I have a friend who wants to invest his tax return in BTC. Offering 1220$ paypal for 2.5BTC.

Helloooo?? Why?? Its one of the oldest trades on this planet--- to dishonestly keep what is not yours. That is why one would charge-back. You get the coins and get the money back.

In short, why would you want to charge-back? Answer: to get free coins.

You could find out just about everything you would ever want to know about my location or identity online, I've been using the same nick and email for years and I've always made sure to hold up my end of any deal I get into, a short Google search will reveal much.

I've had plenty of offers for smaller amounts, just today I had another offer for the full amount and will be trading later tonight.

I wished him luck .. because he is not able to find anyone to trade with him ..  :P and looking to his rep he lookes bit legit
