ERC addresses will be available only after launch so for the pre-launch time application to IPO, investors don't need to show an ERC address.
They will be enlisted for the payout. When ERC is added to the respective investor post, initial IPO payout will be executed.



WHAT IS QUOTE INTEREST AND HOW DOES IT WORKS?

Investors can buy a variable amount of quotes.
Then on first time they get a proportional amount of bonus IPO ERC coins. And til there everything is quite standard.

Quote Fidelity Interest Program (aka QUOTE INTEREST) come in action when a BUY is made with STABILIZATION FUND on a exchange market.
This ERC bought with IPO FUND are back shared (for the 75% of the total amount of the buy) to investors in proportion to their invested BTC in the IPO.

You will have PoS interest, and if you're part of the IPO STABILIZATION FUND, you will continue to get income! Randomly and proportionally.

Why Stabilization Fund? What this means and how does it works?

The Stabilization fund acts like a price keeper warranty for the whole community, although investors are less then the effective total amount of EuropeCoin users.

HOW?

When investors buy a quote of the EuropeCoin ERC IPO gets also a medium and long term sure income proportional to their investments, other than the initial amount of ERC.
This is possible because every time the ERC Stabilization Fund is used to buy coins on the market, the ERC bought will be proportionally shared back through all the investors. This means a long term income more than other shares or quote system in cryptos ATM!

Each 0.01BTC quote is equal to 555.75 ERC

As said in the IPO STABILIZATION FUND specifications each time a bought with fund is made then the 75% ERC coins from that transaction will be shared back through investors. The other 25% will be divided as charity fund for this tasks. Are the quotes divisible? Like .015 BTC would be 1.5 quotes (833.635 ERC)? Also if they are divisible, why is it called quotes? ERC is more easier to do calculations right? Imaging having 3.124 quotes.... I will then need to multiply that with 555.75 ERC, etc. Any aim in precisely that many number?

If im not mistaken, people who put in for the IPO after teh launch get half the coins right. Also I asked earlier if the quote was divisible and dev responded  it wasnt. So that makes 0.02 BTC the new minimum and can be incremented by 0.02 BTC right? So for example 0.1 BTC is only 5 quotes and not 10. Please clarify because I'm seeing people sending in .11 BTC and others sending 0.2 BTC and assuming they are getting 20 quotes. The OP needs to have this info in big bold and also add the no division criteria to teh OP. Right now its lost somewhere in a comment...

Yeah I got my ERC less than 6 hours ago. At the IPO amount I invested I could of gotten over 5000 instead of a less 2222. Investors should of gotten at least their BTC worth of ERC at launch, rather than the worthless amount they transferred 2 days after launch. Personally I am quite upset at how unprofessional the owners of ERC has dealt with this IPO and am thinking they wanted to scam people to start with. I am just waiting them to do what Asia coin did and keeping/exchanging the premine (and possible secret premine) for their own profit.

Yelling and being rude is uncalled for. I am not a troll, just a concerned investor with a major in Marketing and years in the field that is confused about your business model. I am not a kid or does not know how an IPO system works. If anything you are the raging troll. Who gives 2 shits what we talk about in your thread, it doesn't mean we are against you or your altcoin. We are just confused that you didn't operate how we expected. Our casual talking means nothing to you. Businesses get ridiculed and discussed about with positive and negative comments every day and I don't see it effecting them in any way or them retaliating to the community and customers with rude comments.

In normal IPO structures the investors get their shares before the stock market opens to the general public when the market opens the investor decides if he wants to sell for the initial price or hold it to see how the market handles itself. You never stated that the shares were not going to be distributed  hours to days later after the market took a huge fall. IPO's shares are priced and purchased around the expected first day trading price not as a fraction of it hours later. With the profit in the long term, you never produced any information about how and when it's being distributed for all we know we get this initial amount of ERC and never get any more ever again except from POS and with the amount you gave us relative to the pos mining rate and the total coins that will be in circulation it would take us almost 40+ years to even break even with the BTC we all first invested. Us as investors have no way of even breaking even or profiting at this point in time since nothing has been made clear.

New decisions were randomly created as and when it was convenient. If you are delaying the IPO closing because you did not make enough money, you need to give the option for older investors to bail out with a refund, not trap them with the "No refund after coin launch" clause.  Not giving any clarity on what the IPO stabilization is or any expected ROI for investors is nothing short of arrogance. Very conveniently saying the initial ERC is "bonus coins" and its all about the long term after the price bombed is complete bull shit. 

So I'm waiting now to see if I will ever break even. Honestly my only hope is if it reaches a bigger exchange like Poloniex and some whale decides to pump it. Either that or some black swan event :P
