Op there was a similar account that did this same thing; I believe it was “9G” they kept creating threads upon threads and neglected all suggestions that was presented to them and yesterday I received several notification that majority of the threads have been nuked by moderator.

So if you don’t want the same fate then just go on and create on dedicated thread as your Ann thread and post any new update that may arise because right now there’s no official thread if a user wants to discuss about your site it will be difficult. I just visited your casino and successfully registered, I was not in a restricted area so had no problems the first time I clicked on the link. It's just that after registering and starting to log in, I experienced a problem saying that my account was disabled so I had to contact customer service. It's really strange, even though I wanted to immediately study the applicable rules before deciding to make a deposit to take part in the promotional bonus offered.

It’s normal for newbie here to have this kind of mistake in regards of ANN thread since there’s guidelines on sticky here about the proper ANN to introduce casino ANN thread.

Which I registered, applied the promotion following the steps mentioned and then they credited me the 10 USDT, I came up with playing baccarat alone as a player about 13 times which I have won and lost and thus making the wager for x10 which I have managed to get 60 USDT and I have contacted support asking if I have followed the rules and the wagering requirement and I checked and they said that I met everything and I could make a withdrawal at that time


I made the withdrawal and after 15 minutes my withdrawal was rejected so I asked and they told me that I broke a rule because I had played one-sided bets like baccarat that has no logic I had not even abused anything as I said there were wins and losses from that game which they canceled my profits and did not pay

You should check the post above by the representative regarding your case. The game provider is the one having an issue on your account probably have something to do on your betting activity or something that raise concern to them.

I think what is important for the Seabet representative to appreciate is that if forum members (such as you and I) can post in threads where allegations ar made against their business, then they should be able to post in those threads too. They should use every opportunity to defend themselves against any and all accusations rather than stay quiet.

It is important to get both sides of the story before coming to a conclusion therefore it is important to keep an open mind about the allegation until Seabet respond. I hope they reply soon as this delay is affecting their reputation.

Seabet said "several days", 2 weeks passed since he said it but no updates from him and the user has not received any update from them. The other user (kadat) opened a scam accusation thread already and it seems that the case is the same as vdd2a2ddd which is about "account under review" and both cases takes too long time, not only several days as what Seabet said in above post. This casino will start to get bad impression if they ignore the complaints without giving good explanation about what is going on.

In my opinion at this stage neither of the two complaints mentioned in this thread can be elevated to a scam accusation because it is too early for that. The Seabet team need to reply to the complaint you highlighted because over two weeks of silence is simply not good enough.

As for the other complaint against them, they seem to have kept him waiting for over a month. By trying to stay neutral, their next reply to both these cases will probably indicate whether the scam accusations against them are justified therefore they need to reply as soon as possible.

She disappeared from the discussion after giving only one reply, she informed her team about this but she couldn't come up with any update even after so long. If it takes them so much time to resolve a complaint, what will they do when their business gets bigger! I could've accepted it if they just kept saying that the accounts in question are still under review and that their investigations haven't been finished yet. We know from previous experiences that some investigations may take up to few months. Also, by doing so, they show us that they are serious about about resolving these issues.
But completely ignoring all of the above replies and on top of that they log in to post about their promos is completely unacceptable.

Reviewing or investigating user's upon withdrawal request is normal and some casinos (smaller one) do it to make sure that all bets made by players are legit.
But taking too long time to do that without good communication with the players is a red flag and it shows unprofessionality.
Looking at the amount involved in the 2 complaints, I can say that the amount is not that big for a casino to make too long investigation.

There is a lot going on in this thread but the Seabet forum representative (LuckySea) is nowhere to be seen. I understand they have not been online since 16th February and this could be because of many reasons but overall it does not look good when complaints against them have been outstanding for a long time. If they had given some response with their version of events it would have given a full picture of what happened because as of yet we still have only one side of the story.

It is not unusual to read in almost all terms and conditions a line stating: "we reserve the right to amend these rules". Some would add a notice period and some would not.

It would be an extremely unusual move by Seabet if they have used this particular scam accusation to remove a country from their accessible list in order to try to stop the claimant proceeding that is why they need to post here with their side of the story.

Your account was flagged by their game provider which means you have done something wrong on other casino using this same provider. I’m not following your case but maybe it’s related to arbitrage betting or other strategy that gives a sure bet which game provider is very keen on detecting.

It’s very har to argue against the casino if the game provider itself flagged your account. Your best chance is to file a complaint on askgambler and casinoguru so that they can look for the evidence thoroughly because evidence like that can’t be shared publicly for security purposes of the casino.
