Happy Birthday  KING 👑 BTC

May all the inhabitants in every corners on mother earth have your love in mind and adopts yours precious Satoshis, more adoptions in coming years and more centralized wars to be defeated, Long Life and Prosperity KING.

Bitcointalk friends and famz,  what are your best bitcoin wishes in the coming years?

Do you think that with the lower inflation rate and upcoming halving Bitcoin can finally be put side by side with Gold?

Are there any possible ways that Bitcoin can be regulated without Nakamoto? I think only centralized exchanges will remain regulated and projects like Bitcoin can't be touched. What do you think?

Will banks and BTC forever remain enemies or something new will come up? I asked this because a BTC group bought an old bank 🏦 and I don't see any reason why.

what are your best bitcoin wishes in the coming years?
I wish we see less speculators adopt bitcoin who want to make a quick (fiat) profit and get out. I wish to instead see more people adopt bitcoin who want financial sovereignty.

If you mean bitcoin's "inflation rate", I don't think halving is going to change anything about bitcoin to put it side by side with gold. They don't fall into the same category regarding age, spendability, adoption scale or even supply cap (gold isn't as limited as bitcoin).
If you mean the global inflation rate, your question makes more sense since inflation will always push people towards converting their fiat to something that is a better store of value. Both gold and bitcoin are good options for that.

With or without the inventor of Bitcoin, it can never be regulated because it goes against its principles of being decentralized. However, centralized services like exchanges will be built on top of bitcoin and will be regulated.

Will banks and BTC forever remain enemies or something new will come up?
I don't think their position is going to change until mass adoption (which we aren't even close to).

1) Stays relevant
2) Does not get taken over by the government and becomes their tool

On the occasion of bitcoin forth coming birthday celebration, here are my wishes for bitcoin;

I wish for bitcoin to get more adoption and acceptable globally as legal tender.

I wish that bitcoin continue to take the place as an independent entity.

I wish that the bitcoin bear market comes to an abrupt end.

It is my prayers that bitcoin continues to take the lead as the digital gold we know it to be.

On the occasion of bitcoin forth coming birthday celebration, here are my wishes for bitcoin;
I believe bitcoin will gain more adoption as the year's roll by and for the fact that we already have two countries who have legally adopted bitcoin, it will become easier for those coming into bitcoin to at least build some knowledge because what we need in the Bitcoin ecosystem is true Bitcoin users who know the fundamentals of bitcoin as an alternative currency and also an asset.

We don't want to see speculators who may want to take advantage of the volatility of Bitcoin to make few bull's and cashing out there by dumping the price.

Are there any possible ways that Bitcoin can be regulated without Nakamoto?
If you are living under governments, they will regulate things as much as they can including Bitcoin. With or without Satoshi Nakamoto, it is not a matter for governments.

Quote
I think only centralized exchanges will remain regulated and projects like Bitcoin can't be touched. What do you think?
Bitcoin will be regulated indirectly when people want to sell their bitcoins on centralized exchanges, use bitcoins in merchant platforms.

Fortunately, if people store their bitcoin in non custodial wallets, governments won't be able to touch it regardless of they have reasons to catch you as a crime.

Quote
Will banks and BTC forever remain enemies or something new will come up?
They compete with each other and force each other to improve but they will co exist. Banks and Bitcoin won't have their missions to kill the another one so I don't consider they are enemies.

I wish that more people will read The bullish case for Bitcoin (https://vijayboyapati.medium.com/the-bullish-case-for-bitcoin-6ecc8bdecc1). It is helpful for them to build up their knowledge on Bitcoin and strengthen their belief in Bitcoin.

If they want to buy books. Check out The bullish case for Bitcoin on Amazon (https://www.amazon.com/Bullish-Case-Bitcoin-Vijay-Boyapati/dp/1737204118)

Lindy effect will become bigger with time and Bitcoin will be another gold.

Furthermore, the Lindy effect suggests that the longer Bitcoin remains in existence the greater society’s confidence that it will continue to exist long into the future. In other words, the societal trust of a new monetary good is asymptotic in nature, as is illustrated in the graph below:

For sure many of us would wish for this technology to be accepted by more countries as a mode of payment. But I'd also add that I wish to remove all of the misconceptions about bitcoin for more people to recognize its usage and to lessen the number of people being a victim of volatility in its price because they lack the knowledge. As more people are knowing this technology, there is also a growth with the articles and topics which could give awareness towards non-crypto users. And if this progressive development would continue, I believe that it would yield for a betterment of this technology in general.

