quarterly check my coins and dont get worry as I invest at very low price. I checked for the developments and if it satisfy my criterias then I hold even more.

In the past too there were instances when the price of bitcoin went down in 2018 but if we look today in 2021 it is $47795 USD. There are people who withdrew their money and are regretting it now. Though Bitcoin is volatile, predicting by looking at the past fluctuations it will still be profitable. Traders have now started hedging whenever the value of bitcoin falls.

Our world is so severe that it’s necessary to learn to laugh in general. Laughter is the best medicine. Nowadays, traders are familiar with all roller coasters that BTC can perform, so they are calm when see sudden decrease of BTC on 20K-30K and just prepare to invest more because they know: BTC will definitely increase again and make new ATH (need only to wait). Same cannot be said about some alts and tokens that may dump for ever.

I can't take Peter Schiff seriously because he's constantly shifting the goal posts. Famously, he said bitcoin would never hit $50,000. He's been bashing bitcoin for years, all the while it has vastly outperformed gold. Such a shame as I was at one point a fan of Schiff. He lost my respect with his constant bitcoin-bashing.

Never ever attached yourself on believing into those people who do keep on bashing up bitcoin and take some look that majority of them had already made out some u turn and now
become believers and supports of Bitcoin itself which it is really a shame to those who do keep on bashing after all these years. What proofs would really be needed for them to stop?
As a crypto enthusiast  then it would be  better on not to bother up yourself on believing with  those sentiments because it would just stir up your own analysis
with the market. Stick with your goals and be mindful about on  your actions.

You are right, that is the fundamental strategy, if we put in context that the dip is the strategy most used by whales it is what best suits what we are experiencing, I also have the theory that many people were waiting for the price of BTC to $ 100k this Christmas (including me), but seeing that the market always does the opposite of what the mass thinks is not that it has surprised me, in addition, the whales of 2017 I do not see that they have manifested, only investment of Very new institutions, and for the old whales only watching from the stands for now, when they say wake up I think the price of BTC could go above $ 150k.

Whatever happens in the crypto world depends on the crypto market and also how we manage our assets. Being a holder or trader will be equally profitable if we can manage and use it well. Here I am also a holder that struggles with this downturn in the crypto market. that's the risk that must be faced where the crypto market goes up and down. It's true that lamenting too much about a loss or a down market will only make us feel even more down and stressed. although it is difficult to expand and be sincere with what has happened at least we can accept and make it a lesson.

First of all, understand that the price of Bitcoin cannot continue to go up forever, there will always be a correction or even a core Bear circle so if you think Bitcoin will only be adopted globally only if the price continues to go up, then you are thinking wrongly cos if anyone truly knows about Bitcoin and wants it, the Bear market is the best time to buy to maximize your investment and not buying at the top.

A whole lot can't watch their bitcoin going down, this is the perfect time to buy the Dip.
It's super hard to smile at this moment, one has to be honest, but then nothing good comes with taking risks.

Laughing is a good therapy, bitcoin holders laugh ooo its good for your health, the price is low today we don't know what will happen tomorrow in fact in the next few hours it might rise and surprise everybody, so we don't have to loose hope,no condition is permanent ,in fact this is opportunity for us to buy at the lower price and keep it till when the price will  rise and make more profit.

I just looked at Peter Schiff's Twitter and sure enough he keeps gibbering about bitcoin being worthless. He has been calling bitcoin worthless since it was well under $10,000 from what I recall. I suppose he will spend the rest of his life attacking bitcoin, because it just seems to outperform gold just about every year.

Same here. When I was still a newbie im really afraid when the price is starting to go down. Im thinking maybe I will lose my money, thus selling before the price decline further is what I think is the only solution. But as time goes by I learned to be patient and never panic in times the price is declining. Hence, now, I used to seeing the price turning ups and down and it doesnt affect me negatively. You wont lose anything unless you sell.

Bitcoin investing is a high-risk investment because of its price volatility, but it is also the best investment of the last decade that has provided a fairly decent return for anyone willing to hold it.

We don't lose bitcoin when the price goes down, but we just have a sell price drop ^{[up or down]} so we may still be profiting in the long term or will still see the price drop in the short term. So we can call it almost the same as other physical asset investments, only bitcoin is not controlled by any authority which makes its price rise and fall uncontrollably.

