Hi all im selling up!

The better half has decided as usual i am no longer allowed to keep both my bikes and mining kit

Therefore  everything has to go

I have  1 knc jupiter 350ghs november batch with power supplys

7 Antminer s1s with power supplys

5 7990 graphiics cards all under 6 months old so all come with warranty

various mother boards  asrock h61 btc pro  x2 with cpus and 60 gb ssds

a few other gigabyte boards with cpus (intel)

Most decent offers will be accepted

Most crypto currency will be accepted

Also 3 of the 7990s are vtx3ds and the other 2 are asus, but they are exactly the same reference boards

Bank transfer is also ok too

Theres also a few 7970s and 7850s and a 6950 his



UK only  due to postage but will post anywhere if buyer is willing to  cover the costs or arrange own courier

yes escrow would be fine as long as its release when tracking info was supplied

Would be best to release when items are delivered and tested.

No offense but a tracking number can be for a rock that was shipped.

you receive items then release the btc when happy

what if you choose not to release the money can i debate that or ... how does that work???

i know you have feedback on localbitcins to show account but how do i check your or anyone is ok to sell to???

how does the escrow system work

With escrow a trusted member keeps the BTC. There are several here like OGnasty and Dannyhamilton (SP?).

You send the items.

When the buyer receives and tests he lets the escrow person know that it is good and he sends you the BTC.

The person usually charges a fee to escrow. The buyer usually pays the fee, but sometimes the the seller will pay or split it.

what makes these people trusted ?

i understand there risk in everything

but i though escrow was an actual holding company

rather than just handing money to a chap on a forum

im trying to understand this as much as possible

I'm not accusing you to be a scammer. I have lost 2BTC + 340PPC + 40LTC in February to a scammer so I'm just careful this time around.
There is always risk with escrow. BUT OGnasty is making more in a week doing escrow services than is our transaction worth. I'm sure he isn't going to loose his reputation for not even 1BTC.

no other place in the world lets you take stuff hone and try it first thats a joke

as far as scams go if you read back through this post it would appear pressure us being applied for unknown sellers to send valuble items for free to unknown address and persons

on the say so of others

i was giving people on her a chance to oay in whatever currency they had knocking around

due to the low vslues on crypto and trying to help people put a bit

but now paypal and ill swallow the charges to avoid being scammed myself

Really i was trying to help you out. No one was pressuring you, I said I would take a mobo off you and PJCLTD said i had bougt stuff from him before.

"You send first" is common practice on this forum for new sellers to gain trust.

Ill look out for your sales on Ebay.

pjcLTD what gives you the right to call everyone that doesn't agree to your demands a scammer?

Because you have/proclaim to have (in your username) a LTD company does this make you better/safer than anyone else?

In the UK (as I'm sure you already know), LTD companies, for many years have been abused by SCAMMERS because of the lack of personal liability, close the LTD Co and forget about orders and debts owed, just pay a few quid, open a new one and start again, same as this forum really except you don't have to pay to get a new account ;)

There are many limited companies that are just setup to scam the general (unknowing) public, is yours one of these?

Not calling you a scammer but you should know how it feels, seems to me the OP answered all your questions and you still try to say he's scamming :(

Being a (ltd) company owner as you "may" be she must scam you more than anyone on here ever could and that's assuming your LTD actually has a turnover, with your people skills I'd run a mile before becoming a customer.

Ill let PJCLTD deal with the LTD company crap, but that was just pointless from a 3 poster. A quick review of PJCLTDs post history would have been enough to prove he is a genuine buyer and saved you time and embarrassment.

this is a username that I have used for over 15 years on the internet / computer account etc

it IS from a Limited Company that I owned back in the 1990s and it NEVER OWED anything to any one

as a new person on this forum you should read more of the scams on here and see what happens.

All I was trying to do was make every one aware of a possible problem thats all.

Also he never replied to my PM.....

I have been scammed on this site before.

@pjcLTd, I totally understand there are scammers about. There are other, more subtle ways of going about letting others know though, I'm sure you also know these forums are visible to all and sundry so being a new poster doesn't mean I haven't read anything about previous scammers but thanks for the pointer ;)

I've been reading here for a long time and today I just got to the end of my wick and had to say something, some scam accusations are well deserved but not every selling post with no pictures (with username etc etc) is a scam.

There seems to be a certain amount of its our club our rules going on here

I thought this seemed like a smart place to sell and it may be

the Main issue is Bullying people into your ways

No business or person in their right mind would risk sending anything whether its £1 or More

This (crypto currency) maybe in its infancy but im not and most sane people arnt either

i have made friends that i talk to weekly if not daily

This is the first time i felt i wanted nothing to do with a group and things may be not right!


I have come here for advice and info hundreds of times and seen many a SCAM called, when new coins are released

1 min late or when a link doesnt work, its laughable.


i would suggest a block on the words SCAM and Rip off, theres a report button on every post why not let the admins decide on

whats allowed and not.

After all its their job to

Some people need to get a life and do their due diligence before calling EVERYONE a scammer ;)

Now, asking for pictures with a user name and date is common practice on here as well as many forums, especially for new users.