Sad reality but that's just how a market works; people would take advantage of the market price volatility. What we should be afraid of is impressions that this technology is a gateway to become rich in an instant.

Bitcointalk friends and famz,  what are your best bitcoin wishes in the coming years?
We hope that in the future we want to see more people who will adopt Bitcoin, as well as we don't want Bitcoin to be taken over by the government, not only that, I also hope that Bitcoin can be accepted worldwide and become a legal tender, and of course we all expect the Bullish market to replace the Bearish market as soon as possible, next hope we want to see Bitcoin will continue to lead as the best digital Gold Investment.

We believe all of these things will happen whether it's the upcoming Bitcoin celebration or the next.

I want to see bitcoin as the world's reserve currency!

I want the Basel Committee documents to recommend that central banks of all countries include bitcoin in their gold reserves.  I want the price of Bitcoin to be $500,000 (parity with the price of gold).

So that all people perceive Bitcoin as a universal value.

For Bitcoin to become the main protocol for transferring value in the virtual space.

Just like someone predicted bitcoin to be going up to $250k in the years ahead andbso were my wishes in seeing bitcoin grow more than ever before, increases in value and be the top most acceptable world decentralized digital currency, bitcoin being a profitable investment will be well taught to people in general to understand the means to this, bitcoin will by then be far far better than other cryptocurrencies ever existed including fiat, i wish more adoption this year and beyond as we see more countries accepting it this year as their legal tender.

I want the governments of countries to begin to understand the value of Bitcoin because by creating their centralized coins, they still will not achieve widespread acceptance of crypto, but only push people to move away from their laws, and strengthen their own desire for freedom. Bitcoin makes people wise, those who understand that society cannot be manipulated, and let there be more and more such people. And you can also wish that the accusations that the Bitcoin bubble and fraud finally decreased, thereby increasing the spread of knowledge about it to different parts of the world.

I wish in upcoming years Bitcoin have adopted by 10% countries around the world and several bigger company accepted bitcoin for legal tender, I started with investing in Bitcoin last year when price going dump and spent about 10$ every day, I have optimistic with Bitcoin can worth as my long term investment and wish get positive respond from many government for making Bitcoin as legal currency transaction.

Wishes several countries need change their viewed about Bitcoin and against what did by United State want to make Bitcoin drop, I don't think more expected wishes because I sure with Bitcoin potential at the future not only worth when huge sending and receiving amount transaction and give transparent for payment way than using fiat.

I think the whole world only adopts bitcoin less or more 1% and I want in the future to increase even more regarding bitcoin being legal tender, of course this will make it a good alternative money and can also be a reserve money in every government.
I believe that in the future bitcoin will grow more rapidly and the government also understands how real bitcoin works, what I'm looking forward to is that my business accepts bitcoin but my area is still prohibited so I will wait in the future for changes to organize the world.

Do not forget that I will continue to accumulate bitcoin slowly after more development. I will enjoy how great results we have been getting so far to be patient in a few years, and believe bitcoin can change big financially.

Of course, we all want to see the adoption process increase higher than in previous years, where more people will learn and use bitcoin in their daily lives.
But unfortunately, our wishes are different from the wishes of the government because they may not see the potential of bitcoin for them either.
We've seen how Bitcoin has worked so far without Satoshi Nakamoto but I suspect some of the people he's been working with are still watching Bitcoin and maybe Satoshi is still watching Bitcoin from afar.
And there is a possibility that banks and BTC can work together because BTC users cash out their BTC into their bank accounts, so the bank needs to request further verification from them.
And there are still many possibilities that could happen in the coming years.

1. I have at least 1 Bitcoin in coming years
2. I want to have daily basis earnings like Short tradings
3. I want Bitcoin to go above 200k dollars in coming years

I know that some of my wishes will not be completed but I will still say that maybe I world hard and also succeeded in my goal in coming years too.

I have only one big wish.  I wish Bitcoin does not suffer oppression and very ridiculous regulations from European Union or the United States.  If Bitcoin is left alone, it will grow massively within the next years.  If it is not, there will be some spikes of growth but uncertainty will definitely grow around it.

