There is absolutely nothing wrong with the system. Posting is not the only factor. Please learn to read stickies.

The activity number is determined in this way:
time = number of two-week periods in which you've posted since your registration
activity = min(time * 14, posts)

Activity is updated every 30 minutes.

... if it would be that easy to became higher rank member it would be very wrong.

You will get maximum plus 14 activity per two weeks. If you will post at least 14 posts during this period.

Pretty much this although the old system you could become a hero then when activity came in rapid demotion :)

OP has the time to make 920 posts, and hasn't read the sticky thread "Forum ranks/positions (What do those shiny coins under my name mean?)" lol.  ;D

Seems like "old" system wasn't too good :) isn't it a reason why there is new one? :)

Regards! :)

If member status depends on post count, anyone can be a hero member within a month  :D

Well that all depends on how many posts it would take to become one, but I like this system so you can't spam your way through the ranks.

OP already get more than 1000 posts now.
The good thing is most of his posts are in the altcoin section, that I don't care lol.
