Why can't you publicly reveal the details here?
Also, no information at all probably won't get you any fundings.

Because the idea is one that is easily replicable, but genius in itself.

If I was a investor I would rather have all the information in public rather than hidden in someones personal messages. I would seek advice from others too.

What sort of business is it? online, physical?

An NDA will not protect a unique idea in my experience. Consider getting a bank loan for something like this. If the forecasts are as high and credible as you've stated then there should be no issue.

I'm interested in this for sure. Toss me a PM with further information to check out, as well as your proposal in terms of x invested for y benefit.

Thanks.

I am finished with the plan, but I am not willing to pay for you to get it notarized. If you have $20,000 to invest, then you have $20 to get it notarized. Hell it may be worth it if you can make $300,000 in dividends the first year.

So basically:

1) You ask for a NDA to protect your idea
2) You ask the LENDER to pay for a notarization of said NDA which, in fact, benefits only you.

Why should I pay from my own pocket to read something which may be well absolutely worthless? The idea is yours, you ask for something to protect it --> you pay your fees.

By asking the lender you look either like a time-waster or a scammer.

Who pays for a patent? The customer?  ;D

So all those who read the business plan, and signed the NDA...without violating the NDA... can you tell us, is this a good idea ? is the idea detailed etc etc ? I am kinda curious now heh..

OP also how do you enforce the NDA with randoms on the internet ? Do they have to supply photo ID when they sign the NDA or something ?

No one has actually read it yet. No one wants to verify the NDA with a photo ID because no one trusts me.

Not off to a good start yet then...
perhaps you should start off with something that can earn you trust.

I think people might be concerned you are putting in $300 while you want $20k.
If it was such a brilliant idea that would earn like $3-500k in such a small time frame..like you said, you would be getting money from family and friends.. Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying its not a brilliant idea, in fact i'm not saying anything because we don't know what the idea is :(

But yeah you haven't really done anything for people to trust you.... plus alot of people are quite worried about giving photo ID and rightly so... I won't give people idea's on what they could do, but photo ID can be quite valuable to people who want it for things of a devious nature.

Does the business plan have anything to do with mining ?

No its more of a tangible thing. An actual business that has nothing to do with bitcoin except that fact that it accepts it as payment

Because the idea is one that is easily replicable, but genius in itself.

The NDA and secrecy issue doesn't concern me as much as this statement does. You may be able to stop other people from beating you to market, but you can't stop them from coming in once you've launched. If your idea can be easily replicated, what's to stop established players in the industry from copying your idea and providing it to the market? This is competition that probably has more resources at their disposal. Even if you get your idea out there first, will you be able to hold on to your market share after the competition starts moving in on what you've introduced?

Don't get me wrong: I'm not trying to be critical. If I am, I mean it as constructive criticism. Make sure you have a plan in place to differentiate yourself from your competition. Do whatever you can to protect your idea from copycats that can reach a larger audience than you (or worse, steal your own audience before you really take off). If this can't be done, you'll have a hard time finding an investor. Good luck!

Thats an energy drink, right? So, what is your plan? Caffeinated chewing gum, or something? I'm just wondering how this is related to Bitcoin. Why not just ask for a bank loan?

He will ask for your signature AND your ID for a non existing idea.

Is this something like the idea I had to turn the end of a mechanical pencil into a caffeine spritzer?

No it's the idea of combing a research chemical and an MAOI to provide clean energy for 12-14 hours with no caffeine or B vitamins with no jitters anxiety or crash.... I'm not going into any more details and I love that someone called me an ID scammer xD why the hell would I want killerloops ID he lives in Italy! Maybe an American's ID I would go for if I was a scammer, but he is just overly paranoid

Any proof of this ?
if just opinion, what is opinion based on ?

Quite the statement to make about our 16 yr old friend.
If I recall correctly he did not even think of the NDA, some one else gave him the idea on page 1.. so it seems odd he is trying to get peoples ID to steal their identity.

How do you know its non existing ?
Like I said, he didn't even ask for the NDA until some one else brought it up.

Perhaps you are right, and I am not saying any one should hand over ID.. It does not sound like anybody would anyways.. but I dunno, I just personally don't think that is what the OP is trying to do.

OP tell me you idea :) The masses are thinking you are upto no good!

Do not waste your time trying to change my approach or behaviour. If you want to take the risk of an ID theft then PM him and comply with his requests.

lol Im not interesting in sending my money or ID. Just trying to make it fair for our little friend here.
Just seems odd he didn't even think of asking for ID originally but you seem to think it was his plan all along.

Anyways we will have to agree to disagree.

Perhaps if someone sends ID we can see if their identity gets stolen.
I'd say after your warning (based on just some rule you read or made up) everyone will be to scared to.. and well that is the right the to do anyways - not send ID to anyone on the internet that is.

Now stop being a raging bitch because you want a loan without collateral, it makes you silly and you won't get what you want anyways  :P

1: I have collateral

2: Please stop being a dumb bitch, him asking you to sign an NDA (which was suggested by another user) and show proof of ID really doesn't scream out scam when it wasn't his idea in the first place.

Please stop making a fool of yourself, also, it's spelt Grail not Graal....

No boy, you need to cover 110-120% of the loan... otherwise you may as well offer nothing.

To you it doesn't, since no one funded him I guess I am not alone in my thoughts.

You are of course feel free to call me names as long as you want, maybe I'm not the one who is looking like a fool.  ;D

...and not getting loans funded :P

I asked you to notarized it first which costs $10 or even free in some places... You said no and belittled me.. Then as a resolution I asked for your id instead of the notarization.

Then pay for it, you said you would but then...  ;D

You came here looking for a hefty amount of money without disclosing your idea to the public (which is acceptable)

I shown interest and signed your NDA, nex you aren't satisfied and ask for notarization. I said: your idea, you pay for the costs.

And then all of sudden you need my ID instead of paying notarization costs, asked by you!.

No offense man, but red flags all over the deck ??? My identity is worth tens of thousands of "undisclosed ideas"