I want Bitcoin to be legalize in my country coming year, so that those that have the mind set of accepting Bitcoin as a payment in their businesses will use the opportunity to improve their businesses and also improve Bitcoin users in the country. I wish to see another comment from the founder of Bitcoin, so that many people will believe that Bitcoin is not dead but created to fulfill  purpose it was created in the world. I want many governments to understand that decentralized currency is more favourable than centralized currency coming year, so that the whole world will believe that Bitcoin is not a scam currency but real currency.

I've got so many wishes tho. Firstly, the government of my country should desist from blindly fighting the digital coin and realize it's the path to financial freedom.
Secondly, it should be used as a legal tender alongside the local fiat, just like El Salvador did.

Third, it should attain a certain form of stability as this could push investors to pick more interest to not just buy but at least hold for a long period.

I just wish people don't forget it exists as an option.

It's not inflation rate that matters about that. It's just that people haven't got used to it, and most stores of value exist for centuries. On the contrary, I believe that the low, constant inflation rate must have attracted people to use it likewise.

Will banks and BTC forever remain enemies or something new will come up? I asked this because a BTC group bought an old bank 🏦 and I don't see any reason why.

To be honest bank listens to the government. And government hates everything that it cannot control. So if you see, due to the decentralised nature of the coin, Bitcoins cannot be controlled by any government. So yes it will continue for long that both government and Bitcoins will remain sole enemies. Moreover Bitcoins are developed in order to not control or govern by any body so yes that’s the main features of Bitcoins. Let’s see where it goes at last or next.

I wish it becomes common practice to use bitcoin anywhere in the world. In the coming year it should be able to get the universal currency status. For example, it would be nice for me to get into any country, shop normally and pay with the bitcoin without converting, stressing about currency conversions and paper work from the banks. No trail left. Just me and my pleasure / leisure tours. That much capable bitcoin should be in the upcoming years.

Hopefully, there will be treaty about it by all the powerful nations in the world and they will form a group which will accept the borderless transactions through bitcoin for businesses and stuff without hampering the sole purpose of limits and boundaries.

Could be scifi-ish but would love to see bitcoin progressing in that sense. :)

I wish for bitcoin in the coming years is that more people accept it for what it truly is.

I am gladdened already by some members of this forum who are all working in their own way to ensure that more persons know what bitcoins really is and accept it for use. With the effort of these persons and as more people join in in indulging in this awareness in their own way, I believe my wish for bitcoin will come to realization sooner than later. Let us keep up the good work!

That's a long journey from here as we stand today with this price. BTC will need more time to get to a decent position again. Halving will help a lot to achieve that, but I won't totally keep faith to that. We won't have to wait that long, I believe that BTC can grow even without the halving. In this year, there's a chance for BTC to go up a little bit. And then in 2024 we can for sure see BTC will have a bullish market.

I don't know why speculators are placing much emphasis on bitcoin halving as it will take almost a year for that to happen since halving will occur somewhere around the middle of 2023, and we are not sure of when the price of bitcoin will increase after the halving which is what many speculators are anticipating.
But they forget the fact that Bitcoin is a highly volatile commodity and that its price could skyrocket before the next Bitcoin halves.

There is quite a lot of hope in Bitcoin for the years to come. Honestly, I want Bitcoin to be adopted by all countries with various continents in the world with the main purpose not only for profit but more than that as the purpose of Bitcoin itself.

Then for now I also hope that Bitcoin can be a solution behind the chaotic world economy.

Having some sort of misunderstanding what bitcoin is all about is the core of our problem. There are still too many people who think that bitcoin was created to get them rich, which it wasn't created for, in fact the price didn't even matter at all when it was first created.

The whole idea was to have the strongest possible security ever for any currency in the world while also having the easiest possible method to move it all around the world easily and for cheap while being fast. Did it achieve that? It did, so adoption matters more than the price, and keeping the transaction fee to a lower level would be the next step, not increasing the price to make us rich.

Those bears and anti bitcoin will start to love it. But I think that wish is coming to reality these days because many of them keeps on saying negative things about bitcoin.

There's a reason why they're telling it and that's to make the price of bitcoin lower and I guess that the price will not get any lower because it's already on the bottom of it.