In theory, the bitcoin crash should have no impact on the investor's portfolio because they are holding it for the long term. As long as people don't sell their holdings in a crash, there is nothing to worry about.



I would not call bitcoin investment risky.  No matter which price you buy, if you are able to hold it for four years, you will always be in good profit. However, altcoin investments is risky because there is no guarantee that altcoin will rise again. Some may become dead and others may be rug pulled.

It matters for a while but if you change your mindset about bitcoin and think for the long term benefits, you will say that the guy that you quote is correct although I do not think that bitcoin will ever become stable, its code is different to a stable coin but sure its price can rise when many people adopts it and speaking of adoption, I think btc adoption is not about related to its price because if we look on the past, there are countries that continues to adopt btc no matter how the price behaves although many individuals will prefer to invest on btc if the price is low because chances are, the price will recover after it than when the price is already high.

But months after their laughing again we Holders return the favor as the another ATH happened, but now once again the market seems to be taking away from us so Yes lets see when it comes back.

Yes.There is absolutely no reason to be panic on somethin that done the same thing for a decade :) This is normal for bitcoin to crash and up again.If you know how to make profit in bear market then there's no reason to be sad.
Some individuals used this opportunity to buy more bitcoins at lower prices and hold it in a long-term. Sell it when the price is high.

We can say that easily but many can't do that because of some things like; timing. The timing isn't perfect and most likely they don't have money left to buy during the crashes. It would always go set in our minds that we should buy but there are some events that are turning us and disables us. And to say that we can make a profit in the future, this is for real and proven. But when the tough times comes, not everyone will be able to hold what they have and starts to panic in no time.

most of them have gone All In in BTC, even when the decline has only occurred a little. maybe because of panic buy. when the price drops deeper then there is nothing to do except just waiting for the price to improve.
these kinds of people usually buy without good planning. they buy just because they see the trend in the market. when trends change and don't match expectations, then what happens is only disappointment.

It's different from those that I've described which are unable to buy. They're left with nothing and that's why they can't buy during the dip and even if they want to, it's not advisable to take a loan just to cover the dip and for them to be said that they've bought the dip.
Those people that have gone all-in for bitcoin, that's actually a good decision that they've made. But if they've bought without planning, I think that's still sort of good decision they've made since it's bitcoin that they've bought and not just some random altcoins that's being shilled to them.

Of course I will correct the mistakes that I have made so that I experience losses. However, we can take lessons because experience is the best teacher.
In bitcoin we won't be able to completely avoid that mistake, but at least don't fall into the same hole.

Peter Schiff is such a joke himself. He’s an absolute clown. I have followed him on twitter for some time just to look at all his tweets and laugh. Yes while bitcoin had been down of late it’s been very annoying seeing him spout of more and more nonsense but I’m more than confident we will be the ones having the last laugh.

I agree with you, whatever the situation, even when Bitcoin is crashing, we should still be able to laugh or not be stressed. This can be a way for us to be able to control our emotions more so that we don't get angry and instead sell it at a cheap price. This is a big mistake, it's not easy. that said but you do have to try so that such an incident will never happen, I think this is important. We must be patient when deciding to enter the world of crypto, prepare mentally and the necessary capital.

It is easier said than done,  to be honest when the market started going down I was a bit unease because of course my investment was going down and the thought of 2017 came to mind but after doing some reading and hearing from different sources their views regarding this current dip I became calm,

No matter how tough we try to appear whenever btc is dipping, it still get to us, but now am more relaxed, am not stressed and I try not to check price every time, I have a long term goal, so the earlier I learn to stop stressing anytime btc and rest of the alts price dips the better it will be. Even if we are not able to laugh in times like this we can learn to remain calm and control our emotions.

Crashing is only for assets that will not rise again or are completely destroyed but bitcoins are not. bitcoin will forever be a volatile asset and market corrections will be a frequent occurrence. then stay calm and relax when the price of bitcoin goes down because it will definitely go up again.

Thats why diversifying would always be the best on which you could potentially able to make possible other sources of income unlike when you do have single source.

Somehow this do really require proper financing and experience to handle it well.If not then expect the different results.It would really be depending on someones choice whether they do opt in or focus on single to have that kind of focus but honestly if you do look on bigger scale then there are lots of options to take.
