Merely a practical joke that got way out of hand after a certain infamous user (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=92110) insinuated that high-ranking forum members (including myself) are gaming the merit system by cycle merits between each other. I decided to roll with it because it seemed funny and I had a perfect opportunity to poke fun at omnipresent signature/avatar campaigns at the same time. (I also quite dramatically rolled with another of his infamous insinuations (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5200206.msg53038291#msg53038291), but for different reasons.)

I checked the two links, And I said to myself what the hell is happening! Didn't understood a single thing. I am not old enough to understand, I think.  ???

[All I could understood that, some users accused some users that they were sharing merits with each others, that it  ::) ]

I expected something like "a piece of string, a piece of hard candy, an old penny, and a World's Greatest Grandpa keychain", but it exceeds any of my expectations! Don't forget, o_e_l_e_o wasn't the only recipient of a mystery box. My reasons for choosing these prizes will always remain a mystery, possibly even to me.

Wait, what? This whole time we've been pedaling away, you've been sitting on gallons of superfluid which we could have used to lubricate up everything and ride around effortlessly!?

If you watched "Interstate 60" you can remember that the stories which are surrounding the box give it much more value than what's inside. But if you'll watch an episode of animated series from which the quote in my message you quoted is, you'll see another point of view as well. ::) So at least now this box gets more and more stories connected with it. And that's why rephrasing just to avoid ambiguity is totally not what I'm going to do. ;D

I get that many people don't know the meaning of the phrase, other than actual candy. I only learned the meaning from the movie (https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0424136/).

I guess none of you watched this series. If you watched, you'd haven't any questions which candy is meant.