Just as everybody, we want more adoption and price becomes more stable in a manner that volatility isn't going to be a negative factor anymore.

Based on the situation in the world, my forecasts are optimistic about the BTC account. Of course, we all very often look back at how it all began and then look at how everything is happening now and, strangely enough, we see a missed opportunity. But what if we look to the future, because it is there in the future that we will succeed. Yes, I hope BTC gets more success in the future, but will it be allowed to do so? It is the banks that manage the money, and if BTC becomes money, then the banks will want to manage it, right? Or are they already in control? Unfortunately, it is precisely here that we cannot say exactly how it really is. All that remains for us is to believe in BTC and, of course, accumulate it in all available ways.

My wish for bitcoin is for its ecosystem to have better, responsible people who would care for the long term existence of the network and reduce the high rate of scam. If the bitcoin network is used for good, we wouldn't have been under a bearish market like this one. In the future more people would love to adopt bitcoin, but if they read about the worst outcomes of bitcoin and come to experience it they won't have any purpose to utilize bitcoin again. I wish for a community with honest users that care for fellow citizens money. Greed is killing the bitcoin market which won't take it any far. Looking at how Kwon-Do crashed the market just for greed sake, I wouldn't wish that the bitcoin market experience such people on the long run.

- I wish to see bitcoin incorporated into schools curriculum from secondary school to the university level.
- I wish to see cooperation between the banks, SEC, governments on bitcoin. That is bitcoin coexisting with local fiat.
- I wish to see more local businesses accept bitcoin as payment options.

What happening outside has nothing to do with BTC. BTC do also have its own separate world but even if it's also gloomy here, this shouldn't be reason for us to lose hope. If you are a new comer here then you will think you miss a great opportunity but you shouldn't think like that. This bear is actually your opportunity or your stepping stone to become a millionaire in the near future. The success of BTC can also depend on us.

If we will only take care of our BTC, like we never sold it if it's not the proper time and we will only buy more then BTC will thank us one day. Banks can only manage their own money or the fiat but not BTC. It's decentralized so don't worry about it.

Just as everybody, we want more adoption and price becomes more stable in a manner that volatility isn't going to be a negative factor anymore.

I agree that if bitcoin is more widely accepted, it will be good for bitcoin and will benefit us more, but in the hope, it becomes more stable, I really don't think that's good for bitcoin.

Apart from technology, bitcoin is attracting more users and investing in it thanks to its volatility, if it becomes as stable as gold, then that will be good news for bitcoin users. But that would be bad news for investors, and it should be more realistic that most of the people here are investors rather than people who prefer to use bitcoin as a means of payment.

Spreading about Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies need to happen, but in a way that people understand it in the right way than just finding it a means to get rich. Apart from this, we need to have a decentralised exchange with the services and features similar to Binance.

In terms of growth, it'll happen gradually. Our responsibility is to hold and have patience. With time the market have begun to coexist with the traditional Market. For this reason in the coming days we'll see market movements happening relative to the traditional market. People need to get adopted to it.

I think it's quite important to keep promoting bitcoin to newbies as discounted right now. Because, not many people understand that and it's a problem. It's such a great thing and we should all be very happy about the low price right now, because it means we could buy so much more and that's great.

However, there are a lot of issues where people do not realize how important and great it is right now, which is an issue. They all think it's low and it will go even lower because it has done exactly that for a year now. Just because it has gone down for a year, doesn't mean it will continue to go down forever, that's just not possible and not what we will see.

Lots of assets are more stable than bitcoin. Gold, stocks, housing. Do you see that being "bad news" for investors?

Apart from this, we need to have a decentralised exchange with the services and features similar to Binance.
Which features? Selling and buying shitcoins? No, thanks. I prefer having an exchange with just fiat, bitcoin and monero.

However, there are a lot of issues where people do not realize how important and great it is right now, which is an issue.
An issue for them perhaps. Not an issue for you, me or for the network. There's a nice saying-- "everyone will acquire bitcoin at the price they deserve".

