Actually, in terms of website presentation, it's already good because with a blue background, it looks catchy. But there are still some things the team needs to work on to make the site look even better. Among them are scroll bars and links such as ToS, About, and Contact.

I’m using both tablet and computer to check your comment but I don’t find any issue about scrolling the casino or any lags related to it. Are you using the scroll button on your mouse to scroll down and up to the casino because casino these days don’t include scroll slider at the side anymore since most user use scroll button on the mouse.

In terms of the background of the website, to me it's kinda weird since I rarely see designs like this, the ratios and proportion of the main body with the background. Signup doesn't have to be long unless if they require extra verifications like KYC. If you mean the loading times then it can depend on your internet. Maybe your connection is fast but for some who has a slow internet, sign up process might take time.

It's important for us to verify our email address because we might enter a wrong email but it's strange if this site don't have that. Swapping cryptos inside the casinos are not new so even if they have it, I wouldn't consider it unique but the feature is not available on many casinos so for them to have it is still nice especially if we started to like them. It feels like we can do more than just gambling.

We are aware of this and the reason for it is that, currently, the currency selector will show that the balance is updating ‘in-game’ while you have a game window open, and the balance is being updated real-time in your account, however, since the game rounds are converting real-time in USD equivalent the balance shows as a total converted to USD in-game and once you have completed your gameplay in that game and navigate to another page you will see the updated crypto balance in the currency selector drop down. This is something that is common with other crypto casinos, but we are working on a way to further improve it and will announce any update to this functionality here and in our other community channels as soon as it's ready!

If your site works smoothly maybe you will get a good popularity shortly. However, you must wait some times as the signature campaign is ongoing. I deserve you will get the reflection gradually during this period because it is completely new, it may take some time to get reviews from the site.

Welcome to the Bitcointalk community, the site UI is very attractive, and signing up is very simple and fast.  I am excited to try the games but sadly deposit option for USDT and USDC is ETH network only I hope the site will think of implementing other networks that can transact with USDT and USDC like TRC20 and BEP20. The last time I tried, it worked fine for me but on mobile due, am forced to rely solely on mobile for most of the new site. As their work better with mobile browsers than desktop browser unless they really take a close look at the desktop version and come up with new updates that will work fine on any of the operating systems for desktops. But for the time being metaspin work fine on my mobile device and am going to be using that for this season and maybe if the team announced a better version for the desktop version I may consider trying it in the future.

It is always better to put campaigns on hold when ever the team feels it not yielding the expected result for them, or maybe they are still building and as a process, they are investing funds on other parts of the project and for this reason, they currently do not have funds for marketing.

Well, alright. I decided to take a look at your online gambling crypto casino "Metaspins.com" and have found a few things that I think could be areas of potential improvement. These following suggestions are merely my own thoughts and are not meant to make Metaspins look bad or good. They are just opinions.

First of all, the user experience design is all over the place and not very thought out. When I first came to the casino I could not find an option to change the language. There really is no order to the interface, but rather as I said, everything is just jumbled around.

Secondly, the crypto buying options are quite limited. You might want to update the payment options.

Overall its a standard casino with no personal flair or something that makes it stand out from the other casinos.

My honest experience with Metaspins.com casino  :(

7 March 2023 in the morning made deposit 420 USD (0.0189 BTC). Metaspins casino has 7.9 rating on casino guru, I thought it is established, growing and honest casino. I received 100% welcome bonus and played Nolimit City video slots. I played with a 5 USD bet accordning to welcome bonus terms and conditions. Suddenly I received a huge winning and my balance become approximately 9000 USD. I completed wagering requirements and made a withdrawal request 9500 USD (0.43 BTC).

After about 5 minutes I received email with title KYC and my withdrawal request was canceled. I followed link in email and made picture of my Passport and Selfie. Process went very fast.

I put withdrawal request again and after 10 minutes I received email quote

"We are contacting you on behalf of our Fraud team.

We have now closed your account related to this email address: *****@gmail.com, due to breach of our Terms and Conditions 8.1: Only one account per person, household, IP address and computer device is allowed. Creating multiple user accounts may result in termination of the accounts and suspending of all payouts.

It seems that Metaspins has some explanation to do with this. Are you sure that you are the only one who have created an account using the IP address they have detected? Are you using a VPN or something that change your IP address because you haven't mentioned it on your accusation. Receiving a welcoming bonus doesn't mean that you pass from their security checking, Most of the time casino only block gamblers during their withdrawal process.
