I have a friend who wants to invest his tax return in BTC. Offering 1220$ paypal for 2.5BTC.

If there's a service for doing such a thing let me know, yo.

Thanks.

I'd be happy to help you out if you were willing to use MoneyPak. You send first, and Coinbase is the rate we would need to use. If you're ok with this, pm me.

Helloooo?? Why?? Its one of the oldest trades on this planet--- to dishonestly keep what is not yours. That is why one would charge-back. You get the coins and get the money back.

In short, why would you want to charge-back? Answer: to get free coins.

You could find out just about everything you would ever want to know about my location or identity online, I've been using the same nick and email for years and I've always made sure to hold up my end of any deal I get into, a short Google search will reveal much.