Satoshi not only created Bitcoin, but he also popularized cryptocurrency. I wish people understood the true purpose of Bitcoin, which is not to make money through trading. How do you think Satoshi can change anything on Bitcoin, which is truly decentralized? Nobody can change it, and it will remain decentralized in perpetuity. Because it is uncontrollable, it cannot be regulated. Banks will always be the enemy of any decentralized currency, even if they accept it.

what are your best bitcoin wishes in the coming years?
I wish we see less speculators adopt bitcoin who want to make a quick (fiat) profit and get out. I wish to instead see more people adopt bitcoin who want financial sovereignty.

I also wish to see less get rich-quick-oriented people to hop into the Bitcoin economy but I am afraid that it won't happen since the majority of people are driven by the example of the pioneers that got rich in just a matter of short years.

Aside from that I also wanted to see several countries adopting Bitcoin if not as a legal tender, as a mode of payment making it an option as an alternative currency to be used freely to pay for products and services. I also hope for those countries that see Bitcoin as a tool for criminals to change their view and acknowledge Bitcoin being transparent can help reduce illegal money transfers or money laundering.

How time flies.

Seeing Government accepting bitcoin will be one of the most beautiful things about bitcoin. I think this is the level bitcoin is heading to and it will definitely come to pass  if government embrace bitcoin,  it will give liberty to investors to invest and use bitcoin very without the fear of laws or restrictions. I believe this is a wish to many bitcoin,  getting access to use bitcoin at any giving time to purchase goods and services. Government as always been limitations to the adoption of bitcoin.

I think cryptocurrency is currently going through the worst times compared to previous years. If you look at the current market value of other currencies including Bitcoin, you will see how much the market has fallen. In the current position of the market, it seems that we have to wait for a long time if we want to expect anything good from this market. Perhaps we can expect the market to be slightly better in late 2023 to mid 2024. If the price of Bitcoin reaches $30,000 by 2024, I think cryptocurrency will make a comeback. Hopefully the coming years will bring blessings for the cryptocurrency.

I only wish BTC to be used more often by its existing users and new users.

Holding for selling in future is a good context but spending bitcoin is way less common due to a lack of technical infrastructure to support bitcoin payments and also the human inertia to remain with the status quo, namely fiat. Giftcards are commonly available, although not a direct option but it is a good workaround to get started on living on crypto as per the punchline of Bitrefill.

This will gradually pressurize the governments to accept and allow bitcoin transactions, alleviate the harsher rules on crypto taxation and allow a better background for crypto users to keep their coins running.

My great wishes for bitcoin is that it prevails against all ramifications and stand out amongst other traits that it is being faced especially by the government. It has indeed surpass many things, I wish for it to become globally accepted soon and being used as a legal tender everywhere in the world.

Hopefully it could get better before that time and surpass the $30,000 worth of it. People easily lose hope and faith in things like this. In order for them to believe in it, surpassing that worth by 2023 end will be a great turnaround and change of mindset for many who have being doubting of it succeeding.

Actually, all of his wishes have already been granted but the number of them are not really that high but it is expected that it will only grow over time. Before we saw BTC in schools, in the banks, and in different businesses, it will all start with the government acceptance first so indeed that seeing a government accept BTC is a beautiful thing.

Government allowing BTC in their country isn't alone but BTC must also have the title to become a legal tender before the people can use their BTC on almost any things or anywhere legally. As of now, only a few governments have done this. I think this isn't easy but they are also thinking if what will be its consequences in case BTC won't go well. It's fine, they can take their time and we people can always wait.

A specific government's support for crypto will put that government in the outlaw crosshairs by the bigger institutions that govern the economic system like IMF which is already happening and whether IMF's warnings are going to turn out true only time can tell. But in the meantime, we can accumulate bitcoin for the future, of course if someone is investing their hard earned cash into bitcoin, they would want the returns to be as big as they predicted.

The only way to force the governments to accept transacting in crypto is if people start using it rampantly and gradually smaller cities to bigger cities will face the situation that is inevitable. It might take years but it is already happening in many places and we should encourage it.

I wish the bitcoin's cycles history has shown us keep repeating one after other, so we can reach to further adoption levels and new ATHs. Of course there are several factors influencing the progress of bitcoin along the history, and some important ones are about regulations, governments' interference. So I also wish future regulations come in the sense of supporting and protecting bitcoin enthusiasts and investors, instead of difficulting their access and usage of bitcoin and its altcoins pairs. If things work this way, regulations can be an important booster to encourage more people adopting bitcoin. It's not what many people here would like to hear, but after the scams involving big players of crypto market, security and guarantees are needed and demanded by potential investors.

