Because this latest version of Bitcoin core only removes support for Tor version 2.

Thanks! I connected to a few more v3 peers and after about 6 hours started getting incoming v3 peers. I think I must've been relying on v2 in earlier versions so my v3 were lacking to start. All good now. |
