Honestly I did not use VPN to access the site so it's weird for me. I also tried to check my browser settings and deleted French language there and moved English language to the top as first priority. After all it does not resolve the problem.

Our tech team checked this case and we have found a bug there.

It's great to know it is a bug and the team already knew about that. Previously I just thought it is a technical problem from my side.