I don't have much desire for the coming years, I just want to be healthier and be able to take care of myself and my thoughts about bitcoin. This wish is realistic for me as I am not used to having high expectations of things, but whatever it is, I always wish I could earn more bitcoins regardless of whether I buy them or accumulation them with my signature income.

I just believe bitcoin is the best investment I've ever known, so even more I believe bitcoin will be more profitable than gold in the next 5 years. These are my motivations about bitcoin, but I just need to be more realistic about my financial situation.

Bitcoin is not the best investment, but it is the most profitable one, and I think it has now surpassed gold in terms of return, but in terms of risk, it is still the riskiest investment today. The higher the risk, the higher the return, that's why I don't call it the best investment, the best means it needs to be both profitable and safe.

Happy Birthday  KING 👑 BTC

https://i.imgur.com/k2x2ejh.jpeg

My wishes for Bitcoin in the coming years are that it continues to gain mainstream acceptance and adoption as a legitimate form of currency and store of value. I hope to see more businesses, both online and brick-and-mortar, begin accepting Bitcoin as a form of payment.

Additionally, I hope that more institutional investors will start to take notice of Bitcoin and invest in it, which would help to stabilize its value and make it a more attractive option for long-term investment. Furthermore, I wish for more development and research to be done on the scalability and security of the Bitcoin network, which would help to make it even more reliable and efficient.

Overall, I wish for Bitcoin to continue to grow and mature as a technology, and for it to become a more widely accepted and respected form of currency.

Totally acceptable as one of the peril investment in the space, although it's backup with complex tighten firewall and the moderators behind the project are absolutely working and improving everyday interms of getting rid of scams against bitcoin. We all know it to be the top coin in the market with high volatility and gigantic market cap volume. Bitcoin in the coming years, it will served us better, even more than it is now, because those patient investors holding on bitcoin will be smiling in the nearest future when it will make a long bullish run-up to the moon. Taking risks and the time to face our fears with investing in the project currently, because there's time to bagged more pieces of it.

1. I wish people would look at Bitcoin more than Altcoins,
2. No more destructive scammers like FTX, Terra Luna, Mt.Gox and others.
3. I hope People can learn from what happened.

And what I wish the most for bitcoin's birthday this year, the wish that you wrote in this thread can come true so that we come to the point of financial freedom, as contained in the vision of Bitcoin.

For me, I have no other wish for Bitcoin in the coming years than for it to keep increasing in value, gets more adoption in all nocks and cranny and be the number one currency of the world to be used for its borderless, limitless and fast transactions. Because 2022 was actually a tough year for both Bitcoin and the global world economy, so I am hoping for the best as we move close to the next halving.

I don't think that the banks will be enemies forever with the crypto world. It is only a matter of time for all the big banks to join the crypto community themselves. The banking business is dependent on what the clients want, and if the clients want to buy crypto currencies than the banks have to adapt. There is no point in fighting between the two industries, in today's world we need both of them. The world can't function without banks and also not anymore without cryptos. The two industries will have to work together to attract more clients. I remember reading a lot about the big American banks all adding crypto trading desk during the last big bull run. Once crypto prices are going to recover again and there will be another big price jumps the demand for cryptos is also going to pick up again. In the end it's the customers choice what they are going to buy with their money.

Best wishes for Bitcoin?, seriously! That sounds like best wishes for the earth.

Don't get me wrong OP, but the good wishes have to be for the inhabitants of the earth and that they have the good vibes to evolve in social, political, economic thought and to demolish in the future all those differences that lead to confrontations, existential paradigms retrograde mainly from politicians.

The earth will continue in its evolutionary course with or without the existence of man. So, for equivalence, Bitcoin, it will exist with the good fortune of success or failure.

(You) Understand me! (?) I am not against conservation and the facts that can make our planet a good place life as a priority, this is a simplistic example in the equivalence to say that bitcoin depends on the way in which we evolve in our thinking, that is,its use will always be available for at least two people.  8)

The more people use it, the more demand that it gets and when the more demand it has, the higher price that it gets.  8)

That's the kind of wish that I want for bitcoin for the upcoming years and that seems to be happening for reality and, it's only just a matter of time again until we see countries and governments start to talk about it once again.

More people to own it and have their plans for bitcoin and those people who were doubting it before will start to adopt and becomes optimistic.

Expectation:
Bitcoin will reach and pass its new ATH again during the next bullish era. We should be realistic that nowadays are still in the bearish era, so, it seems to funny to expect Bitcoin price to jump up high to reach the ATH. That is why it may happen several years later after the halving. Btw, the expectation that Bitcoin must be more accepted in more countries also become a high priority. As we know that many countries deny and don't accept Bitcoin being implemented as a currency in a country. That is why if Bitcoin will be more accepted, this will be a much better condition, right?

I want mass adoption to be complete and volatility to slow down. I think everything seen as a problem will be resolved once the mass adaptation is complete. That's why I see this as the most important issue. Other than that, I have full confidence in Bitcoin. One day sooner or later we will see the victory of Bitcoin. That's why I feel comfortable. Mass adoption of bitcoin won't happen that easier. It takes time and the adoption will happen in a much slower phase, because countries won't easily stop the usage of national currency and give way for bitcoin. Volatility is the attraction of cryptocurrencies, because the increased volatility keeps the market under high risk and high profiting. In reality more users love the volatility and that's the reason for them to be the part of cryptocurrency.

I partially agree with what you said but I didn't say there weren't people who liked high volatility. :) However, you should be sure that there are more people who are afraid of Bitcoin because of high volatility than people who like high volatility. Also, traders looking for excitement at high volatility can experience the same excitement by trading with leverage at low volatility. There are millions of people experiencing the same excitement in the EUR/USD parity. Traders looking for more excitement can use the classic methods. :)

I think most of the governments do understand its value and are just against its adoption in their nation, maybe due to the fact that bitcoin opens the eye of the citizens to a gate way of total financial freedom from their centralized fiat currency. Bitcoin is an evolution in the human financial sector that is going to slowly conquer all other currency and hopefully be used as the world reserved currency.
My only wish for bitcoin is that the rate at which it is used for evil activity like fraud, and other cyber crimes should be reduced as most government tend to used this an excuse for the reason  for not accepting bitcoin.

More user friendly access around the world let's people know better about it. For now it is understood as a way to make money and this mentality needs to change. The service availability in exchange for bitcoin is found in a specific region, and there is need for a diversified execution. For this to happen we need support from governments, which isn't gonna happen in the near days. In terms of growth what is happening is the real growth and let it continue without much of influencers disturbing the market.

I have a ton of best wishes for Bitcoin in the years to come. But perhaps on top of everything, I wish that many countries would finally see why Bitcoin is better for their people and make them legal. It requires a bit of sacrifice on their part because it removes them from money. It takes away the power and control from them, but it is worth it because everything is transferred to where they should belong, the people themselves. I hope Bitcoin would be made legal all over the world.

But I don't want bitcoin to be stable, I like its volatility, if it's stable, then I don't think people will be excited about it anymore.

So far bitcoin has only been used effectively as a store of value in hyperinflationary countries, or for large interstate remittance transactions. And some people are still investing in bitcoin in hopes that it will continue to increase in value or make it a store of value asset.
and there are no incentives to encourage everyday technology use. The scalability of this technology is still limited, and what I hope in the future is that bitcoin can be accepted by all countries and can be used as a transaction tool by shops and so on, just like fiat is used. It's just that bitcoin is better, safer, comfortable, transparent and other advantages possessed by bitcoin.
and what I want most is, I can have a lot of bitcoins for my future and also my old days and so that my children and grandchildren are comfortable in financial matters in the future. ;D

After all, the ultimate goal is still the profit that bitcoin can bring us, I believe that is the desire of everyone, not just you and me. Only they refuse to admit it, and they say they love bitcoin because of its technology, its features are superior to fiat money... all just an excuse.
My wish is simple, bitcoin is more known to the world and more used, thereby stimulating the price of bitcoin to surpass all other assets and reach the highest value.

We will see this happen in the future because, with the adoption process that is still ongoing today, more and more people want to own bitcoin, especially if the price can increase again. It's only a matter of time before the adoption process touches many people, and we have to be patient while spreading bitcoin into our environment. Bitcoin will reach $100k, be it this year or next year and I'm still trying to collect more bitcoins.

Just to go and move on in the next decade or so, hopefully by that time, we might see it really getting into the mainstream, from Africa to Asia. And it is being used as it was designed, as a payment system. Although we can't fault others for using it as a investment platform, but it's better if it will be adopted first as payment or remittances. So just imagine sending payment across the globe with bitcoin instantly. As for the price, hmm, we all know that's going to happen in the next bull run, so see everyone in 2024/25.  ;D

Most of the answers usually make the price go higher, like breaking its ATH. This is also one of my wishes for BTC, but also for the adoption of bitcoin all over the world. I want bitcoin to be legalized in those influential countries as well as being used as a payment method by most of us. We all know that the reason why bitcoin was made is because sending money online is expensive before and, not easily tracked, and has high fees. I am hoping that this will be done in the future.

I concur that best wish for 2023 is Bitcoin widespread adoption worldwide but it would be only possible when governments come up with clear regulations & have them implemented through legislation to build the confidence of investors. Absence of clarity of regulations for investors & traders is the main obstacle for massive adoption of Bitcoin as method of payment in our daily life for buying goods & services.

Bitcoin is the first and most widely adopted cryptocurrency, and its price and adoption can be influenced by a variety of factors. One of the most significant factors is the level of acceptance and adoption by businesses and individuals. As more people and businesses begin to adopt Bitcoin as a form of payment, the demand for it will likely increase, which could drive its price higher.

Another important factor that could influence the price of Bitcoin is government regulations. Some countries have taken a more permissive stance towards Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies, while others have implemented strict regulations that make it difficult for businesses and individuals to use them. In general, a more permissive regulatory environment is likely to be more favorable for the adoption and price of Bitcoin.

Investor sentiment is another important factor that could influence the price of Bitcoin. If investors become more bullish on Bitcoin, they may be more likely to buy it, which could drive its price higher. Conversely, if investor sentiment turns bearish, they may be more likely to sell, which could drive its price lower.

The overall state of the global economy can also influence the price of Bitcoin. In times of economic uncertainty, investors may be more likely to seek out alternative investments like Bitcoin, which could drive its price higher. Conversely, in times of economic stability, investors may be less likely to seek out alternative investments, which could drive its price lower.

It's important to remember that the cryptocurrency market is highly speculative and that the price of Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies can be extremely volatile. Investing in Bitcoin or any other cryptocurrency carries a high degree of risk and it is important to do your own research and consult with a financial advisor before making any investment decisions.

In summary, the future of Bitcoin is uncertain and it can be influenced by a variety of factors such as government regulations, investor sentiment, and the overall state of the global economy. While some experts predict that the price of Bitcoin will continue to rise in the coming years as more people and businesses begin to adopt it as a form of payment, others believe that the price may be volatile and could experience significant fluctuations. It's important to remember that cryptocurrency prices are highly speculative and that investing in Bitcoin or any other cryptocurrency carries a high degree of risk.

I wish that Bitcoin break this strong resistance of selling from bear and rise to the previous All Time Hight to break In this new year 2023 and make the whole market green after breaking the previous ATH, breaking of previous ATH will help BTC to attract the new investor.
I also wish that a large number of country legalized the Bitcoin and make him a legal way for payment which will help the civilian to send and receive large amount of money quickly with a small amount of fees as compared to banks
Bitcoin has come to stay and never to go,and no body or organization can do anything about it.My wish is for Bitcoin to remain and always be on the rise because when it's falls,it definitely affects us,and as such makes our investmest dormant.Bitcoin has really helped so many lives,so it's enough reason to always pray it stays.
If you look at how many person's that Bitcoin has enriched, you will always pray that Bitcoin should stay knowing that btc is the king, and nothing should ever happen to it,because if it does, most persons will be affected.

Bitcoin should prosper more and more in the coming years and may it get highly creative status in the category of Worlds best Currency. May it get global level adoption without restricted access and highly demanding taxes. As far as the current bitcoin is considered it’s on the right path but it is moving very slowly. But they say it’s better to be slow moving and steady growth follows ultimately. These are some wishes every crypto holder needs to think about. :)
I don’t have unwanted dreams about bitcoin like it is becoming million worth dollar etc, all I wish is it’s existence forever with above rules.
